After the visualization takes shape, find a secret room, place the newly deceased person (preferably a beautiful woman) on the stage, and watch the gradual decay of the body every day.

After seeing that the corpse was swollen, rotting, infested with maggots, and emitting a stench that was far worse than feces, the human body visualized in the mind also changed in the same way, and finally turned into a white skeleton, and that was it.

The concept of impurity mainly allows people to realize that impurity is the essence of the human body and other lives.

The human mind is crazy and confused by illusions, and only pursues the illusion of "purity", while "impurity" is the true nature of the world.

After realizing the truth about impurity, practice has taken the first step!
