Chapter 45 3 Questions "The Real Me"

Chapter 45 Three Questions "The Real Me"

Afterwards, the Dharma Assembly at the Great Zen Temple was completed.

Just when Ji Tian was about to leave, at this moment, a little bald head ran over directly.

"Layman, can you follow me to the hall, our abbot asks."

Seeing this, Ji Tian said to Wang Zhen next to him, "I might have something to do, so I won't accompany you."

"It's nothing, but I didn't expect that brother Ji is not only proficient in Confucianism and Taoism, but also in Buddhism, and has such a profound understanding of the truth."

Ji Tian nodded, did not speak, and then followed the little monk.

After walking a long way, looking at the carved beams and painted buildings and majestic palaces around him, Ji Tian was only left with emotion.

You must know that Taoist masters and warriors in this world never give birth. Ji Tian looked around, looked at the overlapping palaces, covered the mountain peaks, and observed the underground earth energy. On top of the dragon veins.

After walking for a long time, Ji Tian felt that he had just walked around the periphery of the Great Zen Temple. Such a magnificent building is probably no worse than the imperial palace. It is said that there are monks and soldiers, there are treasures such as Qiankun Budai for marching and fighting, and there are countless exercises, resources, and treasures.

There are countless strong and strong monks walking back and forth on the road, seeing the grand occasion of such a large Zen temple, Ji Tian thought that it would be turned into ruins in an instant, which can only prove that foreign things can not be relied on.

Soon before walking to a main hall, there are a total of [-] steps. The stone lions next to it are carved lifelike, and a stone slab in the center of the steps is carved with a soaring dragon.

Stepping up to the main hall step by step, I saw the old monk named Yin Hai sitting on a chair, and there were several young monks serving around him. Seeing Ji Tian coming here, he pointed to the chair next to him and said: "Laymen can sit here."

Ji Tian went up to sit in front of him, and some people came to bring tea, put it on the table, it is quite fragrant, if ordinary people drink this tea often, their minds will be clear and bright every day, and they will become extremely intelligent; if Taoist masters drink this tea, they will practice every day Daily refinement, very fast, it can only be said that this tea can be regarded as a treasure.

I took it and blew on the powdered tea, and sipped it gently.

"The layman's truth is really profound, and the idea of the sea of merit is really a new idea. I don't know who the layman learned from, and where did he know such a profound truth."

Putting down the teacup, he said, "I am studying in one of the sects of the Wang family. The theory of the so-called sea of merit is just a truth learned from reading, and there is no mystery."

"That is to say, this is the self-enlightenment of a layman?"

"That's the truth. How can we talk about self-awareness? The world everyone sees is the same world with different names, but it has never changed at all."

Yin Hai was silent for a while, then said:

"I don't know if the layman has the intention of sincerely seeking the way of Buddhism. The layman is a person of great understanding. It may not be impossible to prove the position of a Bodhisattva. I think the layman is full of gods, and he is still a congenital martial artist, but his bone age has not reached the crown. Year."

"Such talent and aptitude are simply shocking. Whether it is practicing Taoism or martial arts, you can achieve great achievements. It is definitely no worse than Wu Wenhou who was known as 'Wen Neng An Bang, Wu Neng Ding Guo' in the Daqian Dynasty. "

"My Dachan Temple has countless martial arts treasures and Taoist scriptures. If you can join the Dachan Temple, these can be opened to the laymen."

Ji Tian picked up the teacup and took another sip. In fact, the tea, which can be called a treasure outside, is of little help to Ji Tian himself, because Ji Tian is running the wheel of wisdom all the time, and his mind is always in a state of mind. Bright state.

If the Great Zen Temple is not overthrown, it is not a bad idea for Ji Tian to join. With the backing of a big force, it is easy for him to perfect the Taoism of the other side. It is not a rare thing to absorb the nutrition of martial arts, martial sages and even immortals.

But Ji Tian knew that the fortune of the Great Chan Temple was approaching.

But Ji Tian can't directly refuse, facing Yin Hai, he is still a real strong man, his will can be changed, but he can't face it forcefully.

Ji Tian nodded and said: "I'm just a person who volunteers to seek wisdom. You are my guides. If the Great Zen Temple allows me to seek the truth, why not live here? But I have three Doubts, if the Zen Master can solve them, I can join the Great Chan Temple.”

"Layman, please tell me." Zen Master Yinhai said with a smile. He studied Buddhist scriptures since childhood and is still a master of Taoism. Even if this mortal has deep roots, there are few things in the world that can deny him.

"The Great Zen Temple inherits the way of the Zen ancestor, and it is based on cultivating the mind, isn't it?"

"Not bad!" Yin Hai nodded in praise.

"Then my first question...the mind is vast and boundless, so where is the vast and boundless mind?"

Yin Hai was about to open his mouth to answer, and then he thought about it carefully, with hundreds of millions of pieces of information circulating in his mind, and began to calculate.

'The heart is inside the human body? No, no outside, middle, six...'

'This is not the place. '

"Where the heart is moving." Yin Hai thought for a while and replied.

"If the ocean doesn't have waves, isn't it the ocean? Thoughts are waves, and the heart is the ocean. It is wrong to say that the heart is thoughts. You say that thoughts are your heart. If your thoughts disappear, then your heart will not Did it just disappear?"

"This..." Yin Hai stopped holding the rosary, if he had a heart, no matter whether he had a thought or not, his heart existed, so where is the heart. If thoughts are the heart, then as soon as the thoughts disappear, my heart will disappear. Am I still me?
Yin Hai began to use Taoism and scripture principles continuously, thinking hard about this doubt.

Ji Tian waited for a while, seeing that Yin Hai did not continue to answer, he continued:

"My second question is... in this world, what is eternal?"

At this time, Yin Hai didn't dare to underestimate Ji Tian any more. He pinched the rosary and turned it around, thinking carefully about Ji Tian's words, and then said with a smile: "Time flies in this world, only the past can't change, so the past is eternal of."

"No, the past and present are all delusions." Ji Tian replied.

Yinhai Rosary paused, was silent for a while, and asked Ji Tian with a dull voice, "Why?"

"Is the past phase already in the past?"

"If the past has passed, that is, the past has dissipated, and you cannot see it."

"If the past image does not dissipate, then the past image is the present image. What about the past image? Therefore, the past image is an illusion, and the future image can also be deduced as an illusion."

Even though this world has existed for a long time, from Ji Tian's theoretical point of view, it is just a higher-dimensional "now" that exists "simultaneously".

Yin Hai tightly held the bead in his hand, and said, "So the past, present, and future are the same thing?"

"Because we observe the world, we always rely on the eyes to observe the world, the eye sees the image and transmits it to the eye consciousness, and the eye consciousness transmits it to the consciousness, so all the 'now' in our minds are not the 'now' of the real world .So the present image in our mind is also an illusion.”

Ji Tian said to Yin Hai.

Yin Hai fell into a long silence. Ji Tian's exposition of the past, present and future seemed to contain extremely profound principles about time and space.

If it can be broken, the Great Zen Temple is likely to be able to completely unify the "Past Amitabha Sutra", "Present Tathagata Sutra" and "Future Wusheng Sutra", and become one who practices martial arts and Taoism at the same time, and truly dominates the past and present And the supreme tome of the future.

Even the Taishang Dan Jing and the Second Universe Classic can easily fight against it!

What Ji Tian said was really hard to think about, which made Yin Hai extremely confused and shocked in his heart. He kept deducing the truth of what Ji Tian said, to see if he could deduce a truth that would directly unify the past, present and future.

Ji Tian looked at Yin Hai and still didn't answer, then nodded and said: "Zen Master Yin Hai, do you agree with my discussion of the ocean of merit?"

Yin Hai no longer dared to accept Ji Tian's words casually, thought hard, and then said cautiously: "The theory of the ocean of merit and virtue that the layman said is really powerful and profound, and it tells the root of eternal merit and virtue."

Ji Tian nodded, and then said:

"Then we have such a boundless ocean of merit, but how do we use it? In other words, why can't such vast and boundless merit be manifested in the world?"

After finishing speaking, Ji Tian finished his tea, looked at Zen Master Yinhai who was stunned in place, adjusted his clothes, and walked out of the hall slowly.

Only an old monk was left sitting there blankly, thinking hard.

In fact, Ji Tian has been talking about "true self".

Where the heart is is the "true self".

No past, present, future is the "true self".

The ocean of merit is also a form of the "true self".

If you don't prove the "true self", you will be circulated by karma, and you will not know where your heart is.

Bound by time and space, you cannot be free.

Infinite wisdom, gods are obscured, and ignorance is weak.
