Otome's Law of Ascension

Chapter 36 36. Black Pearl

Chapter 36 36. Black Pearl

There was a subtle tension in the atmosphere on Hail Lane, and Lycia saw a woman dragging a fishing net pass by.

Then she saw a sudden change in the direction the crowd was walking, but they didn't flock in the same direction.

Lycia ascended the wooden staircase, which was a third eaten away by moths, and Flindoner called her impatiently in a low voice. "Follow."

"Oh." She came back to her senses, then pulled her skirt and took two big steps, and followed.

After climbing the wooden stairs, Lycia fell down with Flindoner before she had time to take a good look at the road.

"Ah!" She was almost in a hurry to summon the armored knight whom she had seen twice.

Fortunately, the feeling of falling only lasted three seconds, and Licia fell right onto the soft sofa.

"Welcome to the Black Pearl Circus!" A man wearing a black bear headgear and white pants came to Licia and Flindonna with a tray.

'Why a circus, not a trade fair? ' Licia coughed twice, it might be a very hidden trading house.

Flindoner put a gold coin on his tray. "Give me the blue one, two pieces."

The black bear hood kept looking at Licia, and Licia also looked at him curiously, with a 30.00% favorability score, probably another idiot, and she covered the lower half of her face.

Licia was already familiar with the strangeness, and even opened her eyes wide to look at the way he took out the two blue number plates from behind.

"Oh, my God." The black bear hood covered his chest. "Here you are, beautiful lady." He handed a blue plate to Flindonna, put back another one, and then replaced it with a black number plate.

"Thank you!" Licia took the black number plate, and found that it was different from the blue plate, with only a curved white pattern on it, without numbers.

"Please enjoy the next hour~" The black bear headgear looked at Licia reluctantly before walking to the next table.

"Give me your black card." Flindorna held out his hand.

Licia was very dissatisfied, but she did it anyway, she didn't dare to fall out with Fulindona in this kind of place.

Felindona took out the boxed solid grease, dug a little out with his little finger, and daubed it on the black card.

He read it carefully for a long time.

Licia was looking at the surrounding environment. The light was very dark, and the seats were crowded and messy. From their positions, they couldn't see the dance floor in front of them at all. They wondered if the dance floor would rise later.

People are like them, suddenly fell on the chair, this should be a special way to enter the trade fair.

"Come with me." Flindonna grabbed a few candies that were already on the table and started walking through the crowd.

The waiter wearing a black bear hood also passed by. "Sir, turn left in the restroom."

Felindona led Licia to the edge of the tent, and then opened the curtain.

He held the curtain to let Lycia through.

'Could it be that you want to sell me, but if you want to sell me, you sold me long ago last time. Licia took a deep breath, raised her legs boldly and followed Fulin Dona to turn right.

The outside of the tent is still a tent, but the ground is not carpeted, but a bit of muddy grass.

"Lot NO.13, please go this way." A voice came from nowhere, and a hand-shaped silt suddenly appeared on the road, pointing to one of the five small tents ahead.

"So the black sign just now wasn't for me?" Licia couldn't help asking.

Flindoner glanced at her, and snorted with his pipe in his mouth. "What do you say?"

Licia sighed, it seems that beauty cannot be realized.

"Go in alone." Fulin Dona stood at the door of the small tent and opened the curtain. "After you come out later, return to the same way to find me."

Licia looked at him, and then glanced inside the pitch-black tent, as if there was a red light.

"What is this, why is it so dark?"

Felindorna took a look with his head. "Turn on the lights, Keith."

"You'll know when you go in."

Afterwards, the inside of the tent was illuminated by red light, and Licia saw a woman wearing a veil picking her feet?

"Come on, baby, let me decipher it for you."

Felindona pushed Licia impatiently, then lowered the curtain, turned around and left.

Licia staggered two steps, then stood firm.

The veiled woman was intoxicated, taking a deep breath into the tips of her fingers that had just finished buckling her toes. "Please sit down."

Lycia moved the cushion on the floor a little farther away and sat across from Keith.

The veiled woman Keith moved her butt twice, and then took out a bag of squashed feathers.

"Let me see what you need to know." She took out three feathers with her hand and waved them twice in Licia's face.

Licia, who could even smell the smell of her feet, retched. "Feel sorry."

Geese paused for a moment. "Extreme day?"

Licia held her breath. "Did Mr. Flindoner tell you?"

Keith retracted the feather in embarrassment. "Okay, I won't show you these advanced magics."

"I have been divining the polar day." She took out a booklet, put it on the table, and pushed it to Licia to read. "This is the picture I saw after divination, and I drew it."

On the screen is a large steel ship, which looks similar to the ships Licia saw in the 21st century, except that this ship has dozens of wings, and there are things like gun barrels around the hull.

"The Thorn Empire does not have such a large ship." Geese turned the page again.

The picture is a silver moon. "But the moon is golden." Keith shook his head.

"These are the pictures I have divined. I don't quite understand, if you can understand."

In fact, these two pictures didn't have a big impact on Licia. She picked up the painting of the silver moon, and then turned to the painting of the big steel ship. She really couldn't think of any connection with the polar day.

"It's okay, maybe you can interpret these two pictures in the next few days, and I often do the same." Keith took back the booklet.

"There are still 10 minutes, you can ask me another question, I will help you with divination." Keith grabbed a rag from nowhere and wiped her hands, she still seemed to mind Licia's dry voice vomit.

"I want to know who killed my mother." Lycia looked into Keith's amber eyes that were visible from the veil.

"Sorry, I don't divination the past, only the future." Geese blinked. "However, I can divination, under what circumstances will you find out about your mother."

The process of divination is very fast.

Like Troy last time, Keith opened his eyes suddenly, and then fell to one side with weak legs.

"What's wrong with you?" Licia asked anxiously.

"You are a person who cannot divination, I was warned, was, was, I was warned by the gods, black, no, no, brown, no, it is blue?" Geese babbled nonsense for a long time.

She wiped the sweat from her brow and frantically drew on the paper.
