Dong Lizi explained in plain words as much as possible: "The sky has five elements, and the earth has five elements. The sky has five elements, water, wood, earth, fire and metal. The earth has five elements, fire, gold, water, wood and earth. They are all born of yin and yang. And each is dominated by soil. These two soils are Gui, the yellow buds are the gold of the real elixir, and the gold is produced in the soil, which is called Dao Gui. At this time, the root of the tongue swallows and spits out the gold liquid, and it goes up to the heaven, Li Niwan, Jiang Huachi, When you drink it, you will fly down the stairs, go straight to Jiangguan, and then flow into the Qihai Danding, irrigating the yellow buds, going round and round, without rest. This name comes from Drinking Daogui."

After going through this series of steps, all the methods of refining inner alchemy have been completed.
