Chapter 714: Population Dilemma

Except for the three star fields controlled by the Alliance, there is no good land left in the entire Spider Web Universe.

No one can be blamed for the Princess Star Domain. It is not just rotten to the point of being in such a bad state. It can be said that the entire star domain has been emptied out.

Almost one-third to one-half of the world has been baptized by the extinction order and has become worthless.

There might be only two or three laborers, but they could form a small farm, often with more than 500 hectares of land.

There is no need for intensive farming. The fine varieties bred by the Alliance Biological Research Institute, combined with the advanced agricultural machinery produced, can be used for large-scale mechanized production.

Even so, it is possible to avoid planting crops on land that is not truly fertile.

All of these are considered state-owned farms of the Alliance. All the food produced belongs to the Alliance. Those working on the farms are not actually farmers, but agricultural workers, with job ranks, wages, and a share of the farm's output. And because of the large output, their job ranks are promoted relatively quickly, which will allow their descendants to obtain more land after they grow up - whether it is to expand the family farm or to split up and open a farm somewhere else.

Life was pretty good.

It's just that the population is a bit sparse, and they can only rely on Alliance radio, TV programs, and alcohol to get by. But compared to their life at the bottom of the hive before they immigrated here, it is definitely much better.

It can be considered a deteriorated version of the Nepeta star field.

But the northern route was terrible.

Basic policies to encourage childbirth still need to be released.
