This court believes that the behavior of the defendant Ning Jinfeng has violated the provisions of Article 340 of the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China", and has reached the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in the Trial of Criminal Cases Destroying Wildlife Resources" According to the standard of "serious circumstances", the facts of the crime are clear, the evidence is reliable and sufficient, and criminal responsibility should be investigated for the crime of illegally selling rare and endangered wild animals.

In view of the sentencing circumstances of the defendant Ning Jinfeng, who truthfully confessed, pleaded guilty and accepted punishment, actively paid the fine, and had no criminal record, it is recommended that Ning Jinfeng be sentenced to five years in prison.According to the provisions of Article 170 of the "Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China", if a public prosecution is filed, please sentence it according to law.The indictment has been read out!
