The second is the issue of update volume.

The workload of this book is very heavy. In fact, I didn't want to write about surgery because of the workload.It is really hard to explain surgery with words, maybe readers don’t mind, just make it fun, but it is my job after all, if I can’t write clearly, I will feel uncomfortable.

So I have always insisted that if you want to have a general science surgery, you must have a picture, and it is the kind of picture that can be understood by non-medical professionals.

In addition, there are very few materials in the 19th century. I had to dig through the pdf files of medical journal photos preserved before World War I, and I had to find an e-book that summarized the atlas of surgical procedures at that time.

Almost all in English, it is very difficult to chew.

Finally, there is the professional gap. There are many branches of surgery, and even general surgery has several development routes, which are separated like mountains. There were no divisions in the 19th century. I had to read through all the surgical materials before I could put them into the book and talk about them. It took a lot of time.

This allows me to maintain a maximum of 4000 words per day in terms of updates, and including the notes in this chapter that are not included in the word count, it is really not fast enough.

The third is the control of the plot.
