The resurrection stone with several more emerald star rings was thrown by Amostas onto the wooden table. After rolling a few times, it became quiet.

Dumbledore's lips moved.

He wanted to ask Amosta whether it was necessary to try and see if they could break the restraining spell left by Slytherin, but after thinking for a few breaths, he shook his head slightly.

Like Amosta, Dumbledore also sat down slowly, staring at the shadowy figure in front of him with a look of sadness in his eyes.

He and Amosta found another of Tom's Horcruxes and destroyed it.

He also found the Resurrection Stone, and used it to meet Ariana again.

Ariana forgave him for the terrible sin he committed, or rather, Ariana never blamed him.

He actually knew very well in his heart that Ariana would forgive him, after all, she was such a kind girl.

However, after receiving Ariana's forgiveness, a sense of relief still filled his heart.

Everything was perfect, if you didn't count the little surprise that Azazel Slytherin brought him.

Sealing the Resurrection Stone had nothing to do with his determination to get rid of Tom. After all, the fragment of Tom's soul in the Resurrection Stone had disappeared.

Hesitating, Dumbledore's hoarse voice rang out in the woods,

Dumbledore said in a brisk tone. He stood up, picked up the Resurrection Stone on the table and handed it to Amosta.

"What about you, Amosta?"

"Ah, I'm sorry, we have to go our separate ways then—"

Amosta smiled inexplicably.
