The so-called radio frequency card is actually an induction antenna connected to the IC chip and packaged in a standard PVC card.

There is an LC series resonant circuit in the card, and its frequency is the same as that emitted by the reader. The frequency is the same.
In this way, under the excitation of electromagnetic waves, the LC resonant circuit resonates, so that there is charge in the capacitor; at the other end of the charge, there is a one-way electron pump, which sends the charge in the capacitor to another capacitor for storage. When the accumulated charge reaches two volts, this capacitor can be used as a power source to provide operating voltage for the circuit in the card, allowing the card to start working.
Radio frequency encryption card is the simplest radio frequency card. A set of fake secret information is solidified in the card as ID verification. Most simple cards, such as meal cards used in schools, access control cards, etc., fall into this category.
Radio frequency memory cards are more complicated and involve information access. It adds a radio frequency transceiver circuit to the memory card and has the simple function of updating the data in the card. The bus cards used in some early cities in later generations, and the upgraded meal cards and hot water cards used by some schools fall into this category.
The most complicated one is the radio frequency CPU card. The chip of this card has its own operating system COS, which is equivalent to a simple computer with reading, storage, computing and other functions. This kind of card can be called a real smart card. All-in-one bus cards in large cities, financial IC cards used by banks, meal cards in a few schools, meter cards in power systems, etc., are radio frequency CPU cards.
It sounds very high-end, but the protocol for CPU cards has been introduced as early as 1988. Although COS is not a unified universal system, each card manufacturer has its own core operating system instruction set, but the protocol it follows, It is still the version of the General Unification Agreement specified in 1988.
In the life before Zhou Zhichuan came, because the research on operating systems started too late, CPU cards could only be manufactured abroad, making a lot of money in the Chinese market every year.
Of course, this situation does not exist now. The instruction set of the CPU card itself is not that complicated. The key is that several card manufacturers have blocked other people's research and development paths through technology patent monopoly, leaving people with no way out.
MiniCOS developed by Clover Company filled this gap in domestic software technology. The operating system of the CPU card could only be regarded as a subtractive transplantation of MiniCOS, which was quickly overcome by the company's expert team.
