The structure of the Xuewei No. 150 tomb is neither like that of the Central Plains nor that of Tubo, but has its own unique tomb structure.The tomb is 80 meters long from east to west and [-] meters wide from north to south. It is very large in scale.

With the productivity at that time, a burial of this scale required 1 workers to work at the same time for more than a year to complete.

Compared with the engineering volume of Qinshihuang Mausoleum and Han Dynasty Mausoleum, it is indeed not as good.

But compared with the large tombs of any dynasty after the Han Dynasty, it is one of the largest projects.

The soil structure of the tomb is a mixture of mudstone and rammed earth, and cypress wood is used to cross the tomb every 1 meter from top to bottom; according to this repeated structure, nine floors were built like a building.

Afterwards, the location of the tomb was determined, and the archaeological team launched a rescue excavation.

However, the rescue archaeological excavation is limited to the three floors above the ground, and the deeper depths have not been dug because the current technical means are still immature.

Using technological equipment to detect, the entire tomb is 11 meters high, and the fourth floor is already close to the middle. If any accident is discovered, the distance up and down is very far. The archaeologists will not even have a chance to escape, and they will die directly.

Therefore, considering safety, the tomb stopped and continued to be dug.

However, the upper three floors that have been cleared are also open to tourists.

Visitors can enter the interior of the tomb. Through the repaired passage, they can visit the main tomb chamber on the upper floor, the east chamber, west chamber, back chamber and the corridors connecting the chambers.

It was quite an interesting experience.

In fact, the entire Xuewei No. [-] tomb is very solid.

Otherwise, in the past 500 years, after experiencing the care of countless tomb robbers, it still has not been destroyed and is still indestructible.

Moreover, because of the complexity of the tomb and the special construction style, it also greatly protects the cultural relics in the tomb.

Even after many robberies, the funeral objects in this tomb are still very rich.

During archeology in the last century, hundreds of cultural relics were still unearthed on the upper three floors that were the most stolen!
This is all due to the complex burial system of this tomb, which makes it difficult for even tomb robbers to steal a large number of cultural relics because they do not have any similar experience in tomb robbery.

The tomb that was stolen this time belongs to the Shuhui tomb group like the Xuewei No. 400 Tomb. It is located on the north bank of the Wusu River in Chahan, more than [-] meters west of the "Xuewei No. [-] Tomb".

The tomb is backed by mountains and facing the river. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south. It is a treasure land of geomantic omen.

After research by the Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Social Sciences and the Bureau of Cultural Heritage, it was decided to name this tomb "2020 Xuewei No. 2020 Tomb", which means the No. [-] Xuewei Tomb discovered in [-].

To distinguish it from the previous Xuewei Tomb No. [-].

As for why it wasn't called Xuewei Tomb No. [-] directly, that's beyond Chen Han's knowledge.

Nor can he participate in such advanced matters as naming the tombs.

The tomb was stolen on March 3.

Among them, the two Xuewei No. [-] tombs are located on the north bank of the Chahan Wusu River.

Fortunately, Rehui Township is also on the north bank of the Chahan Wusu River, so the archaeological team does not have to cross the river to commute every day, which is relatively convenient.

After arriving in Rehui Township, the archaeological team members from the Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Social Sciences met with the archaeological team members of the Qinghai Institute of Archeology almost non-stop, and immediately held a meeting on the next excavation work.

In the meeting room, the heads of the two archaeological institutes quickly agreed on the preliminary work arrangements.

Because the Rehui cemetery as a whole is in the gentle slope area at the foot of the mountain and the water, and the alluvial fan platform with a deep loess layer!

It is very suitable to use modern archaeological equipment, in accordance with the archaeological work specifications of large sites, use the power of science and technology to carry out virtual layout, and use scientific and technological equipment for measurement and control!

In this way, the frequent surveying and mapping of manpower is omitted, and each detection square can be drawn with the help of 3D modeling of the equipment.
