If you add a hand next to the character "月" which represents meat, it means eating meat with your hands, and add "Shi" below it, which is the god of the ancestors, and this character becomes a knowing character, which means the sacrifice. "Sacrifice".

This is also the fundamental reason why many meat-related characters in Chinese characters have the word moon next to them.

However, these do not belong to the content of the freshman course. The old man only gave a brief explanation of the time when these three poems appeared and the general creation background, focusing on the last sentence of the third poem.
