Chapter 3 The Hundred Days of Foundation Establishment
"Wow"

Wang Chong inserted a few silver needles, and the child immediately spit out a large pool of foul-smelling filth. His face was still a little pale, but his body had softened, his white eyes disappeared, and his watery eyes made people feel pity.

"Auntie."

A soft call made the woman weep with joy, she was about to kneel down towards Wang Chong while holding the child, she was really frightened just now.

Wang Chong stopped the woman with a smile:

"Okay, don't worry about it. This child is suffering from dysentery, which is caused by unclean diet. I have used needles to force out the internal poison, but it will also hurt its vitality. You can go to the shopkeeper and prescribe a prescription for recuperation. After a few days of care, it will be fine."

As the so-called layman watches the excitement, the insider watches the doorway. The rest of the people saw that Wang Chong just inserted a few silver needles as thin as a hair on the child, and made the child wake up, feeling very powerful.

But the doctor sitting in the restaurant and the shopkeeper grabbing the medicine were terrified.

The syndromes of dysentery are: pullorum, red dysentery, red and white dysentery, silent dysentery, and resting dysentery.

Wang Chong just glanced at it, then sniffed the white foam from the corner of the child's mouth and smelled it, and then he identified the disease, and then he acted decisively to apply the needle, and in less than a cup of tea, he rescued a seriously ill child. Such medical skills are simply extraordinary.

The shopkeeper saw Wang Chong's great medical skills, and after prescribing a prescription for the woman to heal her body, he asked his subordinates to watch their work for a while, and hurriedly came to Wang Chong's side and cupped his hands, saying:

"It's because the old man has eyes that don't recognize the true sage. Mr.'s medical skills can be said to be extraordinary and holy. Huimin Hall officially invites him to sit in the hall. The consultation fee is [-] cents. What do you think?"

There are many people in the world who are pretentious and respectful. Just now, when he was still a young gentleman, Wang Chongcai showed his skills a little, and immediately changed his address and called him Mr. Wang.

Wang Chong was just looking for a place to stay temporarily, he didn't take it to heart at all, so he nodded indifferently and said:
"So good."

Hearing Wang Chong's agreement, the shopkeeper was also overjoyed, and then retreated without disturbing Wang Chong's consultation.

The clinic where no one was willing to come just now has already surrounded a circle of people.

Wang Chong's diagnosis was extremely fast, and the methods were extremely high. Most of the diseases could be cured with just a few injections. However, after more than an hour, the hospital, which was originally a mess full of people, seemed to be quite empty.

In the evening, after half an hour, there were no more people coming, so shopkeeper Zeng ordered the staff to prepare to close the shop, and he himself came to Wang Chong's clinic with a large wooden box.

"Mr. saw a total of 73 patients today, and the consultation fees totaled [-] yuan. The old man made up some change for him, and then gave him six pennies. What do you think, sir?"

Wang Chong was originally a servant of a landlord's family, and he didn't know the purchasing power of coins at all. Naturally, Wang Chong didn't know how much the six strings of coins were. He nodded and took the six strings of copper coins, and said a word of thanks.

After the shopkeeper Zeng said a few polite words, he came to the doctor with a wooden box and handed over two strings of copper coins.

The middle-aged doctor was much less efficient than Wang Chong. He treated less than 30 people, and the consultation fee was less than half of Wang Chong's.

I saw the middle-aged doctor accepting the copper coin with an unshakable expression. After hesitating for a while, he got up and came to Wang Chong. Wang Chong thought that he had robbed him of his business, and he was looking for trouble for him. In the end, the doctor clasped his fists at Wang Chong and said:

"Chen Ziming, my master, Mr. Xiyi, I admire your excellent medical skills, um. I don't know which master you studied under, my sir."

Wang Chong understood in an instant that he wanted to find out the details and make connections, so he smiled and said:
"I don't have a teacher, I rely on self-enlightenment. Mr. Chen has something to say."

Although he reflected on his mistakes in his previous life, Wang Chong was used to being arrogant after all, and it was difficult to change completely in a short period of time. He spoke very directly right now, which made Chen Ziming a little embarrassed.

Chen Ziming thought that Wang Chong didn't want to reveal his master's background, so he felt a little disappointed, but this medical student, seeing a national player, is like a gourmet seeing first-class food. It was really unbearable, and he said hesitantly:

"Well, it's actually good! Sir, he has excellent medical skills, and I yearn for it. I want to ask for some advice. I wonder if it is possible?"

Wang Chong smiled, nodded and said:
"That's the case. Of course it's okay, but it's getting late today, and I have to find a place to live. How about tomorrow?"

Chen Ziming nodded overjoyed and said:

"Thank you sir, sir, I don't have a place to stay yet, so it's better to come to the humble house for the time being."

Wang Chong was not polite when he heard the words, or he never took these things to heart, so he smiled and said:

"Then disturb Mr. Chen."

Chen Ziming was overjoyed, and hurriedly asked a few apprentices to pack their things, and then made a gesture of please.

"Please sir."

Chen Ziming lives in the south of the city. It is said to be a humble house, but it is really not cold. There are three large courtyards, more than twenty houses, and more than ten servants.

They lent a relatively independent courtyard on the left to Wang Chong to live in, and assigned a few servant girls to serve Wang Chong, and Wang Chong never refused to come.

Chen Ziming's yard didn't have a cowshed, only a stable with two rough horses pulling carts. Wang Chong didn't care if the old cow could eat hay and beans, so he drove it to the stable and entrusted Chen Ziming's servants who raised the horses to take care of it.

After eating and drinking enough, and being served by a few servant girls of the Chen residence, he washed up and changed into a cotton gown that Chen Ziming ordered his apprentice to buy.

The body was clean, and even the body and mind felt much happier. After waving his hands to let a few serving maids go down, Wang Chong crossed his feet, crossed his legs like a lotus flower, and naturally relaxed his body into a posture of cross-legged meditation.

The 32 vertebrae are stacked vertically like rosary beads, standing naturally, shoulders are stretched but chest is not deliberately raised, hands are naturally hanging on the knees, the head is not tilted or tilted, the chin is slightly retracted, the eyes are slightly closed, and the tongue is on the palate.

The breath is long and long, and the rhythm of this kind of breathing is very awkward. It takes seven breaths in one breath, intermittently, continuously inhaled into the lungs.

Inhaling the breath in the lungs, it becomes warm and refreshing, like the freshest air in a spring morning, the filth of people coming and going in this small town is gone, leaving only the purest breath.

This breath gradually became a line, and with the movement of the breath, Wang Chong's breath gradually became faint, his chest stopped rising and falling, and his breathing turned into internal breath.Mouth, nose and breath are undetectable, like strands of silk.

That ray of breath circulates in the body along with the bridge between heaven and earth formed by the tongue touching the palate.

Wang Chong gradually entered the wonderful state, and then he was no longer restricted to a specific posture, he lay down at will, his hands and feet curled up into a fetal shape, and he circulated his inner breath naturally. The body fluid secreted in the mouth is as sweet as dew, which is constantly swallowed by Wang Chong to nourish the body.

I don't know how to practice in this world, but the method of practice in the Shushan world is to build a foundation first.

Foundation building, induction, qi refining, knotting. These are the four checkpoints at the beginning of practice.

The foundation building can be as long as several years, or as short as a hundred days.Breathe out spiritual energy, purify your body and mind, and practice Taoism, so that you can get rid of the roots of turbidity and evil.

Building the foundation is the process of adjusting the body and mind, getting rid of acquired filth and evil, and adjusting the body and mind to the most suitable state for practicing Dharma.

Why do heretics get farther and farther away from the orthodox Taoism? It was because something went wrong at the place where the foundation was built.

Some even directly skipped the foundation building stage and directly started to sense the qi. The true qi refined in this way is naturally extremely turbid, and it is not obvious at the beginning.

Wang Chong is now using Baiyang Zhenjie, which is known as the best foundation building method in the world, to refine the essence into vitality and nourish the body.
