Chapter 52 "The Ozia Contract"

The Kingdom of the British Isles and its affiliated kingdoms of land and sea existence—hereinafter referred to as the secular world—signed a peace treaty with the Association of Magicians on behalf of all magician individuals and organizations in the city of Ozia, a subsidiary city of the Kingdom of Cameria, hereinafter referred to as "Ozia" contract".

[-]. From the date of signing the contract, the secular and magical worlds promise to stop armed conflicts, restore peace between the secular and magical worlds, and commit to maintaining a long-term peaceful coexistence between the secular and magical worlds.

Peace, that is, the end of the state of war, and the recognition of the Magician Association as the only magician representative organization in Britain and its lands and seas.

1.The state of war between the secular world and the magic world, according to the provisions of this contract, will end on the effective date of the peace contract between the secular world and the magic world.

2.The magic world recognizes that the secular world has complete sovereignty over all people, property, and things except the assets recognized by the Wizards Association.

2. The secular world does not interfere with magicians' non-harmful magic research, teaching, magic duels, competitions, internal hunting and other behaviors approved by the Magicians Association.

3. Magicians have the right to freely choose the education they receive, and the secular world prohibits interference with the recruitment, teaching, and management of students of magic schools approved by the Magicians Association.

4. The secular world should stop the "cleansing" persecution of magicians, and gradually disband the unnecessary knights formed for magic warfare.

5. Register and return the public and private properties currently under secular management, such as magicians and magician associations, according to the original evidence.

6. Secular promises to provide security guarantees to the territory, magicians and magic organizations in the ocean, and the security rights that are regarded as the low-ranking nobles of the kingdom.

1. Stop the war and hostility against the secular world, and disband the non-essential magician armed forces in the kingdoms and organization territories.

2. After this contract takes effect, all magician occupations should be withdrawn from the territories of the kingdoms and ocean territories as soon as possible, and this withdrawal should not be later than 90 days after the armed forces receive the notice of the effective contract.

3. Stop and immediately disband all magic mercenary regiments, recall and disband the magician armies that serve the lords and camp leaders in the form of long-term employment.

4. Register and return the public and private properties that are currently under the management of the magic world and belong to the secular world according to the original evidence.

V. Final Terms

1. The signing of this treaty includes the Kingdom of Camelia, the Kingdom of Tachik, the Kingdom of Fandral, the Kingdom of Locke, Merlin College, and various magic mercenary organizations.

2. Deposit the contract
The original copy of the contract shall be kept in duplicate by the Wizards Association and Article 1 of this paragraph, and all kingdoms and organizations shall send a copy of this contract to their respective spheres of influence within 90 days.

3. Deed custody
This contract is written in Latin and English and sealed on a cowhide scroll. Every 5 years, it will be re-transcribed and preserved in Ozia under the supervision of the signatory.

The witness of this contract, the chief advisor to the royal family of Camellia, Lothunder Lakan, will keep a separate copy for generations to come.
