Some lineages have strict requirements for apprenticeship. In addition to some requirements from the ancestors, a considerable number of them are rules set by the master. I have met a friend who cannot eat poultry when studying Pu'an. For example, a friend of Deng Weihong is still a virgin because of the rules of the school. Some lineages are ordinary people who learn some magic skills and then teach others to gradually spread them. The original meaning itself is to help everyone, so there is no concept of practicing to become immortals, and there is no method. Some lineages are taught by some immortal masters from the beginning to future generations to practice, and the original definition is not to help everyone.
It's hard to explain the five disadvantages and three deficiencies in detail. Generally, there are several situations. The first is because the method is incomplete and there is not enough internal training to support it. Those who play games understand this. How can you use skills without a blue bar? The second is that it goes against the laws of nature, or is unreasonable, or the power and effect are beyond common sense. In this case, you have to be careful. If you are not naturally intelligent, you have to consider whether there is a problem.

Because there is no connection, many skills cannot be used, so there are so many words of speech. Because we don't know the situation at all, we can only speak roughly and vaguely.
Only those who are particularly intelligent or particularly loved by the ancestors will receive reminders from the ancestors at any time, which is why the reminders are particularly effective.
A true guide will first teach you how to be a good person. He will teach you to look within rather than outside, to accept your own shortcomings and work hard to correct them, to adjust your mindset rather than rushing for success, and to teach you to lower your desires rather than pursue abilities. He will focus on cultivating your mind rather than just seeking skills. He will guide you to take kindness as the basis and morality as the guideline.
It is undeniable that if you want to practice Taoism, you cannot practice without a master. And even if you find a master, this master may not be your master.
Some people pretend to know when they don't, which not only misleads others' practice, but also adds endless cause and effect to themselves.
Nowadays, it is difficult to find a master and an apprentice. Even if a master takes a liking to you, you may not know that he has the ability, and the master you take a liking to may not be able to teach you. If you don't have a master, don't practice randomly. The word "random" means that you are not allowed to guard the Dantian or the acupoints, and you are not allowed to guide them with your mind. As long as you don't guard them and don't guide them, there will be no problems.
Because once you calm your body, it will naturally function. Without any external interference, it will quickly find its own instincts according to nature, which is in line with the natural operation of the Tao.
If you try hard to achieve a certain kind of satisfaction, it is very likely to cause paranoia or extremism. This is just like when you meditate, if you deliberately guide your thoughts, your qi will become disordered.
Originally, you don't need to care about this energy, it will naturally go to where it should go, but if you interfere with it artificially, it will not go where it should go.
Once the Qi goes astray, your body will have serious problems. This kind of problem cannot be cured by current medical treatment, not even by skilled Chinese medicine practitioners.
Only those who have truly practiced and verified the truth at a high level can help you heal, so before you meet a wise master, don’t stay here or there, and certainly don’t be guided by your thoughts.
Everything must start with static exercises. Apart from practicing dynamic exercises, you should just sit there quietly in the rest of the time. After a long time, you will be able to enter a state of meditation.
Unless you can look inward into your five internal organs and every acupuncture point of the body, then you can guide with your mind, because at this time you are a guide, you can see very clearly, and the road ahead is very bright.
If you can't see your internal organs and acupoints, it would be strange if nothing goes wrong if you guide them randomly.
As long as you sit quietly and down-to-earth, every time you advance to a new stage and every time you encounter a problem, the ancestor will guide you in various ways.
When Master Sun Buer was practicing in Beishan, he encountered the problem of the last level. He originally wanted to go back to ask Master Chongyang for advice, but at this time he was enlightened by a master who passed by, and he successfully passed this level.
The ancestors often said that they are not afraid of your age or that you started practicing Taoism late, but they are afraid of your weak mind and so on.
There are many things to say, even if you don't want to repair this or that, but if your body is not healthy, then wouldn't your life be more painful? This is what can help you regulate your body.
Restoring the balance of yin and yang and conditioning the body is the first step on the path of cultivation, so many people will not practice when they hear that there is no master.
The first step is your physical health. Whether you cultivate this or not, you must at least have a healthy body. If you don’t want to cultivate it, just treat it as a health-preserving practice, although everyone’s life and death disasters are destined.
