Chapter 52
Self-confidence can be ranked as one of the five unique skills, and the internal skills and mental skills cultivated by the little old man are naturally the ultimate skills.

The great yin and yang endowment of the emperor and the empress, the ancient and unparalleled inner strength mental method, Taiji combined with yin and yang after intensive cultivation of yin and yang, all methods cast Hunyuan, internal force automatically improves, automatically protects the body, the diamond is not bad, and it is endless. The door is not inferior to Ming Yugong's internal force technique.

After 40 years of painstaking practice, the little old man's great yin and yang endowment has been cultivated to the state of indestructible diamond, and he is confident that his internal strength is as good as anyone in the world.

But even with such a cultivation base, he did not gain the upper hand in the battle with Song Xing just now, which made the little old man even more sure that Song Xing's cultivation must also be a peerless mentality.

In Yihua Palace, Song Xing once saw Xihe's message that the tenth floor's Mingyu Zhenqi could even temporarily change the sky and climate, turning summer into cold winter, and snowflakes in July.

Although Song Xing did not reach this realm, but inspired by this, Song Xing abandoned what he had learned in the world of martial arts, and simply relied on Mingyu Kung Fu to create a half-style Sanshou again after Bu Zhoushan.

Under the cold air, there was even a faint frost on the surrounding flowers. Song Xing's figure moved, as if he had escaped the gravity of the earth, he slid in the air, and struck forward with a light palm in the air.

With one palm, the situation changes color!

What is internal force? What is infuriating?
In the previous world, when Song Xing practiced martial arts, he also longed to cultivate inner family's true qi as the book said, but later found that true qi did not exist in that world.

Practicing Neijiaquan can indeed cultivate internal strength, but this internal strength is not that internal strength.

The practice of Neijiaquan, to put it bluntly, is a way of energy storage and hair that integrates the inside and the outside. The heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys generated by the heart and kidney combine with water and fire, which is called heart power.

This is what is said in boxing theory to use the heart to move qi, use qi to move the body, the heart is the king, and the flesh and blood are the ministers.

The heart power runs in the meridians of the whole body, which can form a wave of energy, which will gradually strengthen the skin and muscles, and after the Qi is absorbed into the bone, it will cut the bone and wash the marrow.

After Baodan, Neijiaquan can go a step further, transforming this energy in the body into an innate qi, which is called internal energy by warriors, and qi by Taoists.

There is a saying in the Taoist scriptures that Tao produces a qi from nothingness, and from a qi produces yin and yang, and yin and yang combine to produce three bodies, and the three rebirths give birth to all things.

Bai Yuchan also said in the Southern Song Dynasty: "God is nature, and qi is life."

In Song Xing's view, the qi mentioned by Taoism and the internal force mentioned by warriors are both the embodiment of a kind of energy that appears in the body after the internal boxing has been practiced to a certain level.

A martial artist who practices Neijiaquan, after realizing the existence of qi, will have a great leap in life level, and a tremendous power will erupt from his fists and feet.

After coming to this world, Song Xing really came into contact with the existence of true qi, and the appearance of true qi touched him a lot.

When the true qi was circulating, Song Xing could clearly perceive that a kind of power in his body was completely different from Qi, and it traveled through the whole body along a certain fixed route in the body, making the body sharper and stronger.

The kung fu of Neijiaquan focuses on the cultivation of musculoskeletal muscles, focusing on making one's body stronger. Later, the deeper the kung fu, the more meticulous the body will be polished, training tendons, training skin, training bones, training Marrow, blood training.

In the end, you can perceive many sensitive and subtle acupuncture points in the body. These sensitive points dominate the operation of the human body, just like the gods in charge of everything in the world. Breaking through the void, you can see God.

The practice of Neijiaquan to the end is the sublimation and cultivation of the spirit, and one can always adjust oneself to a perfect state. Even if one lives to be a hundred years old, one's physical strength will not decline.

This is the highest state of the body, inner immortality, self-immortality.

However, the practice of Neijiaquan lacks the practice method of meridians.

Li Shizhen of the Ming Dynasty wrote a volume of "Extraordinary Classics and Eight Meridians". The book said that the meridians of the human body are both positive and strange. Yang Yao, Chong, Ren, Du, and Dai are the Eight Wonders.

In addition to these, there are more small and invisible meridians in the human body, which are called hidden veins. These meridians run through the whole body of the human body, and each of them plays a different role.

And true qi is another kind of miraculous energy that is born in these meridians through a special cultivation method.

The most critical part of true qi cultivation is the sea of qi, which is the dantian three inches below the abdomen in Neijiaquan.

If Qi is the innate qi, true qi can also be compared to acquired qi.

The earliest true qi should actually be called Dan qi.

In the pre-Qin period, a hundred schools of thought contended and cultures were brilliant, such as the Yin-Yang School, the Mohist School, and the Military School, which valued personal practice, and paid special attention to the cultivation of one's spirit and body.

Those who are physically strong and full of perseverance are believed to have a kind of "qi" in their bodies, thus the term "qi training" came into being, and those who advocate this way of life are called "qi practitioners".

Some qi practitioners admired the ancient Chisongzi Guangchengzi, and longed to cultivate into immortals, so there were different schools of qi practitioners.

The earliest qi practitioners thought that they could synthesize a kind of elixir, which, after people took it, could ascend to immortality and live forever.

After generations of failures, some people proposed to use themselves as the cauldron, thoughts as fire, breath as wind, and qi as guidance to refine an inner alchemy in the body to achieve the goal of becoming an immortal.

The most important thing in the technique of inner alchemy is to cultivate the qi as the introduction. After countless people's groping, through the practice of exhaling and breathing, someone finally cultivated the "qi" in the body, and named it dan qi.

With the improvement and replenishment of qi from generation to generation, although no one can become an immortal, the system of qi training has become more and more perfect.

Qi practitioners found that after cultivating the alchemy, the body becomes stronger, they can see farther, jump higher, and when the alchemy circulates in the body, they can make fierce attacks.

As a result, some qi practitioners who knew that there was no hope of cultivating immortals returned to the common world, and spread the cultivation method of alchemy, which evolved to later generations, and became the true qi of today.

After Song Xing came into contact with Mingyu Kung Fu, he figured out how true qi works, and found that true qi is a cultivation system that can be practiced at the same time as Neijiaquan, and can even complement each other.

So after the Mingyu Kungfu reached the ninth level, Song Xing did not relax his training on it, and even used his true energy as a guide, combined with his own martial arts philosophy, to create a more powerful half-style Sanshou after Buzhou Mountain.
