Chapter 464 A Principled Thief
On the bridge in the distance, an Iveco was parked, and Hank was in the middle to support it.

On the other side of the river, Rusek walked slowly with his hands in his pockets.

Ethan has circled the nearby trails twice and found nothing unusual, but he discovered several excellent crime locations.

Pedestrians do not walk the entire trail, and avoid relatively remote places.

Under a bridge hole, after taking a break, Ethan threw away his cigarette butt and continued riding his bicycle.

"Hu, hu, hu."

In the headset, the sound of breathing became more and more messy.

Looking at Irene who was jogging ahead, Ethan rode over quickly, slapped her on the shoulder, and left a series of crisp bells.

"Ah~"

Irene cursed out of breath, "You bastard."

"Anomaly?"

Hank's voice sounded.

"It's okay." Irene wiped off her sweat and continued to run: "I met a bastard."

"I buy it!"

Rusek complained: "Who is panting all the time, it's about to torture me to death."

"Hoo, hoo."

Irene took a few deep breaths deliberately: "You came to bite me, I have been running for more than an hour!"

After a while, laughter sounded.

"Hahaha, come on!"

Ethan grabbed the handlebar with one hand and ate the hot dog with relish: "Lindsay, 500 meters ahead, there is a hot dog stand that tastes good."

"Fayu!"

Erin yelled angrily and ended the call.

If it weren't for the two previous victims, and the victim in New York, who were both killed while running, she wouldn't have chosen the most tiring outfit.

"Notice!"

After another ten minutes, Hank's voice sounded: "There is a suspicious person at the uphill stairs next to you."

"Brown sweater, white male."

Ethan looked towards the bridge not far away, and saw a man sneaking up to the woman in front of him.

He stepped on the pedal quickly, and the bicycle rushed out like an arrow off the string.

Although he doubted very much whether this was the person they were looking for, he couldn't let go of any clues now.

"what!"

The screams sounded, attracting the attention of passers-by.

The man in the brown sweater snatched the handbag and ran away quickly.

"Chicago police!" Irene ran out panting from the opposite side, holding up the police badge.

The man in the sweater turned around and threw Irene aside.

Irene struggled to catch up, but was easily passed by a bicycle. Ethan had time to wink at Irene before rushing forward.

Hold the handlebars with both hands, and kick off with your right leg.

"Oh!"

The man in the sweater fell to the side, staggered and fell under a landscape tree, and gnawed a mouthful of mud.

The bicycle shook violently a few times, and was stopped by Ethan.

"Why didn't you run away?"

Irene chased after him angrily, and flew to hold down the man in the sweater.

After handcuffing him, Irene shouted into the microphone out of breath:
"The suspect has been successfully arrested."

Ethan walked back pushing his bicycle. He picked up the black handbag and handed it to the woman who was robbed after him.

"Thank you."

The woman took the bag, thanked her and left in a hurry.

Now that the things have been recovered, there is no need to waste time at the police station.

Irene pulled down the hood of the man in the sweater, and said to the white man:

"Let's go, I have something to talk to you about."

Back beside the vehicle, Ethan put on his gloves and immediately searched the man.

As he expected, it turned out that he was not the person they were looking for at all.

With wallets and mobile phones placed on the hood, the man's occupation was almost confirmed.

"Which wallet is yours?"

Ethan grabbed his hair: "You know I just need to spend a little time to find the answer, how about you cooperate?"

"The black one."

The man in the sweater was in pain and opened his mouth quickly.

Ethan opened the wallet, found the ID inside, took out his mobile phone, and motioned for Irene to look at him.

Just as he was calling the main station, several other people ran over from a distance.

After a while, Iveco drove to the side.

Hank and Gene got out of the car and looked at Ethan who was on the phone.

After hanging up the phone, Ethan shook his head slightly:
"O Mitchell, theft, robbery, a dozen arrests in these neighborhoods over the last ten years."

"No record of violent crime, rape, sexual harassment, murder, none of that."

"Hey!" Mitchell turned back excitedly:
"Rape, that's not me, I'm a man of principle."

"Boom!" Irene grabbed his head and pressed it against the hood: "Shut up, it's not your turn to speak."

Looking at the wallet and cell phone on the hood, Antonio was lost in thought.

"What do you think?"

Hank was a little reconciled and looked at Antonio.

"Take this person back first." He made up his mind and whispered to Hank.

21 Branch Office, Chase Room.

Hearing noisy footsteps, Burgess stood up quickly.

Hurling up a wave of people, she kept saying hello.

Ruzek pushed the man towards the interrogation room, and Ethan walked to the table: "Sit down, don't be restrained."

"Any useful clues?"

"No." Burgess shook his head quickly: "Basically, they are calls from the media, asking for interviews and asking about the latest developments."

"I have dealt with these people."

She looked curiously at the back of the man in the sweater, and asked in a low voice, "Is this the man?"

"Probably not."

Ethan shook his head.

"guys!"

When Rusek came out, Antonio clapped his hands:
"According to my previous experience in the arrest team, O Mitchell who was arrested just now must belong to the local robbery gang in those blocks."

"This kind of person will be very aware of everything that happens on their own territory."

He knocked on the table: "Next, I will interrogate alone."

"I have a lot of experience dealing with this kind of people."

"Row!"

Hank patted him on the shoulder: "Go ahead."

Antonio took the evidence bag from Ethan's hand and walked towards the interrogation room.

Seeing this, the others followed suit.

Noticing Burgess' eager eyes, Ethan tapped his fingers on the table: "Follow me, keep quiet!"

"no problem!"

Burgess jumped up excitedly and followed him inside.

In the observation room, Hank saw Burgess follow Ethan into the door, he didn't say anything, just made a silent gesture.

Burgess nodded nervously. The patrolmen had no access to such interrogations.

On the opposite side of the one-way glass, the white man Mitchell who was arrested just now looked impatient, fidgeting on the chair like a monkey.

The door opened, and Antonio walked in with a straight face.

Before he could speak, Mitchell shook his legs and spread his hands and said, "This is a false accusation, man, it's really unbelievable."

"I'm a man of principle and I'm not going to hurt any woman."

"Absolutely not."

Seeing Mitchell waving his hands and looking excited, Antonio smiled.

He threw the evidence bag on the table and took off his coat:
"You know? Actually, I believe in you."

"Then why did you lock me up in this damn place." Mitchell's eyes widened.

"That place today is your territory, right?"

Antonio walked to him, fingering the wallet and mobile phone in the evidence bag: "Your harvest today is not bad."
