Homecoming from Hogwarts

Chapter 1334 The Darkness Disintegrated

Voldemort disappeared as suddenly as he had come, in a puff of black wind.

More than one person believed that Voldemort had escaped, abandoning his Death Eaters and decisively running away from Dumbledore.

No one was surprised.
Even Malfoy, Bellatrix, Rabastan and the few Death Eaters who were still awake were not that surprised.

There was only one exception, Dumbledore.

"Stay there, Harry!"

People saw that Dumbledore, who had not shown much emotion even when he lost a hand, showed a panic expression for the first time. He yelled at Harry who was walking out from behind half of Sirius' body.

Something happened.

Sirius realized this immediately and tried to turn around and push Harry away, but he himself was thrown aside like a lead ball.

Many people are calling his name.

Harry realized this because many people in the hall were staring at him in horror, but he couldn't hear any of it.

There was a force that deprived him of his perception of sound, and the real world was rapidly moving away like a dream.

Everything in his vision tilted, and then Harry realized that he had fallen.

Then, Harry's scar burst open.

That kind of pain was probably something he had never experienced before. It seemed very painful, but because it exceeded a limit, the feeling was not so clear.

In a trance, he felt that he had left the reception hall of the Ministry of Magic.

He didn't know where exactly he was. It was pitch black all around him, and he was locked in a circle formed by a red-eyed monster.

He was so tightly wrapped around the monster that he couldn't tell where his body ended and the monster's body began.

They are one, bound together by pain, with no escape--
Then the creature spoke, using its own mouth, and Harry heard his own voice echoing in the empty darkness of his prison.

"Kill me, Dumbledore—"

Harry couldn't see, but he could sense that Voldemort was using him again.

"If death is nothing, Dumbledore, then kill the boy."

Almost at the moment of falling to the ground, Sirius jumped up from the ground and pounced on Harry in a few steps.

Hermione, Ron, Ginny and others also left the Longbottoms and rushed to Harry's side regardless of everything.

Harry's eyes were still open, but he was not the same person they knew.

His emerald green eyes disappeared, replaced by snake-like blood-red vertical pupils. Thin black smoke rose from his cheeks, and even the blue veins on his forehead were black.

Harry's body was bent like a lobster fried in oil, his head raised, staring at Dumbledore with a ghostly grin.

"Do something, Dumbledore!"

This is what it's like when Harry is controlled by Voldemort!
Everyone around Harry knew this, but they had no choice but to ask Dumbledore for help.

"Harry?"

There was still panic on Dumbledore's old face, but he did nothing in response to Sirius and Harry's friends' requests for help.

He stood a few feet away from Harry, his deep blue eyes staring into Harry's bloodshot eyes. His expression couldn't be described as helpless, but more like -
He searched Harry's eyes for something.

"Come on, Dumbledore—"

The sound that came out of Harry's throat was mixed with a strange hissing sound.

Voldemort was using him to threaten Dumbledore, to threaten everyone.

Harry, who was bound by the monster, heard the sound he made.

He was using himself again, just like tonight when he tricked himself into coming to the Ministry of Magic to get the prophecy.

It made him sick and angry.

Get started, Professor Dumbledore!
Harry, who couldn't control his body, shouted this sentence in his heart!
Let everything end. If, if, he and Voldemort died here together, then everything would be over.

The war ended immediately, the haze that had been hanging over people's heads dissipated, and people no longer had to worry!

And he also avenged his father and mother!

This thought is so strong that it is burning!

Harry was immersed in the desire to end it all tonight. The monster's grip loosened and the pain disappeared. He crossed a dark deep sea and returned to this world again.

He found himself in Sirius' arms, the tears rolling from Sirius's gray eyes dripping down his cheeks, so hot.

Hermione and Ginny were also crying. Ron stood behind Ginny with a pale face, staring at him blankly.

Harry knew that everyone was looking at him, but Dumbledore was the only one who noticed that he had returned.

"Harry?"

Dumbledore called softly, and Harry could hear a hint of joy in his voice.

"Professor Dumbledore--" When Harry uttered his own voice, Ron suddenly collapsed, and Hermione and Ginny cried even louder.

"Sirius, relax a little--"

Harry said that he felt Sirius holding him with greater strength than the ugly monster in the illusion just now.

"That's great, kid—"

Dumbledore relaxed completely. He looked at Harry with satisfaction, and Harry could see that his blue eyes were moist.
"You defeated him, Harry—"

Still a little weak, Harry managed to raise his head and look at Dumbledore.

He saw that Dumbledore's hanging left hand showed no sign of recovery. It seemed that just as Dumbledore himself said - his left hand was dead.

This is undoubtedly a painful price to pay, but if--
"Are you saying that Voldemort is dead, Professor?"

Harry asked expectantly.

"I believe that day is not far away, Harry. It will be soon--"

Harry couldn't help feeling a little disappointed.

Bellatrix was calling shrilly for her Master, and Harry looked over to her.

"Next, Professor——"

Harry, whose strength gradually recovered, sat up with the help of Sirius.

"There are still some Death Eaters in the Department of Mysteries."

"Don't worry, Harry—"

Dumbledore glanced at Scrimgeour and Kingsley, and the two immediately understood, called some people, and hurried into the elevator hall.

"We won't be expelled, Professor--"

Harry asked again nervously.

I'm afraid that since the founding of Hogwarts, no young wizards have violated the school rules as thoroughly as they did tonight.

"Oh, I don't think so--"

Dumbledore looked at Harry gently.

"You fought the Death Eaters with your own strength, and Voldemort's forces collapsed tonight because of your unyielding resistance. I believe Amosta would be proud of each of you--"

Yes, Voldemort's power was broken.

Almost all of his most loyal Death Eaters were captured.

Dumbledore strode over and waved his wand to heal the wounds on Luna and Ginny's arms.

"this--"

Elune took out a prophecy and held it in front of Dumbledore.

Harry and their friends' eyes were immediately drawn to it.

"I'll explain to you--"

Dumbledore said,
"But I think you should go back to Hogwarts first."

"I want to stay with Harry, Dumbledore."

Sirius said suddenly.

"No problem, Sirius—"

Dumbledore nodded happily. He looked at Bellatrix who was wailing and Lucius Malfoy who was silent. After a moment's silence, he said to Arthur and the Longbottoms,
"You will all escort all the Death Eaters captured tonight to Hogwarts. Amosta will send them to Avalon Prison--"

This turbulent night seemed to be over.

They waited for over half an hour until Scrimgeour and Kingsley escorted the remaining Death Eaters up from the Department of Mysteries.

"Mentos—"

Dumbledore pointed his wand at a broken candlestick on the ground. Enshrouded in a cluster of blue light, the candlestick trembled rapidly.

Harry and his group, along with Neville's father, mother, Mr. Weasley, and Sirius, walked around and touched the portkey.

After a dizzying moment, they returned to Hogwarts.

It was Dumbledore's office, the headmaster's office. Harry identified it after looking around with a slightly hazy eye.

There's someone in the principal's office.

Professors McGonagall, Sprout, Flitwick and Snape were all there, along with their newest Potions professor, Professor Slughorn.

When Harry and the others landed, the five professors all held their wands, pointing at -
Vitia Kleona.
