Then Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, smiled and said, "Fellow Daoist Sakyamuni, I am so grateful to you this time. Otherwise, it would take me a lot of effort to find them!"

But it would only take some effort. As long as he knew that the Golden-Winged Dapeng and the Stone Buddha were on the ancient star Amitabha, Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, would be able to find them by spending a little more time. After all, the ancient star Amitabha was so small, how long could they stay hidden no matter how hard they tried?
Upon hearing this, Shakyamuni said, "You are too polite, Heavenly Venerable! This time I came to the Amitabha Ancient Star, and I have also gained a lot. If there is anyone I should thank, it should be Heavenly Venerable!"

He did gain a lot. The biggest gain was facing the remnant of the spirit of Amitabha Emperor in person, which stimulated the awakening of the fragmented memories of Amitabha Emperor in his subconscious. After comparison, he truly realized that he was him and Amitabha Emperor was Amitabha Emperor. From then on, he completely let go of this cause and effect and was no longer entangled in his heart!

Although he had never truly merged and obtained the complete nirvana, or gone further, he was able to completely let go of this cause and effect, and his Buddha heart became more and more transparent. For him, this was the greatest gain. Just like Lao Tzu, there would be no obstacles in his practice in the future, and he would no longer be entangled in who he was. He did not have to emphasize again and again that I am me and Amitabha is Amitabha. In this way, he could be said to have truly severed the connection and achieved self-realization!

Thinking this in his heart, Shakyamuni also looked towards the ruined temple in the Amitabha Ancient Star. Thinking of the stone Buddha and the remnant of the spirit of the Amitabha Emperor in the stone Buddha, his expression slightly changed, and he suddenly asked: "Tianzun, do you think that Amitabha Emperor will succeed? Will he be able to truly return to Nirvana in the future?"

Upon hearing the question, Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Master, looked at him and asked with a smile instead of answering, "Do you hope he succeeds?"

Shakyamuni pondered for a moment, then nodded slowly, and sighed, "I hope he can achieve Nirvana successfully! After all, it was thanks to his help that I am where I am today. Because of my choice, he did not achieve Nirvana, so I owe him a debt of gratitude. If he can achieve Nirvana in the future, I will feel less guilty!"

Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, couldn't help but laugh, then he was silent for a moment, shook his head and said with a smile: "It's hard to say! If the great emperor Amitabha wants to successfully return to Nirvana, he needs a medium. Only a medium like you who has Buddha nature, a person with Buddha in his heart and unparalleled Buddha nature, can receive his Nirvana Dao Fruit and let him return to Nirvana!"

"It's just that it's hard to find someone with such unparalleled Buddha nature in this world. In this world, besides fellow Daoist Sakya, there's only one other person I know of, and that's Hua Hua, Ye Fan's disciple from Heaven. Coincidentally, I heard that he was also born on the ancient life planet on Earth, and he came from the same place as fellow Daoist Sakya!"

Shakyamuni frowned immediately. He naturally knew Huahua, because Huahua was not only Ye Fan's disciple, but also half of his disciple, because Huahua got his skull and his Buddhist scriptures. But he didn't expect that Huahua might be chosen as the medium for the return of Amitabha Buddha to Nirvana, just like he was in the past, and become the so-called future Buddha? !
He couldn't help but hesitate after thinking for a moment, "What Tianzun meant is that it is possible that the great Buddha Amitabha will awaken to Nirvana in Huahua in the future?"

Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, nodded and said, "It's possible! But it's also possible that Huahua, like fellow Taoist Shakyamuni, chooses to be himself instead of becoming Amitabha the Great, or the so-called future Buddha. It all depends on his own choice!" Shakyamuni frowned and said nothing. His own choice? He chose to be himself at the beginning, so what would Huahua choose in the future? If Huahua chose to become the future Buddha, then Amitabha the Great would most likely return to Nirvana. If Huahua made the same choice as him, would Amitabha the Great fail again?
Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, could not help but shake his head and sighed: "Although this method of believing in Nirvana is amazing, it seems to be flawed when it is actually put into practice. It cannot be forced on others. Otherwise, the Great Emperor Amitabha could have achieved Nirvana in the body of Taoist Sakyamuni long ago!"

Hearing him say this, Sakyamuni's expression slightly changed, and he suddenly shook his head and sighed: "Perhaps it's not that the great Buddha Amitabha can't force it, but he is so compassionate that he doesn't want to force it! He respects the wishes and choices of every believer and will never force anyone!"

Hearing this, Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, was moved. He looked at Sakyamuni, thought about Huahua in the future, nodded and laughed, "Maybe! If so, the Great Emperor Amitabha is indeed compassionate and extraordinary! As the Buddha worshipped by all Buddhists, he can still respect the wishes of the believers and fulfill your choices. He is indeed compassionate. After all, such respect and fulfillment are not something that ordinary people can do, because this is all using his own opportunity to return to Nirvana, his own life and Tao fruit to fulfill others!"

After he finished speaking, he paused, shook his head and laughed, "To be honest, this is too precious! I can't do it either! If I were the great emperor Amitabha, I would probably not care about the wishes and choices of Daoist Sakya, and directly awaken to Nirvana and return through Daoist Sakya!"

Shakyamuni put his hands together and said sincerely: "Amitabha! This is the preciousness of Buddha. Such a Buddha is the real Buddha, and is worthy of all Buddhists to truly believe in him and recite him devoutly!"

Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, nodded and exclaimed: "Yes! Such an Amitabha Buddha is indeed admirable. He can respect and fulfill his believers in this way, and return to Nirvana without caring about his own life. It's like the Buddha cutting his flesh to feed the eagle. Such a person doesn't seem like a great emperor standing high above, at the pinnacle of the universe!"

Shakyamuni also praised: "The Buddha is compassionate and merciful. In his heart, he and his believers should be equal and respect each other. So he naturally respects the choices of his believers and is willing to fulfill their choices. Therefore, his believers respect him more and believe in him. This may be what the Buddha said about the cycle of cause and effect!"

Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Heavenly Venerable, couldn't help but mutter to himself, "Is it the cycle of cause and effect? ​​He also follows this Buddhist cause and effect, practices it himself, and doesn't engage in double standards? No wonder! No wonder! Such a person is indeed worthy of respect!"

However, he remembered that in the original "The Great Ruler", Hua Hua was also fulfilled because good deeds were rewarded and cause and effect was cyclical!

The great Emperor Amitabha never forced Sakyamuni in the beginning, and he will not force Huahua in the future. He will only respect and fulfill their choices. Even if the price is his life, he will insist on equal respect and even fulfillment. Such a person is really rare, just like a true saint!
A true saint is truly worthy of the faith and worship of countless Buddhists, and such a person is truly respectable and admirable!
