Chapter 107

"Huijue Temple is originally a member of Thousand Buddha Island. You might as well stay here. If you have any questions, you can ask them one by one." Dingchun said.

"Thank you master, the disciple asked.

Enlightenment first and then enlightenment gradually, enlightenment first and then sudden enlightenment, the little monk is always confused about who will come first. "

"Listen to the Dharma gradually, understand the Dharma gradually; practice gradually, realize the fruit gradually; sudden, gradual and sequential are not static, and you will naturally no longer be confused during enlightenment."

Yimao showed joy, and hurriedly asked again:
"Concentration before wisdom, wisdom before concentration. What is the correct understanding of the order of concentration and wisdom?"

"The nature always produces a pure heart, and there is wisdom in the center of concentration; there is no heart in the environment, but there is concentration in the wisdom; concentration and wisdom are equal, there is no sequence; both concentration and wisdom are cultivated, and the mind is right."

Yi Mao fell into deep thought and stopped speaking.

This was the first time in Jin Ziming's life that he had the opportunity to receive guidance from the Mahayana True Monarch, so he immediately asked about cultivation.

"Master, I have incorporated Buddhist mantras into my saber techniques, but Senior Sister Ye said that my mantras are just in appearance, not in reality."

"You show me."

Jin Ziming took out Leng Yue, and practiced a few moves of the "demon sword" that incorporated Buddhist mantras, then stopped and looked at Dingchun Arhat.

"It's very creative, actually using the wind of a knife to cast a spell.

Dye is right, you don't have a deep understanding of the connotation of the spell, but in my opinion, it's not the only reason. "

"Also ask the teacher for advice."

"Gold benefactor, although you are at the early stage of Jindan, your combat power should be far beyond the realm. Can you tell me how you completed your Qi refining, foundation building and alchemy?"

Jin Ziming knew that Ye Ranyi would not harm him, so he told the story honestly, and Dingchun Luohan was amazed.

"Jin Benefactor, you are really a genius in practice, you dare to think that others dare not think, dare to do what others dare not do, even the old monk has to admire.

That's probably your problem too.

You made up for the lack of skills with your whimsical ideas, but in the eyes of Buddhists, there is suspicion of appearance.

To put it simply, in order to achieve your goal, you forcibly build bridges to connect roads that would otherwise not work.

But our practice is to realize the innate Dao.

The path you are taking now is neither a direct path to the innate, nor a path to enlightenment to the postnatal and then to the innate, but a path created by yourself.

This road is too special. Whether you can return to the innate way in the future depends on your understanding and chance.

There is nothing wrong with you incorporating mantras into your knife skills, but you are still following a special path.

Although the mantra is innate, but with your method, the result will be different from others. "

"Could it be that I was fundamentally wrong? But judging from the results, my combat strength is far superior to those of the same border, which shows that my road should be very strong."

Jin Ziming was a little anxious.

"I believe that your basic skills are in line with the innate way, otherwise you would not have achieved what you are today.

But you have built too many bridges, and these bridges are too deeply artificially carved.

You now need to find a way to make your way, or let these bridges gradually conform to the rules of the way of heaven. "Dingchun Arhat replied.

"But I've already traveled a long way on this road. Is it too late to turn around now?" Jin Ziming asked.

"It's not for you to go back to the source, but for you to explore, introspect and improve from now on, how to be more in line with the way of heaven." Dingchun Luohan explained.

"Can I change it according to my own understanding?"

"of course can."

"Then how do I know if the change is right or wrong?"

"It's simple, if the path is right, there will be no end.

If you can keep moving forward and go farther and farther, it proves that you are on the right path, at least it is a path that suits you and does not violate the laws of heaven and earth. "

"The altar sutra says that seeing one's nature becomes a Buddha. If I can't recognize my own mind and see my own nature all my life, as long as I am on the road of seeing my nature, it is the right way, right?" Jin Ziming seemed to realize something.

"Gold benefactor is extremely wise, yes, that's the reason.

In fact, not only you, even old monks, as long as you know that you are on the way to see your nature, you will be satisfied. "

"Thank you master, I will think carefully about my path."

Jin Ziming sincerely thanked him. He came here to learn mantras, but he never expected to understand the biggest confusion in practice these years.

Although the effect of wild practice is obvious, he is always worried that this road will not be long-term. After all, his realm is too low, and there must be a lot of silt mixed in the big river.

"Dingchun Arhat is right. Over the years, I have not created my own exercises, but 'built bridges'. In order to achieve the purpose of practice, I have built too many 'bridges' by myself."

While Jin Ziming was thinking hard, Dingchun said:

"Gold benefactor, since you have a predestined relationship with my Buddha, this old monk will give you a predestined relationship.

You also live in the temple. There is a piece of Buddha-sound jade in the back mountain. When you recite the scriptures on it, it will emit Sanskrit sounds.

If one day, you sit there without reciting scriptures, without thinking in your heart, or even completely forgetting, and there are still Sanskrit sounds accompanying you, then you can leave. "

Monk Yinguang arranged a bedroom for the two of them, and asked Yimao to meditate with the monks, listen to the master's lectures and answer questions.

Then he handed Jin Ziming a passing jade token, and took him to the Buddhist Sound Jade Bi in the back mountain.

The mountain road is rugged, the flowers and trees on both sides are scattered, the air in the mountains is fresh, and the birds are singing.

A small stone bridge is erected over a clear mountain stream, and after passing through, it enters a forest surrounded by clouds and fog.

At the end of the forest is a cliff, where dozens of green bamboos are planted, and beside it is a pool with lotus leaves floating on the clear water.

In the middle of the pool, a jade bi is three people tall, and some emerald green bands grow on the white jade, like willow buds in spring, beautiful and lively, full of vitality.

The most peculiar thing is that the four green colors of bamboo, pond water, lotus leaves and emerald jade are different, but they set off each other and are very harmonious.

Yin Guang asked Jin Ziming to show the jade plaque to the garrison monk, then pointed to a few futons beside the green pool and said:

"Gold benefactor, you can go there to meditate and gain enlightenment. The monk has other important tasks, so I won't accompany you any more."

Jin Zi thanked her, stepped forward and sat down on the futon in the middle.

After adjusting the breath, I just looked at the text engraved on the jade bi, and found that it was not a complete scripture, but some classic excerpts:
"All sentient beings come from no beginning, all kinds of upside down, just like charming, easy to move in all directions, wrongly think that the four elements are one's own appearance, and the six dusts and predestined shadows are one's own mind appearance, like the sick eyes, seeing the flowers in the sky and the second month..."

Jin Ziming recited it devoutly, and the miracle really happened.

The jade jade trembled slightly, and a beautiful Sanskrit sound came out, and the Buddha sound revealed five kinds of purity, namely, integrity, elegance, clarity, fullness of spirit, and all-around far-reaching hearing.

Its sound is sometimes thunderous, sometimes clear and far-reaching, making people happy to hear it.

The mind is ethereal and sober, and those obscure scriptures suddenly become easy to understand at this moment.

Unconsciously, he fell into an indescribable miraculous situation.

Focusing his eyes on the jade biscuit, he recited it over and over again, only to feel that the Buddha's heart is clear, and he has a new understanding of Buddhist scriptures and mantras.

This state lasted for more than two days before Jin Ziming woke up from the sudden enlightenment. He only felt peace and tranquility in his heart, as if enlightened by the Buddha.

He stood up and bowed deeply to the jade bi before going down the mountain.

Back in the courtyard outside the guest room, I started to practice the "demon sword", and found that the power of the mantra really became stronger.

Jin Ziming put away the saber happily, the most urgent task now is not to improve the mantra, but to seize this rare opportunity to solve the problem of "appearance" that the wild method practice deviates from the innate way.

After eating vegetarian food, he went back to Yubi again and found that there was already a monk reciting there, so he meditated at the side and didn't sit on the futon until the monk left.

After chanting three times, he controlled the urge to settle down, stopped speaking, and tried his best to grasp the wonderful feeling of the Sanskrit sounds surrounding him at the last moment, hoping to retain a lingering sound.

But he immediately found that it was futile. As the pronunciation stopped, the Buddha's voice completely disappeared.

This was expected, Jin Ziming was not discouraged, and still kept silent, only reciting scriptures silently in his heart.

Repeated again and again, Yubi still didn't respond, he didn't care, just recited silently, this reading lasted for seven days.

He vaguely touched something, but it was not clear and difficult to grasp.

So Jin Ziming recited it three times aloud and ten times silently, and the cycle continued.

He gradually discovered that when he pronounced, his body, soul and sound waves resonated with Yubi.

After discovering this mystery, he first adjusted his soul to keep it in that state.

At the same time, the three dantians are vibrated by reciting scriptures silently, so that the body can return to the state of resonance.

Then began to fine-tune continuously, trying to resonate with Yubi.

After twelve full days, he finally adjusted his soul and body to a miraculous state.

As he recited the scriptures silently, the jade wall would vibrate accordingly, and the Sanskrit sound would appear and surround him, making him look solemn.

The guarding monk saw that Jin Ziming had achieved such a state in just twenty days, and was amazed.

Jin Ziming tried several times and found that he could reappear, so he stopped practicing and went to Qianshan to see a glimpse.

I asked him about his practice with Arhat, and learned that Dingchun appreciated him very much, so I couldn't help being happy for him.

He rested for a day and returned to the green pool on the top of the mountain. This time, he needed to manifest the Sanskrit without reciting or forgetting scriptures.

He clearly remembered the miraculous state of Shenhun, so he didn't need to practice again.

I no longer recite silently, and I don’t think about those scriptures in my heart. Only through the vibration of the three dantians, let the physical body return to that indescribable subtle state.

Based on this, continue to fine-tune and try to resonate with Yubi.

It is relatively easy to control the dantian, but it is very difficult to forget that scripture.

Now that it is so close to Yubi, if you try to forget it, the scriptures will automatically drill into your mind instead.

Even if Yungong removes them from the soul, they will be reborn immediately, making people unforgettable.

It turned out that this was the most difficult part of Yubi's practice.

Half a month later, he still has no progress, and those scriptures will always come unexpectedly.

Jin Ziming stopped practicing and began to think:
After practicing for many years, what experiences have you had similar to this?
In other words, what insights can inspire the current problems?

The two chapters at noon tonight and tomorrow are enlightenment, I like it very much.

This time, Jin Ziming had to completely solve the aftereffects of practicing wild methods.
