If these dark days can teach us that our true destiny is not to be ministered to, but to serve ourselves and our fellow men, then the price we have paid will have been fully worth it.

Recognizing the error of regarding material wealth as the standard of success will lead us to abandon the mistaken idea that public office and high political positions are measured solely by the dignity of position and personal gain; it will also put an end to the wrong practices in finance and business that too often make sacred trusts appear like heartless and selfish vices.
