In the past, whether it was the core chip companies in BJ Shanghai or Wuxi, they were all state-owned enterprises, and the research funds of the scientific research units that cooperated with these companies were all allocated by the Ministry, so the core companies and scientific research units of these microelectronics bases did not In terms of economic ties, everything is done according to the rules within the system, because the funds given by the Ministry are very small, and scientific research units are often faced with the situation of having no rice to cook. The base is in vain, there is little interaction between R&D units and enterprises, and the technical support for enterprises is seriously insufficient. This is also an important reason for the huge gap between China's chip industry and the world's advanced integrated circuit level in the 80s.

But Tianyin Group is different. Before that, Duan Yun promised to donate 1500 million yuan to Shenzhen Science and Technology Park every year to fund related research and development projects, which means that Duan Yun has a great voice in Shenzhen Science and Technology Park.

At that time, all operations of domestic lithography machines produced by relevant optical machinery factories had to be done manually.

The efficiency of producing a chip is even less than one-tenth of that of a fully automatic lithography machine, and it is extremely dependent on the operating level of the staff.

Therefore, this 3-micron processing capability, that is, the laboratory level, may still have a certain distance from large-scale application.It cannot be the second echelon of the world at all.

But in general, apart from lithography machines, the domestic chip production line equipment is not so far behind the international advanced level. The establishment of two production lines laid the foundation.

In fact, just some time ago, the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry has helped them solve the problems of domestic chips such as diffusion furnaces, etching machines, ion implanters, thin film deposition equipment, chemical mechanical polishing machines and cleaning machines according to the list provided by Tianyin Group. For the purchase and introduction of production equipment, the technical personnel of the relevant manufacturers have already moved into the guest house of Tianyin Group's chip factory, and the next step is to transport all the equipment to Shenzhen for installation.

Duan Yun spent another 1 million yuan to expand these two production lines. It is estimated that the entire installation work will be completed in April and May next year.
