Chapter 1047 Pit Avoidance Guide

Chapter 1047 Pit Avoidance Guide
In fact, many people are well aware of the fact that practical project construction covers up the theft of national resources.

This time, under the "cover" of filling land for a major project, the "black soil" buried in the ground was secretly dug out, and then sold at a high price for a profit.

The construction team normally does earth filling works during the day, and digs "black soil" illegally at night.

Then take advantage of the dark night to transport the excavated "black soil" to the ceramic factory for sale.

The soil quality of this "black soil" is completely different from ordinary red soil.

This is a kind of black mud, which presents a greasy quality, and feels delicate and smooth in the hand.

The locals only know that this kind of black soil can make high-grade porcelain, but they don't know that it can make Ru porcelain like jade!

Therefore, this "black soil" is a scarce resource.

In fact, most of the raw materials for making Ru kiln porcelain, such as black soil, can be bought in Ruzhou area.

The area under the jurisdiction of Ruzhou is rich in pottery clay, with a large amount of calcite, potassium albite feldspar, feldspar sandstone, pyrophyllite, fluorite, hard kaolin, soft kaolin, quartz and other main raw materials, and the distribution area is wide.

Why do you steal things for small profits when you can buy them?

After sending away Wu San and the others, Chen Wenzhe sent a message to Li Jinli, asking them to purchase all raw materials related to Ru kiln porcelain and send them to the ceramic factory in South Vietnam as quickly as possible.

Next, Chen Wenzhe made two-handed preparations while waiting for the newly formed fleet to arrive.

Especially some of the expedition ships and salvage ships. Of course, these ships look similar to ordinary cruise ships.

However, as long as Chen Wenzhe needs it, he can assemble professional tools and turn it into various professional ships.

Chen Wenzhe had long wanted to follow a river in South Vietnam and enter the mountains of North Vietnam to look for gems and treasures. It would be the best if he could find the ancient tomb.

Now the fleet has been established in China, but it seems that it is not easy to enter South Vietnam.

Gao Qijing is currently going through various procedures, if it really doesn't work, just buy a few more ships from Nanyue, and replace them with equipment at that time, the effect will be the same.

After waiting for such a long time, Chen Wenzhe did not wait for the fleet, so his inland treasure hunting plan could not be carried out.

And if there is enough time, all kinds of domestic raw materials he needs are also sent over, then he doesn't mind making a batch of porcelain first.

Of course, he is not idle now. In the past few days, whenever he is free, Chen Wenzhe will hold the Ru kiln three-legged washbasin and use it backtracking.

A piece of Ru kiln handed down from ancient times has a history of thousands of years. Looking back on its experience, there are too many historical fragments, or important harvests.

Anyway, it's okay to be idle, just watch a movie.

On this day, Chen Wenzhe received the purchase order, and the goods had already entered South Vietnam Customs.

At this time, he had already learned the making of Ru kiln porcelain thoroughly.

"When you get the materials, you can make a few pieces by yourself to see the effect."

While drinking tea, Chen Wenzhe sorted out the process of making Ru kiln porcelain in his mind.

Sorting out the memories in my mind, the more I combed, the more emotional I became.

It turned out that what he thought was too simple. The firing of royal porcelain is really not simple.

It is not uncommon for Chen Wenzhe to have seen the production of other official kiln wares, such as Xuande blue and white porcelain, Yuan blue and white porcelain, and Five Dynasties secret color porcelain.

But these are really different from the official kiln wares of the prosperous Song Dynasty.

It is not without reason that Ru kiln porcelain is expensive, because it is carefully selected at every step from the qualitative design to the production.

For example, the selection of porcelain stones, this step will be from quarrying → stone picking → stone washing → crushing → filtering → mud refining, a total of six steps.

This can also be regarded as mud training skills, and this time the mud training is much more rigorous and solemn than Chen Wenzhe's original mud training.

Afterwards, the blank is drawn by hand, or the mold is grouted and formed.

After the porcelain embryo is formed, it is airing → trimming → carving → bisque firing (600°C-800°C) → glazing (agate glaze) → finishing of glazed blank → drying in the shade → loading sagger → high temperature redox fire into (1000 ° C - 1400 ° C).

Just like this step by step, Tianqing Ru porcelain was fired in a heavy reducing atmosphere and under high temperature conditions.

The powder qingru porcelain is fired in a moderately reducing atmosphere and at a slightly lower temperature.

Bean green Ru porcelain is fired in a light reducing atmosphere and low temperature.

Knowing this, Chen Wenzhe has become extremely familiar with the characteristics of Ru Kiln's porcelain-making process.

He is also well aware of Ru Kiln's porcelain-making process, which mainly includes five aspects: material selection and processing, blank and glaze preparation, molding and carcass decoration, biscuit firing and glaze application, and glaze firing.

It can be said that each step of these processes is very important.

Not to mention anything else, such as the selection of materials in the first step.

For ancient kiln workers, they can only choose suitable mineral materials from the local area.

For Chen Wenzhe, it was relatively simple.

Because modern science and technology have been very in-depth research on Ru kiln porcelain.

In addition, we have found the former site of Ru Kiln, so we only need to choose suitable porcelain clay locally.

What is suitable? That is, the mineral content is consistent with the handed down Ru kiln.

Material selection is the first process of Ru kiln porcelain making, and the objects of material selection include blank-making raw materials and glaze-making raw materials for the production of Ru porcelain.

The main raw material for blank making is clay, and the main raw material for glaze making is minerals rich in potassium, sodium, silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, iron and other elements.

The main purpose of material selection is to find a high-quality ore source for the production of Ru kiln products, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent porcelain making process.

For example, the carcass of Ru porcelain is not highly porcelained, the color of the carcass is gray, and the carcass contains a certain amount of color-developing impurities.

Therefore, even minerals with roughly the same elemental content are different and very important.

According to a lot of experimental experience accumulated in modern times, the color-developing impurity element in the body of Ru porcelain is iron, with a content of more than 2%.

Moreover, the blank of Ru porcelain should contain iron in a combined state.

Since the blank used in the production of Ru porcelain contains a certain amount of iron in a combined state, its minerals will inevitably contain impurities such as free elemental iron and relatively large ferric oxide.

The refractoriness of these impurities is low, and in the high-temperature molten state, the surface of the carcass will collapse, leaving black spots on the glaze, which seriously affects the quality of the product.

From the observation of the glazed surface and carcass of Ru porcelain handed down from ancient times, it can be seen that iron black spots on the glazed surface of Ru porcelain handed down from ancient times are rare, and there is no obvious collapse on the surface of the carcass.

In this way, the choice of mineral materials is even more important.

If it is someone else, just at this point, it will take a lot of money and time to keep doing experiments.

And through backtracking, Chen Wenzhe knows how to avoid this pit.

In fact, this is very simple. In order to ensure the quality of Ru kiln products, the ancient people chose minerals with a high degree of weathering as raw materials for the production of Ru porcelain.
