Chapter 36 Leonard

Hood didn't speak, but just looked at Leonard with his arms crossed and his face sullen and uncertain.

Leonard in the distance had lost his high-spirited look just now. As the chips in front of him dwindled, the crowd cheering around him had dispersed.

His female companion stood next to him impatiently, watching Leonard make his final struggle.

He pulled his tie away, blew nervously into his hand, and threw the two dice onto the gaming table.

As the dice fell, Leonard's eyes dimmed.

After the croupier stretched out his long stick to remove his last chips, the female companion standing beside him also changed her expression, she changed her previous sly look, her chin slightly lifted, and she was about to leave with her handbag.

The two walked along the passage, and an Indian man with curly hair came out of a room wiping his hands with a towel.

Seeing Hood, he had a smile on his face, casually threw the blood-stained towel to his subordinates, and shook hands with Hood.

"Sheriff Hood, welcome to Chino Moon, what's the matter?"

After the words fell, he glanced at Ethan, and then his eyes rested on Hood.

"Alex, congratulations on becoming the chief of the Chino Tribe, can I go to your office and have a chat?" Hood said calmly.

"Of course no problem, this way please."

Alex walked forward with a few of his subordinates, turned two corners, and arrived in front of his office.

Hood winked at Ethan, and Ethan reached out to stop Alex's men.

Alex froze, then smiled at the corner of his mouth, and closed the door after Hood entered.

It didn't take long for Leonard to be carried over by two casino security personnel with his head down. His tied ponytail had been untied, and his face was bruised and purple from the beating. When he saw Ethan, his eyes lit up.

The office door opened and Alex walked out.

When Leonard saw Alex, his legs trembled, "It was a misunderstanding, Chief."

Alex grabbed him by the collar, "You called the chief? Who gave you the guts to come and mess with my casino? Are you an idiot looking for death?"

"I have no other meaning, I'm very sorry." Leonard stammered.

"Shut up and listen to me honestly."

"If you dare to step into the Kino Moon again, I guarantee that no one will be able to save you, not even the Banshee Town Police Station. This is the territory of the Kino Tribe. Please nod if you understand."

Hearing that the other party wanted to let him go, Leonard nodded frantically.

After Alex Ransid finished speaking, Hood came out of the office. Seeing that Hood was here, Leonard breathed a sigh of relief, and his feet stopped shaking.

Alex wiped his hand on Leonard and left with his men.

Hood didn't care that Ethan was still beside him, and shouted in a low voice:

Seeing Hood's questioning face, Leonard suddenly smiled.

He slowly pushed Hood's hand away, and said in a relaxed tone:
