Chapter 1143 Glazing 1 Firing

Chapter 1143 Glazing once and firing once

For more than [-] years since the Jianzhan craftsmanship was lost in the Song Dynasty, in order to inherit the Jianzhan culture, generations of craftsmen have never changed their infatuation and continued to succeed.

Finally, in 1981, the production technique of Jianzhan Zhongtuhaozhan was successfully restored in China.

The knowledge that Chen Wenzhe learned earlier was inherited from these domestic masters.

In [-], the Tuhaozhan was re-burned, but the recovery of Yaobian Jianzhan showed an insurmountable technical gap, which made people feel helpless.

Not only in China, but even abroad, there are many overseas potters such as Neon and France, who devote their whole lives to the journey of solving the mystery of Yaobian technology.

However, Yaobian skills are like Mount Everest, lying in front of them, and it is always difficult to make progress.

However, nowadays, a group of craftsmen who have a special liking for Jianzhan took over the torch of their predecessors, restarted the kiln, kept approaching the ancient style of the Song Dynasty, and finally fired successfully.

Among them, Master Lu Jinxi is one of the representative craftsmen.

This is why Chen Wenzhe was lucky. If he had been in the early years, even if he wanted to learn how to make Yaobianzhan, he would not have been able to find a temple.

Therefore, the collection and appreciation of 5678 porcelain is not without reason.

If you really want to count, the rabbit hair lamp that was successfully refired in 567 can be regarded as a kind of [-] porcelain.

Such a kind of porcelain, even if it was fired in the 80s or even the 90s, is nothing, because its value lies in its craftsmanship, not the precipitation of history.

Such as Liuxia lamp, rabbit hair lamp, hair porcelain, Jianguo porcelain, national gift porcelain, etc., can you ignore their existence because they are modern works of art?

I really can't ignore it. When studying Jianzhan and learning Jianzhan firing skills, the photo that shocked Chen Wenzhe the most was a photo of the modern Jianzhan master Lu Jinxi.

His work speaks for itself!Faced with a circle, from the first generation to the eighth generation, there are 10 Yao Bianjian lamps, anyone who sees it will be shocked.

That's right, it is Lu Jinxi's Yaobian Jianzhan works from the first generation to the eighth generation!

There are 10 built-in lamps in this circle, witnessing the culmination of Lu Jinxi's research for more than [-] years, and the masterpiece of three generations of master and apprentice painstaking efforts!

Lu Jinxi, ceramic art master, arts and crafts master (ceramics) in Fuzhou, art appraiser, appraiser, senior technician, senior expert and collector of ancient book culture and old house culture research.

Master Lu was born in the birthplace of Jianzhan, and formed an indissoluble bond with Jianzhan. He devoted himself to the family of Chen Hui, a member of the first batch of experts to restore Jianzhan when he was young.

At that time, he developed an inseparable love for Jianzhan.

And his ancestor is a famous art master in my country, an academic leader and art educator in the field of arts and crafts in my country, an expert in ancient porcelain art research, the only art consultant of the most authoritative academic masterpiece "History of Huaxia Ceramics", Huaxia Mr. Deng Bai, a leader in theoretical research on ceramic art.

History has proved that changes in the trajectory of social development are often only due to a small inflection point.

And the restoration of Yaobian Jianzhan stems from a solemn instruction from the Chinese art master Deng Bai!

In 1979, my country organized an expert group for the first time to study the production techniques of restoring Jianzhan.

In 1981, the expert group successfully restored the firing technique of the Jian kiln of the Song Dynasty.

Mr. Deng Bai made a special trip to Jianyang, the site of Jian Kiln in the Song Dynasty, to congratulate him and inspect the research results of Jianzhan.

He also presented a painting to his personal disciple, Chen Hui, a member of the first batch of expert groups for restoring Jianzhan in China, and repeatedly asked the expert group to persevere in researching and restoring Yaobianzhan, so that the inheritance of Jianzhan can be carried forward.

It was precisely because of the teacher's encouragement and entrustment that Chen Hui moved to accept the idea of apprentices.

In this way, Lu Jinxi, who is smart, dedicated, and interested in Jianzhan since childhood, became Chen Hui's only apprentice.

It is because of these that Yao can truly change his skills and be reborn from the ashes!

For decades, under the precepts and deeds of his predecessors, Lu Jinxi has devoted himself to studying the firing skills of Jianzhan.

For more than [-] years, Shangqiongbi has fallen to Huangquan and acquired a large number of fragments of Song Dynasty Jianzhan with obsidian elements.

He collected a large amount of literature, including consulting fragments of Song Dynasty materials and reading poems about tea in Song Dynasty.

He also used modern technology to detect the content of various trace elements in the fragments.

It can be said that he constantly adjusts and explores the melting temperature and chemical reaction timing of the porcelain body and glaze components from the ratio of raw materials and the selection of enamel.

In addition, observe the transformation of the natural environment and temperature atmosphere inside and outside the kiln under different conditions.

Finally, in 2015, Lu Jinxi, who has been immersed in Yaobian research for more than [-] years, after an arduous exploration that is almost like a phoenix rebirth from the ashes, finally saw the moon when the clouds opened.

For the first time in the world, he successfully restored the production skills of Yaobian Jianzhan, and developed a new burning Yaobianzhan that is closest to the Song Dynasty Yaobian Tianmu.

Once glazed, once fired!
This is really a model of not forgetting the original intention and always being the only one!

Since then, Lu Jinxi has accumulated a lot of knowledge and worked steadily, and has already explored a set of mature obsidian firing techniques.

Now it is step by step, steadily improving Yaobian firing skills.

His skill is as high as that of Song people.

At present, his "Yaobian" Jianzhan works have been collected by many museums in England, Neon and other countries and regions.

It was also at this time that Chen Wenzhe really understood what Yao Bianzhan is, and also the essential elements that Yao Bianzhan must possess.

According to the research of many experts and professors in the industry at home and abroad, especially after appreciating the three national treasures of Song Dynasty Yaobian celestial eyes collected in the Neon Museum, the Fang family agreed that the real "Yaobian" lamp should meet the five characteristics.

The first is iron tires, thick glaze, and high-temperature firing;
The second is natural mineral glaze, one-time glazing and one-time firing;
The shape of the third macula is round, with different sizes and clustered in groups;
The fourth is the color halo that changes the color of the lamp body with the change of light and angle;
Fifth, there are colored rabbit hairs inside the cup.

The Yaobian Jianzhan developed and restored by Master Lu is undoubtedly the closest to the characteristics of the Song Dynasty Yaobian Jianzhan in the world today.

This point has been unanimously recognized by experts in the industry, including Dr. Xiao Linren, an expert on neon ancient porcelain, and Lin Zhonggan, a researcher at the Fuzhou Provincial Museum.

They jointly determined that the Lu Jinxi Yaobian is the closest to the Yaobian of the Song Dynasty.

And all of this certainly won't happen overnight.

Chen Wenzhe was completely immersed in learning. He didn't fall asleep this time, but he still achieved the effect of immersive learning.

His mind was completely sucked into the Pearl of Suihou, and he was directly immersed in Master Lu's work, study, and research.

He seems to have become another Master Lu, and he seems to be a bystander who experienced it himself.

Although it felt a bit complicated, Chen Wenzhe was soon attracted by Master Lu's craftsmanship.

In anything, if you want to succeed and do your best, you need to work hard.

Talented people, if they work so hard and persevere, they will naturally succeed.

And Chen Wenzhe followed Master Lu, step by step, starting from dripping glaze cups, rabbit hair cups, flare cups, and starting to re-burn the yaochang cups little by little.
