Chapter 969: All Dharmas are Empty and Four

His voice had an elusive tone of compassion, and it seemed that every word he spoke was filled with supreme truth!
When you practice Buddhism to a certain level, you will be able to speak the Dharma in this way!
"Bodhisattva, back then you vowed not to become a Buddha until hell was empty. Now that hell is empty, why do you still stay in the netherworld of compassion? Why don't you go to the Buddha Realm to take the Buddha's throne?"

I stood in front of Ksitigarbha and said calmly.

In this compassionate nether world, all my abilities are unable to be used. The source of the avenue, the soul, and the ancestral energy are all ineffective. This is the world of Buddhism. Buddhism is filled with all things. I can't use my means to search this place. Is there Ao Yan’s soul?

Time is limited at the moment and I don’t have time to delay, so I can only ask Ksitigarbha!First, lure him to reveal the whereabouts of the dead soul.

"Why is hell empty?"

Ksitigarbha asked me.

"Bodhisattvas can go to the underworld and see. There are no gods or ghosts anymore."

I speak out.

Ksitigarbha showed a smile.

His smile conveyed an emotion that cannot be expressed in words.

I continued: "In other words, all the dead souls today are in this compassionate Nether World!"

Faced with my questions, Ksitigarbha still smiled at me.

However, Ting Ting in front of the Ninth Grade Golden Lotus looked at me with bright canine eyes.

My soul trembled, and what followed Di Ting's gaze was his terrifying aura!

After a while, Ksitigarbha uttered a sentence: "The hell in the human heart is empty, all dharmas are empty, and only without a Buddha can one become a Buddha!"

Ksitigarbha's words made me stunned for a moment.

Xue Li was also stunned for a moment.

After a long time, I was extremely embarrassed...

After all, I am not a golden cicada, and what the Buddha Eyes brings to me is only Buddhist power, not a thorough understanding of Buddhism...

I wanted to use the words just now to ask whether there are ghosts in this compassionate netherworld, but I never wanted to expose my shallow understanding of Buddhism.

I thought the hell was empty because there were no souls of the dead. I thought Ksitigarbha became a Buddha because he was heading to the Buddhist world!

But this is all what I thought.

What I thought and what Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said had two different meanings!
Hell is the hell of the human heart. All dharmas are empty. Everything is inherently empty. As long as the essence of things is seen through, then in the eyes of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, everything is empty. Even if the hell is filled with dead souls, it is still empty!I was also deceived by the popular saying, "Unless hell is empty, you will never become a Buddha." In fact, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has become a Buddha long ago. Otherwise, how would he have such power to open up the world?How can there be Buddha who can sit in hell and save ghosts?

And the Buddha in his vow not to become a Buddha is not what I understand as going to the Buddhist world to obtain a Buddha status, but the Buddha in his heart!
Only when there is no Buddha in your heart can you become a Buddha!
If you no longer have the yearning for the Buddha's position, then you will naturally become a Buddha!

Ksitigarbha has long seen through the nature of all things. All things are empty to him, but he still has Buddha in his heart, and there is no emptiness in hell in his heart!So he is not a Buddha yet!

"Buddha's teachings are profound and all dharmas are empty. It turns out this is how we understand it."

Xue Li beside me praised.

Neither Xue Li nor I are stupid. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva made a little mention and we understood the true meaning of that folk rumor.

I was clever but I was fooled by my cleverness. I wanted to induce Ksitigarbha, but my ability was directly exposed.

But the embarrassment is embarrassing, and people still need to be found. I continued: "Bodhisattva, the hells of the underworld do not accept the souls of the dead now, so where do the souls of the dead go? Have they entered the compassionate nether world and been saved by the Bodhisattva?"

I also understand that with such a great and wise being, it’s better not to be clever and just ask any questions you have. Otherwise, if you don’t ask the question, you will fall behind.

"The dead souls in the world have their own places to go. Is Elder Jinchan here to look for them?"

Ksitigarbha answered me ambiguously, and directly stated my true purpose.

I nodded and said, "Has a dragon girl's soul visited Mercy Netherworld recently?"

"Have."

Ksitigarbha replied to me.

Hearing this word, I instantly became excited and said, "Seriously?"

Ksitigarbha, however, remained silent and looked at me with a smile.

Seeing this, my soul was shocked again and I shuddered...

Monks do not lie, and in front of me is Ksitigarbha, the Buddha among Buddhas. As long as he answers me, how can it be false?It was such a stupid thing for me to ask.

"What do you mean, is the Dragon Girl's soul a real soul? Is it still in the Mercy Netherworld now?"

I had no choice but to find a lame excuse to show that I did not question Ksitigarbha.

Ksitigarbha did not argue with me, but said, "Ting Ting, is she willing to see Elder Jin Chan?"

The listening dog body disappears.

But I heard a lot of things from Ksitigarbha’s words!Ao Yan’s soul is still there!And it seems that he was taken in by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva!

My heart suddenly became happy, this is great!Ao Yan can be taken in by Ksitigarbha, which is undoubtedly the best result!
A few seconds later, the listening dog body reappeared, and at the same time he made a strange and ear-splitting sound. This sound was not a bark, but more like a rhythmless ghost howl.

Di Ting's screams made my soul very uncomfortable, and I could also feel that Xue Li was also very uncomfortable. Of course, Xue Li did not dare to express any dissatisfaction in front of Ksitigarbha.

I said: "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, please quickly let the spirit of the dragon girl come out to see me. Her body was forcibly separated by evil spirits before her life was over. You should quickly hand it over to me so that I can take her back to the human world and restore her human body."

However, at this moment, Ksitigarbha looked at me and said with a smile: "Elder Jin Chan, I'm afraid you can't take her away today..."
