Chapter 3 Crazy, Crazy

Chapter 3 Crazy, Crazy
At night, the sky is dry, the cicadas are singing and the birds are singing.

The noise outside the house did not stop for a moment, and from time to time, Liu Sanniang and the other women could be heard yelling.

Xia Zhaoyi sat in a dry corner of the house, and she pushed open the windows a few times, which was good for ventilation. The fresh breeze from Xu Lai also brought a lot of coolness to her hot and hot body.

In the yard, the smoke from the cooking wafted up, the busy women scurried away, the bowls, chopsticks, pots and pans were clinking, and the huge backyard was like a tight string.

"Sister," Xiao Wu finally couldn't bear it anymore, and turned to look at the cabin in the most remote corner, "That person seems to be dying. When I went to find her today, she was very strange."

"Don't worry about it." Xiaorong, who was sitting next to her, pulled her back and continued to brush the tableware and chopsticks in her hand, and said unhappily, "Did you forget the nosy last time, I heard that the wolf was bitten to the bone. There are not many left."

"Ah," Xiao Wu's eyes widened in fright, "Who did you listen to, there are still people watching?"

"You don't care about these things, and if Yu's mother calls you to go, you won't go." Xiaorong put down the tableware, got up and went to the side of the well, threw the bucket into the well, and said while holding the reel. "Come on, give me a hand, I'm running out of energy."

"What's the use of keeping you when you don't have the energy! You don't have to eat dinner tonight!" Mr. Liang scolded casually, passing by holding the clean clothes basket he had just collected, walking in a hurry.

Xiao Wu glared at her angrily, stood up and walked to the well to help, and said angrily, "The useless stinky mother-in-law is also showing off her power in front of our children."

A little girl struggled to hold a bamboo basket that was also full of clean clothes, trotted after Liang, and when she heard this, she looked at Xiaowu.

Xiaowu timidly shut his mouth, but after recognizing that this little girl was the timid Qian Qianqian, he immediately widened his eyes again, filled with warnings.

Qian Qianqian quickly retracted his gaze, hugged the bamboo basket tightly, and chased forward.

It was getting darker and darker, and the aroma of the food in the backyard wafted out.

At about three o'clock in the morning, a rickety man ran from the bridge and shouted, "Come back, come back, Master Ba, they are back!"

"Quick, quick!" a woman shouted in a sharp voice, "get ready!"

"As for the wine, serve the wine first!" Liu Sanniang also started shouting in a loud voice.

Xiaowu, Xiaorong, and the other six or seven girls heard that they were busy putting down their work, got up and ran towards the wine cellar, and no one dared to take a half-pace.

Liu Sanniang stood in the courtyard to monitor them, and after they approached, she thought for a while, turned to look at the small wooden house in the northwest corner, rolled up her sleeves, and deliberately cursed, "I don't know if that short-lived one is dead or not. It's so busy here, she hides in it very comfortably, let Brother Lu directly kill the pigs later!"

All the girls turned pale when they heard it, and held the wine jars in their hands firmly, lest they fall to the ground and shatter.

"You know what you're afraid of. If you know it, just work hard for me! After you've delivered the wine, go to boil the water, and those masters will have to take a bath!"

Liu Sanniang was very satisfied with their response. After the training, she turned around and went to the kitchen to get a bowl of porridge for herself.

Qian Qianqian was not among the girls who delivered the wine. She was sitting on a long bench, making dough balls with the servants next to her.

Seeing those girls carrying the wine jars to the front yard, Qian Qianqian couldn't help expressing envy, then turned back and looked at the cabin on the other side.

"What are you looking at?" Ma Yu said in a low voice, seeing that she was uneasy, "Don't be distracted, be quick."

"Oh." Qian Qianqian nodded.

The girls trotted back after delivering the wine, went back to the wine cellar, hugged the wine jar again, and then hurried to the front yard again.

But at this moment, the sound of a few broken wine jars rang out, and the girls in the front screamed and ran back here.

The servants looked around in a hurry, and many stood up.

A woman in a gray cloth appeared out of nowhere, with a slender figure and long hair that hung down her hips, chasing after a few girls holding a wine jar.

Xiaowu tightly guarded the wine jar in his hand and did not dare to break it, but was grabbed by the woman: "Give it to me!"

The woman snatched Xiaowu's wine jar, pushed her away fiercely, and looked at the group of servants who came after hearing the sound.

"Xiaowu!" Xiaorong hurriedly ran to help her sister.

Xiao Wu was a little stunned, raised his head and looked at the woman blankly.

"What are you looking at," the woman scolded, kicking them with a kick, "what are you looking at, how can you be better!"

Then she looked around, ran to the wooden frame aside, pulled out the torches, rushed towards the crowd, and waved wildly: "Go away, all go away! Or die with me!"

The girls screamed and ran away, and several people were frightened and cried.

The woman opened the lid of the wine, spilled the wine from the wine jar to the crowd, and made a gesture of throwing the torches over.

The servants also fled in panic.

The woman turned around and smashed the wine jar into the kitchen, ran in with a torch and rummaged for the wine jar.

"I'm going to kill you, I'm going to kill you..."

She murmured and smashed all the wine jars that could be found in the house to the ground.

"She's crazy, she's crazy!"

"Go to the front yard and shout!"

"You try to stop her!"

The servants outside the house were in a hurry.

The wine gurgled and flowed in all directions.

The woman squatted down holding a wine jar and put the torch on the ground.

The wine was ignited and boiled.

The corner of the woman's clothes was also on fire, she jumped up and patted it off, and ran out holding the wine jar.

Three or four maids faced her with poles, and one maid held a wooden post for bolting the door in her hand.

"Don't pull us into the water if you don't want to live!" a servant girl scolded.

"Put down your torches!"

"You can't beat so many of us!"

Seeing their terrified expressions, the woman laughed, the more she laughed, the more mournful she became, and tears fell from her eyes.

The fire behind her quickly intensified, rushed to the beams, burned through the roof, and the sky was dyed with orange light.

"Go to hell, too." The woman shouted suddenly, smashing the wine jar in her hand towards the crowd, and then the torches followed it and threw it over.

The crowd screamed and fled everywhere. The two women who were hit caught fire and jumped on the spot, screaming for help.

The woman quickly went to the side, picked up the torch, and threw it at the drink that the girls had thrown on the ground.

Another fire raged.

"Crazy, crazy," Yu Ma hid behind the crowd with a large bowl of powder balls in her arms, and muttered as she looked at the fires that were hunting with the wind and the two burning people who were rolling and shooting on the ground, screaming incessantly. "It's all crazy."
