Chapter 40. Driving School
A city light rail passed by the fountain in front of the train station. When the car stopped, a young man wearing a baseball cap and black sunglasses jumped from the back of the car.

He straddled a dark green satchel, holding a city map in one hand, and dragging a small black suitcase in the other, like an ordinary tourist.

He pretended to take a casual look at his surroundings, then alertly walked towards the Thanksgiving Fountain in the pedestrian street.

"Yes, my first time studying in Germany."

Hearing him say this, the middle-aged woman smiled: "Do you have a driver's license from another country?"

"Well, I have a Chinese driver's license."

"I suggest that you better learn from us. After all, the traffic laws of each country are different. German driver's licenses are recognized all over Europe. Not to mention that we have very good teachers here."

"You know, I'm not zero-based, so I think... um, pass the exam faster." Dong Qiangqiang's real thought was actually to save some money, "My job requires me to have a driver's license as soon as possible."

"I understand your feelings very well," said the middle-aged woman, taking out a large stack of paper printed with various forms, "but driving is not only responsible for your life, but also for the lives of others. "

"But I see that on your roll-up..."

"We are just cheaper in price. Our assessment is not easy." The middle-aged woman said sternly, "If you want to pass the test, it is the most effective and easiest way to memorize various rules. Otherwise, you are in Waste your own time. You need to think carefully." She erected a stack of papers and stared into Dong Qiangqiang's eyes.

What surprised Dong Qiangqiang was that he did not feel that the middle-aged woman in front of him was lecturing him.He looked at each other with the same serious eyes: "I want to be responsible for my own life and the lives of others."

"Very good!" The middle-aged woman smiled again and put a stack of papers in front of Dong Qiangqiang, "Please fill out these forms first, and feel free to ask me if there is anything you don't understand."

Just as Dong Qiangqiang filled out a page, the phone in his trouser pocket vibrated.

He picked up the phone, walked to a corner of the room, and whispered, "Hello?"

"I'm here, where are you?" was Jin Yuan's voice.

Dong Qiangqiang didn't recognize Jin Yuan at all, and his appearance surprised him every time: "This is you? Are you going to travel?"

Jin Yuan looked around vigilantly, took off his sunglasses, and handed the suitcase to Dong Qiangqiang: "Do you have a place to live now?"

"What is this?" Dong Qiangqiang asked suspiciously while picking up the box, "There is a place to live."

"Where do you live?" Jin Yuan said and looked around, as if afraid of something.

"No. 54, Hippo Street." Affected by him, Dong Qiangqiang also looked around as he spoke.

Jin Yuan was stunned for a moment, and immediately reacted after a few seconds: "Well, that's not bad, I lived there for a while."

Dong Qiangqiang thought about the unfinished forms: "You said you need help, what do you mean?"

As if seeing something, Jin Yuan put on his sunglasses again: "Keep a box for me."

Dong Qiangqiang looked at the box and suddenly remembered Lu Wei's words. He asked suspiciously, "This box...is it your...roommate's?" He originally wanted to say 'steal', but he thought it was too ugly, but he had many questions. So I dared to ask directly.

"No!" Jin Yuan didn't get angry, but said in a calm tone, "It's my own. But my roommate might want to steal it, so I need to put it in a safe place."

"So let me keep it?"

"Yes. I don't know anyone here, but I trust you. Just as you trust me."

Dong Qiangqiang really couldn't say anything. He weighed the box and said, "It's not stolen. It's not something else, right?"

Jin Yuan sneered: "Don't worry, there are no drugs. Just keep it for me for a few days. I'll find you to take it back in a few days. It's inconvenient for me to move around with this now."

He sounded as if he had done Dong Qiangqiang a big favor. This made Dong Qiangqiang a little unhappy.

"Okay, then I'll take care of you for a few days. You know what?" Dong Qiangqiang whispered, "Someone is looking for you."

Jin Yuan didn't seem surprised at all: "If someone asks you about me, you say you don't know me."

"Well, I understand. I haven't seen you before!" Dong Qiangqiang suddenly remembered something, took out an object and handed it to Jin Yuan, "Your student ID is in the 'First Grade Lotus'."

Hearing the words 'Yipin Furong', Jin Yuan froze for a moment: "Where?"

"'Yipin Furong'. It's the Chinese restaurant opened by a Southeast Asian. They said you went there to eat and left your student ID card there. I happened to be there for dinner, so I brought it back for you." Dong Qiangqiang said disapprovingly. .

Jin Yuan looked a little nervous: "you, what did you tell them?"

"Gone."

Seeing Jin Yuan's suspicious eyes, Dong Qiangqiang said angrily, "It's gone. Why am I lying to you?".

"It's fine if you don't. Be careful yourself." After Jin Yuan finished speaking, he waved his hand and turned to walk in the other direction.

"Hey, your student ID." Dong Qiangqiang shouted at Jin Yuan's back.

"You keep it for use." Jin Yuan didn't look back.

"Did you cause something?"

No one answered.Jin Yuan's figure slowly disappeared at the corner at the end of the road.

"What a weirdo!" Dong Qiangqiang muttered, looking down at the suitcase. It's a black suitcase with a combination lock on it.

Dong Qiangqiang tried to open it, but was unsuccessful. He shook the suitcase vigorously, and something seemed to be dangling inside.

Dong Qiangqiang carried the box and walked towards the shoemaker's driving school. As soon as he opened the door, he heard a commotion in the distance. He couldn't help but stop and look in the direction of the sound.

After about a few seconds, a familiar figure ran past like a wind in the distance, it was Jin Yuan. Before Dong Qiangqiang could react, he saw a few people in denim suits chasing in the direction Jin Yuan ran past, shouting something while running.

Dong Qiangqiang's heart moved, and he was about to go over to see what happened. As soon as the door opened, a middle-aged woman stuck her head out: "Do you still want to sign up?"

"Oh, sign up."

"Then please fill out the form as soon as possible," she explained. "I'll be out in a while."

Dong Qiangqiang followed her into the office: "Are you going to send the registration materials?"

"No, I'll be going to class soon." The middle-aged woman smiled, "I'm also a coach, my name is Karina."

Seeing the cost of nearly 1000 marks, Dong Qiangqiang touched his shriveled wallet and strongly realized that he was in urgent need of a second job. He thought of the work in the brewery mentioned by Lei Lanting. While Karina went to another room to copy his passport, he dialed Lei Lanting's cell phone.
