If you meditate with concentration, your body will be very clean and your mind will be very refreshed. Don't make your body tired, If your spirit is not distracted, you can live forever. I can firmly focus on cultivating your nature and always have a peaceful and pure mind, so you can live forever. If you get my Taoism, you can become a king; if you lose my Taoism, you can only become Ordinary people. My way will lead you to the door of infinity, to swim in the infinite wilderness, to shine with the sun and the moon, and to coexist with the heaven and the earth."

Guangchengzi boasts a lot, but so far he is only a high-level Immortal Emperor and has never achieved enlightenment or sainthood.

The Yellow Emperor relied on humility and hard work, and led the human race to open up wasteland and expand the land. With the help of people's hearts and the help of heaven, he had already completed his enlightenment and became a world-famous saint.As for how many steps of enlightenment he completed, little is known.
