[(bá) Longwood] "Shan Hai Jing Zhong Shan Jing"

There are many jades on the mountain and copper on the bottom.The surging water flows out, while Beiliu pours into Luo.Many of them are sheep.There is Mu Yan, whose shape is like a osmanthus, whose leaves are like a tung tree and have pods. Its name is longum, and it can poison fish.

Translation: Handing Mountain, the mountain is rich in jade, and the bottom of the mountain is rich in copper.Taodiaoshui originated from here, and then flowed northward into Luoshui.There are many sheep in the mountains.There is also a tree in the mountains, like Ailanthus sinensis, whose leaves are like sycamore leaves and bear pods. The name is scorpion, which can poison fish.

【葶草（tíng zhù）】《Shan Hai Jing Zhong Shan Jing》

The mountain of Xiong'er is mostly painted, and the bottom is brown.The water of Fuhao flows out of Yan, while the west flows into Luo, where there are many water jade and many fish.There is Cao Yan, whose shape is like sorrel and red, and its name is Ting Zhu, which can poison fish.

Translation: On Xiong'er Mountain, there are dense sumac trees on the top of the mountain, and dense palm trees on the bottom of the mountain.From then on, the Fuhao River originated and then flowed westward into Luoshui. There are many crystal stones and many mermaids in the water.There is a kind of grass in the mountain, which looks like sage and has red flowers. Its name is Tingzhu, which can poison fish to death.

【Mangcao】《Shan Hai Jing Zhong Shan Jing》

Chaoge Mountain.Fushui came out, and Fushui is now in Wuyang County, Nanyang.Yinwu.The southeast flow is infused with glory, and there are many fish among them.There are many Zinans on it, and there are many antelope and elk on it.There is Caoyan, called Mangcao, which can poison fish.Now use it to kill fish.

【筀竹】《Shan Hai Jing Zhong Shan Jing》

Translation: Yunshan.Flowers and trees do not grow.But there is a kind of osmanthus bamboo, which is very poisonous. If the branches and leaves pierce people, they will die.
