  The Great Catastrophe of Ferocious Beasts is the first great calamity that affects the entire prehistoric world after the creation of the heaven and earth. Although the reputation of ferocious beasts is resounding, there are not many monks in the world who have actually seen ferocious beasts. When ferocious beasts were ravaging the ancient world, even Dao Ancestor Hongjun was struggling to survive. Several current saints had not even transformed yet, let alone these current monks.

The reason why Maitreya Buddha recognized the ferocious beast at a glance was because he had actually seen it.

In order to study magical powers, the saints Jieying and Zhunti once suppressed ferocious beasts in the Western Paradise. The eight-nine mysterious skills of Buddhism include the contribution of ferocious beasts.

As a direct disciple of the Holy Saint, it is not unusual for Maitreya Buddha to see ferocious beasts.

In fact, there are always traces of ferocious beasts in all the worlds. It's just that these ferocious beasts are often just one or a few, and they have no impact on the heavens and the world.

The ferocious beasts that Maitreya Buddha had just seen fighting Guanyin Bodhisattva were so numerous that they could be considered a tide of beasts.

After seeing the scenes of countless ferocious beasts wreaking havoc, Maitreya Buddha's first thought was to 'escape'. Back then, when I was receiving a sermon from a saint, I once warned them. If you are not in the sub-sage realm, if you encounter a wave of vicious beasts, you will run away immediately!
  Maitreya Buddha did not take the saint's warning to heart. I don't know how long it has been since the great calamity of ferocious beasts. How could there be a wave of ferocious beasts in all the worlds? But today, the saint's warning came true. He really I saw a wave of ferocious beasts!
  Forcibly suppressing the thought of turning around and running away, Maitreya gathered his thoughts.

He is the future Buddha of Buddhism and the commander-in-chief of Buddhism's northern expedition to Beiju Luzhou. If he escapes, Buddhism will really become the laughing stock of all forces in the world. Therefore, Maitreya Buddha cannot leave now no matter what.

Moreover, Maitreya Buddha will also enter the battle to rescue Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Guanyin Bodhisattva is one of the four major Bodhisattvas in the Buddhist Bodhisattva state, adhering to Buddhist destiny. Moreover, Guanyin Bodhisattva is the core figure of the Buddha's lineage in the past. If Guanyin Bodhisattva falls, the entire Buddhism will be shaken. Therefore, Guanyin Bodhisattva must be saved. Buddhism simply cannot bear the consequences of Guanyin Bodhisattva’s fall.

Just when Maitreya Buddha secretly made up his mind, all the forces that were watching also looked solemn.

They also saw the changes in the clouds and mist in Luoxia Mountain just now, but because the distance was too far, they did not see the situation in the formation through the gap in the formation.

In the Buddhist army, there are three thousand Jialan and five hundred thousand Buddhist soldiers, but they cannot see clearly because their cultivation level is too low. Only Sunlight Bodhisattva and Moonlight Bodhisattva, who were accompanying Maitreya Buddha, could barely see the outline of the battlefield in the formation. However, the two of them did not have enough cultivation and knowledge, and they did not recognize the ferocious beasts in the formation.

However, the scene in the formation was too dangerous, and Maitreya Buddha was not sure of his escape.

The only way now is for [-] Jialan and [-] Buddhist soldiers to join the battle together to block the beast for a moment and buy time for Maitreya Buddha to save Guanyin Bodhisattva.

It has to be said that as the future Buddha of Buddhism, Maitreya Buddha is enough to look down on all the worlds with his determination and grandeur. No wonder the saints Jieyin and Zhunti saints named Maitreya Buddha as the future Buddha of Buddhism.
