Finally, cleaning and inspection processes remove residues and detect potential defects, which help ensure chip quality and reliability.

This step requires a large amount of pure water, especially in large-scale production, so Shanhai Microelectronics is equipped with huge water treatment facilities to meet production needs and ensure a stable supply on the production line.
