Chapter 565 Isn't It Cool

A sudden knock on the door startled everyone

"Hurry up and open this damn door for me."

Veronica's curse sounded: "I know you bastards are all inside."

Hearing it was her voice, Lip hurried over to open the door.

Veronica walked in aggressively, her lips flipping rapidly: "Sometimes I really don't understand you Gallaghers."

"Crazy? Huh?"

"Did you hear the sirens outside, you crazy people?"

Kevin followed in, carrying a laundry basket in his hand.

He put down the plastic basket, lifted the towel covering it, and revealed Casey sitting inside: "Please, don't tell me, this is the missing child!!!"

"God, what are you thinking?"

"Didn't you tell her just now?" Ethan looked at Fiona.

"No time." Fiona hurriedly walked towards Veronica: "Debbie stole it, and we are trying to find a way to return him."

"Sorry, but I have to keep Debbie out of the risk of juvenile detention."

"Also, Lip, Ian, Carl and Liam, you know what's in store for them."

"You people, this is crazy."

Kevin put down the laundry basket in his hand and said excitedly:

"There are at least dozens of policemen nearby, and if one or two come to the door, it will be a big trouble."

"Hey, Ethan." Only then did he realize that there was a non-Gallagher sitting at the dining table:

"Why are you here too?"

Kevin looked even more surprised when he saw what was on his hand: "Why is there a police radio next to you?"

"Because he's a cop, isn't it cool?" Carl said cheerfully.

"Waterfa?"

Kevin and Veronica screamed in unison, and Kevin asked hastily, "Didn't you say you work in Chicago?"

"Isn't police a job?"

Ethan shrugged, then rubbed Carl's head: "Remember, it's not the police, it's the police."

"I'm still a detective, the best Mare Fark."

"You should have seen those little gangsters on the street, right?"

"I have seen."

Carl nodded quickly: "Those people are very powerful."

"No, no, no." Ethan poked his head with a smile: "Those bastards will run away immediately when they see me. Who do you think is stronger?"

The simple logic in the middle made Carl break his fingers.

He made up his mind, nodded heavily and said:
"you are awesome!"

On the other side, after Veronica got over the initial shock, she focused on the most important things now.

"Why then?"

She looked at Fiona and pointed directly at Ethan: "Isn't it enough to just hand the child over to him?"

"Snapped!"

Before Fiona could speak, she patted her forehead again: "I forgot, damn Gallagher."

"But why would Debbie do that?"

"Bah."

Fiona interrupted her and looked towards the living room next to her.

Leaving Debbie and Kathy behind, the rest all went to the other side.

"Sorry." Fiona sat down on the sofa wearily, rubbing her temples and said, "I don't know what happened to Debbie either."

"Maybe it's because your mother ran away from home."

Kevin walked to the window, glanced outside first, and then continued: "And your dad is an alcoholic."

"Honestly, I'm not surprised."

"Hey." Veronica glared at Kevin, "Shut up."

"why?"

Kevin waved his hands and said softly, "Do you think I'm an asshole? I didn't steal children."

"OK!" Ethan stood up to control the field: "Everyone calm down and concentrate."

"Now, let's discuss how to send Casey back."

"Is there a map?"

He looked at Lip with curly hair: "We have to choose a route out, which can't arouse others' suspicion, but also be reasonable."

"Yes." Lip quickly opened the drawer under the table.

According to Fiona, Lip was the brightest in the Gallagher family, and he knew his surroundings very well.

The two began to discuss things, and Ethan switched the walkie-talkie to the public frequency, and the internal communication of the police station sounded from time to time.

Based on the current information and the surrounding environment, they quickly formulated a plan.

Veronica and Carl, run a little farther, use a payphone to call the hotline number about this case, falsely report the location, and confuse the line of sight.

With the few remaining people, Kevin returned to the bar to spread the word.

Ian would also use the public phone to call 911, but the location reported by the two of them was the currently selected route.

The route was remote enough that no one would notice.

Lip took Debbie and Liam to the designated place first, and Fiona took Kathy.

After the two gangs assembled at the designated location, Fiona replaced Liam and went to Jackson's house to create an alibi.

And Jackson's house is next to the crime scene.

This also made it easier for Fiona to follow up and check for gaps.

As for Debbie, she could only take Casey back to the scene of the crime alone and return the child.

To this end, Ethan and Lip also made up a story.

They called Debbie over and let her recite every sentence by heart, in order to prevent accidents.

"you do not need to worry."

Ethan looked at Debbie and said patiently: "These words may be used, but you must memorize them by heart."

"I'll show up then, so you don't have to be afraid, okay?"

"Ah."

Debbie nodded quickly.

The others breathed a sigh of relief when they heard Ethan's words.

It must be completely different if someone of her own is around. Debbie is just a little girl, and if she is constantly being questioned by other policemen, accidents will easily happen.

"That's right." Speaking of Jackson's house just now, it aroused Ethan's doubts:
"When I investigated the situation in the morning, I met Frank at this Eddie Jackson's house. What's going on?"

"What else can happen." Fiona shook her head and said:

"Do you believe it? He found his own home over there."

It turned out that Eddie Jackson did it the last time Frank was beaten until his nose bleeds.

The reason is that Ian put his Dick into the mouth of the white chick Karen Jackson before, and Eddie found it on the spot.

Unable to find Ian, Eddie had to vent his anger on Frank and scolded Karen.

Later, Frank learned that Eddie's wife, Sheila, had separated from him because of this incident.

They didn't know what was going on, anyway, Eddie's backyard caught fire, and Frank took advantage of it. He lived a carefree life at Jackson's house.

It's delicious and easy to live there, and there is nothing to worry about.

Since then, Frank has rarely even returned home.

Ethan scratched his head and looked at Ian. In his feeling, Ian should be a gay.

How could he do such a thing? Could it be that he guessed wrong.

Ian noticed his gaze and twisted his body unnaturally.

"Okay, that's it!" Now that there was nothing to say, Ethan clapped his hands: "Do you have any questions?"

"I have." Little Carl scratched his forehead and said:

"The place Lipp asked me to go, it's too far away, I don't have a bicycle."

"cough!"

Ian coughed: "There is a wire cutter in the drawer upstairs."

"Then I'm fine." Carl laughed at the thought of owning a bicycle soon.

Ethan pretended not to hear the conversation, and he walked over to Debbie:
"It's not for you, it's for your family."

"You can do it, understand?"

"clear."

Debbie nodded silently: "I know what to do."
