Therefore, even if the Buddhism is flourishing, the ancient Buddha of Burning Lamp can only get a share of the pie, but he cannot get the biggest fruit of victory.

But in general, the unity of Buddhism far exceeds that of Taoism.

However, at this moment, in front of the powers of the Three Realms, the carefully selected Buddhist learners made the great wish of "the lion and the camel are not clean, and they will not go westward", which undoubtedly showed the filth under the golden surface of Buddhism to the world.

In fact, it is impossible for Buddhism to hide the idea of ​​"making great wishes" from the Taoist masters, who also have a new understanding of the "compassion" of monks.

This is really nothing to eat. All sentient beings provide the power of vows to Buddhism, dreaming of entering the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss in the afterlife, but they don't know that half of the suffering of all sentient beings is created by Buddhism.

The Tang Dynasty in Nanbuzhou was in its heyday. Although there were not many monks and Buddhist temples, the happiness of the people far exceeded that of Xiniu Hezhou.

Shituo Ridge is not far from Lingshan, but it is such a filthy place. You must know that 500 years ago, it was a prosperous and prosperous Shituo Country with a population of tens of millions!

On the Lingshan Mountain, Tathagata's face remained the same, but there was a wave of turmoil in his heart.

This is the first time that the overall situation of "Learning Buddhist scriptures from the West" has gotten out of control, and unexpected changes have taken place.

But Jin Chanzi is his second disciple, the direct descendant of the direct line, and he has been watching him grow up all the time, and will never be disturbed by the outside world.

Doesn't the Tathagata know about the filth in Lingshan and the filth under the Dharma?

Naturally it is impossible.

If the whole world is running according to one's wish, then Tathagata also hopes that there will be no sea of ​​suffering in the Three Realms, and everyone can reach bliss early.

But this is not realistic.

Even if the Three Realms are as vast as the extreme, and the inspirations are endless, the amount of great energy that can be bred is still limited.

Everyone becomes a Buddha, but it is just vain.

There will always be someone who has to be the price. For the whole life, life after life, they will be the cows and horses, and the power of vows, to lift the Buddha up, out of the sea of ​​suffering, and step into the pure land.

The birth of a Buddha means that at least trillions of living beings will perish in the sea of ​​suffering.

If all living beings live happily, then there will be fewer vows. Only when you are struggling on the edge of life and death, and everything is out of control, can all beings put their only hope into Buddhism and the next life, and then they can generate vows on the largest scale.

All of this, even if he is the World Honored One and the Buddha, he cannot change it.

But I have to say that Shituoling's level is indeed a little too much.

Under the attention of the Three Realms, it is undoubtedly a big discredit to Buddhism, which is not good for the prosperity of Buddhism.

At this critical juncture, changes must be made to put the derailed accident back on track.

"Avalokitesvara, what do you think of Tang Sanzang's grand wish that 'lions and camels are not pure, and never go westward'?" Tathagata asked Avalokitesvara beside him.

"World Honored One, out of the three great wishes of Tang Sanzang, only the last wish must be fulfilled immediately. Our Buddhist sect should assist Tang Sanzang to complete the purification of Shituoling and save all living beings. Only in this way can we show the compassion of our Buddha." Guanyin paused: "It's just that, the three demon kings of Shituoling must destroy both body and spirit, and the Buddha also has vajra's glaring eyes!"

Tathagata understands the meaning beneath the surface of Avalokitesvara's words.

This level of Shituoling covers three difficulties, which is a very important level among the 81 difficulties of Journey to the West.

As for the three demon kings, Green Lion, White Elephant, and Dapeng, the first two are the mounts of Manjusri Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva respectively, and Dapeng is the brother of "Buddha Mother Peacock Daming King Bodhisattva" and has a great relationship with Tathagata. .

Now that we want to "happy funerals" and demonstrate the compassion and light of Buddhism, we must silence the Three Demons and not leak any news.

But although they are mounts, the green lion, white elephant, and roc are all the fighting power of the golden immortal, and they are not far from the certification of the Da Luo fruit. They can be called the top fighters of Buddhism, and they are also merit-making machines.

Moreover, the three demons descended to the world to cause chaos precisely in response to the order of Buddhism, and those who obeyed orders were strictly enforced, so who would dare to serve Buddhism in the future?

This is the hardest part.

Tathagata fell into deep thought.

Nowadays, it is rare to have the best of both worlds, and we can only give up one thing.

However, Jin Chanzi is now a pilgrim, and he has traveled more than half of the time to learn from the Western Paradise. How could he give up Jin Chanzi at this most critical moment?

But being "coerced" by subordinates is undoubtedly the most hated by the superiors, but in an instant, the Tathagata's love for Jin Chanzi has been reduced by most.

Even if he succeeds in learning from the Western Paradise in the end, he still has to beat him hard, and it seems that the "Zhan Tan Gongde Buddha" that was originally scheduled will also be changed.

"Since this is the case, you will be the host, Guanyin, and cooperate with Tang Sanzang to purify Shituoling!" Tathagata finally made up his mind: "The Wuliang Mountain on Monkey King can also be slightly reduced by one or two!"

The three demons of Shituoling are certainly powerful, and there are treasures such as the two cylinders of yin and yang. Originally, they were going to toss the scripture learning group hard to make up the tribulations and collect a lot of merit.

But as Tang Sanzang "made a big deal out of molehills" and exposed the scars of Buddhism, he could only choose to maintain his image, and it was reasonable to loosen Monkey King.

Sun Wukong, who is at the peak of combat power, can even destroy the Tathagata once, and it is no problem to subdue the Three Demons.

As long as people don't know the relationship between the Three Demons and Buddhism, it's a crime of "overseeing" at most, and it's not a big problem.

As soon as he arrived in the South China Sea, a black bear spirit came to report, saying that it was Monkey King who came to ask for a visit.

Avalokitesvara nodded slightly. Fortunately, there was Sun Wukong, who was so steady. He knew how to ask for instructions and reported early. As the chief director of Journey to the West, he was much more relaxed.

Sure enough, Sun Wukong came in and asked for advice: "Bodhisattva, now I have learned the scriptures and four people went to a lion camel mountain. I met three demon kings and swallowed all the souls of a country. There is a huge background. That Tang The elder even made the great wish of 'lions and camels are not clean, and they will not go westward', so the bodhisattva knows who these three demon kings are, and which gods should they go to?"

Monkey King is already very proficient in the process, and he asked for advice while explaining the situation.

While Guanyin was relieved, he was also a little embarrassed: "The three demons of Shituoling don't have any roots. They just rely on their profound knowledge and conduct recklessly. How dare they commit heinous crimes at the foot of Lingshan Mountain! Wukong, the Buddha has already done it for you!" To dissolve Wuliang Mountain, it is up to you to do your best to wipe out the evil in this world!"

As soon as Avalokitesvara's words fell, Sun Wukong felt his whole body lighten up, only half of the pressure on Wuliang Mountain was left, and even the Wuliang Golden Body was no longer sealed!
This is undoubtedly great news for Sun Wukong. After he got the "True Explanation of the Universe in the Sleeve", he devoted himself to studying the way of the universe. However, even if his understanding is extraordinary, he can't understand it in a short time.

But Tathagata unraveled Wuliang Mountain this time, not only half of the shackles on Sun Wukong's body were released, but also the mystery of the Buddha Kingdom in the palm was shown to him.

This greatly increased Monkey King's progress on how to use Wuliang Mountain for his own use.

Of course, the reason why Tathagata chose to do this is because Sun Wukong has been studying the scriptures all the way to the west, and he has behaved like an eminent monk, as if he is already a master of Buddhism.

From the Tathagata's point of view, it is obvious that it is his 500 years of Buddhist chanting, which has already completely transformed Sun Wukong.

At this moment, Monkey King is even more reliable than Tang Sanzang.

Sun Wukong resigned from Guanyin, left the South China Sea, and returned to Shituoling on somersaulting clouds.

The little monsters who came up to visit at first were all killed by Zhu Bajie and Monk Sha, but as the alarm sounded, squads of monsters rushed in from all directions, many of them could fight Monk Zhu Bajie, and the defense line was crumbling for a while.

But Tang Sanzang had closed his eyes at this moment, and kept sending the dead souls to reincarnation. The number of dead souls buried under the lion camel bell was too many, densely packed, endless, even the Arhat Bodhisattva would feel fear when he saw it.

However, Tang Sanzang already has a fearless spirit of sacrifice. At this moment, he is not afraid of death at all, only afraid that he will not be able to achieve his ambition before death.

Finally, even the Green Lion King was startled, and it turned out to be "Tang Monk", and immediately began to perform according to the script: "Hahaha, there is a way to heaven, you don't go, and there is no way to hell, you come, this Tang monk meat actually took the initiative Throwing it into your arms, we brothers can't help but enjoy it!"

Immediately afterwards, the White Elephant King also came out and directly entered the battle group.

Zhu Bajie and Monk Sha’s fighting strength in their heyday was only just entering the golden fairy realm, but now they are knocked down to the mortal world, and it’s okay to fight some minions, but when they face the Green Lion King and White Elephant King, they rushed to the street in an instant, and were directly defeated by the little demon. The bundle is tight.

Only Tang Sanzang was unmoved by the big monster who was so close to him, and the Buddha's light all over his body was brighter and purer.

Since the green lion and white elephant are the mounts of Manjusri and Samantabhadra, they have naturally seen many eminent monks. The gap between Tang Sanzang and his own master is not too big now. He is about to attain the Buddhahood, so why is he still a mortal?
But since he is an actor, he naturally has to follow the script. This is an iron law and cannot be played at will.

"Little ones, go up and tie Tang Sanzang for me, and after cooking, everyone will have a share!" The Green Lion King laughed.

"Let go of Elder Tang!" At this moment, with a cry, a figure suddenly appeared from the sky, it was Monkey King who had loosened half of the shackles!
At this moment, although he has not yet recovered to the peak combat power of suppressing the Jade Emperor and destroying the Buddha when he was making trouble in the Heavenly Palace, he is still a genuine Daluo Jinxian. In 500 years, he has never been so relaxed and happy!

In fact, I am still a little jealous. The scriptures from the west, the catastrophe personally hosted by the Buddhist sect, the producer of the Buddha, the chief director of Guanyin, and Lingshan's full cooperation.

Why did you choose Sun Wukong to be the Dharma protector?
Am I not eligible to be a green lion?

I am dedicated to Buddhism and have served Manjusri Bodhisattva for hundreds of millions of years!

What achievements does this hozen have in Buddhism?

Sun Wukong did not use the infinite golden body, but waited to use it to wipe out the three monsters, especially the "yin and yang two cylinders" that dealt with the big roc.

Along the way to the west, Sun Wukong suffered from a lot of spiritual treasures, and only in the state of the infinite golden body can he ignore most of the innate spiritual treasures.

The Buddha's light on Tang Sanzang's body became more and more intense, already illuminating the small half-lion camel ridge.

The entire Shituoling is gradually transforming from a land of demons to a land of light.

This is a miracle that can only be achieved by virtuous Buddhist monks who sacrifice their own merits.

The practice of Buddhism is not easy, and it all depends on the merits of vows. Therefore, many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are mostly preoccupied, and they are never willing to suffer easily to "consecrate" or "enlighten".

But the Dharma practiced by Tang Sanzang does not rely on the merits of vows, even if he made the three great vows, it is still the same.

When Tang Sanzang made these three great wishes, he did not expect them to be fulfilled, but had the mentality of a martyr.

At this moment, he is extremely shining, brighter and clearer than all the Buddhas in Lingshan.

The green lion and white elephant retreated back to the cave in a panic: "Then Sun Wukong is really powerful, no wonder he dared to make a big disturbance in the Heavenly Palace, smashing Ling Xiao to pieces, and wanted the Emperor of Heaven!"

"Yeah, even the Buddha went to suppress him, and he was beaten once!"

"However, it's a good thing that the third brother is here. I borrowed the Yin and Yang cylinders, and I can always take him into it. No matter how powerful he is, he will still suffer!"

There are also advantages to going down to earth according to the script, that is, it is not controlled, and you can be at ease and do whatever you want.

After all, there is no end to working for the great power of Buddhism, and these 500 years should be regarded as a release.

But for 500 years, the consequences of doing whatever they want are indeed terrible. Tens of millions of souls in the entire lion and camel country have been eaten up, which is even more vicious than before converting to Buddhism. Perhaps this is revenge cannibalism.

After all, the clear rules and precepts of Buddhism are still very disgusting.
