Chapter 48 Zhu was divorced

Chapter 48 Zhu was divorced
Zhou Dalang didn't know how he walked home. He always knew in his heart that Mrs. Zhu was not a good person, but who made him obsessed with her and not marry her at first? Now he only tolerates it because of his two children.

But when his biological father said that Mrs. Zhu was not good to the two children, his mind changed.

His father would not lie to him, so... a mother is not good to her own flesh and blood, so why would she do it? As a decoration, Zhu's appearance is not enough.

Zhou Dalang quickened his pace home, and Old Man Zhou trotted behind him, but he couldn't catch up.

The angry old man Zhou started to curse again, "You big bastard, you won't wait for me when you get back, and I don't know why you are running away."

He was also wondering now how he had chased him so far just now. Damn it, he still had to walk back. He drank a bowl of gruel tonight, it was so thin that people could be seen in it, and his stomach became deflated after running all the way.

Alas, he wanted to curse again. Food is so precious, isn't it a waste of money?

"You big bastard, just wait for me. I won't slap you with the sole of my shoe when you get home."

The villagers of Shangyang Village, groping in the dark, heard Old Man Zhou going home cursing.

Then the sounds of fighting and Zhu's begging for mercy came from the Zhou family's yard.

Early the next morning, Zhou Dalang pushed a wheelbarrow to send Zhu, whose legs and feet were still weak, back to her parents' home.

Along the way, Mrs. Zhu said all kinds of good things and wished she could change her words step by step, but Zhou Dalang didn't soften his heart.

Seeing that Fu Di was too young to be a child, Mrs. Zhu stopped pretending, scolded Zhou Dalang, and greeted all the eighteen generations of Zhou family's ancestors one by one.

Zhou Dalang didn't speak at first, but then he couldn't listen anymore, so he stopped the wheelbarrow and went up to scratch Zhu's ears.

By the time she arrived at Zhu's parents' home, Zhu's face had swollen into a pig's head.

"Oh my God, what's wrong with you?" Zhu's mother-in-law, Mrs. Zhu, asked angrily when she saw that her daughter's face was swollen into a fat head.

Zhou Dalang didn't like to talk at all. When Mrs. Zhu asked her, he didn't want to answer. He put Zhu down, took out the divorce letter from his arms and put it on Zhu, turned around and pushed the wheelbarrow away.

"Hey, son-in-law, what are you doing?" Mrs. Zhu was a little confused and didn't know what kind of trouble her son-in-law was going to make.

Seeing her mother, Mrs. Zhu seemed to have seen her last hope and hurriedly complained loudly: "Mother, Zhou Dalang wants to divorce me."

"What?" When Mrs. Zhu heard her daughter say that her son-in-law wanted to divorce her, that was not okay, she hurriedly stretched out her hand to stop her.

When Zhou Dalang gave her a chance, he pushed the wheelbarrow and ran away, running away in the blink of an eye.

Seeing that she couldn't catch up, Mrs. Zhu sat down on the ground and started crying.

"Oh my God, how can we live like this? This Zhou Dalang who kills a thousand people..."

When people in the village heard Mrs. Zhu crying, they all gathered around and asked what was going on.

Mrs. Zhu immediately shut up and didn't dare to cry anymore. She couldn't say that her daughter asked her husband's family to divorce her.

By the time Old Man Zhu came back with his children and grandchildren, Zhou Dalang had already run out ten miles away.

The Zhu family's sister-in-law gave the idea to send Zhu back.

Zhu: "That damn Yang Laogen, on behalf of the villagers of Shangyang Village, expelled me from Shangyang Village and prohibited me from ever entering the territory of Shangyang Village again."

At Zhu's words, Old Man Zhu and the sons of the Zhu family fell silent. They knew in their hearts that it would be useless even if they sent Zhu back.

"Is this the end of it?" Sister-in-law Zhu still didn't want to give up. She didn't want to support this lame sister-in-law.

"Forget it, what else can we do! Can our family fight against a whole village?"

Sister-in-law Zhu glanced at her man and asked him to think.

Boss Zhu: What he can do is to find another family for his sister.

It’s just that my sister’s legs can’t walk yet, so what kind of person would be willing to marry her?

...

Jin Liangyu stood under the eaves with Dabao in her arms and looked into the distance. Her father and Zhou Erlang were cutting down trees and burying fences.

Her mother and three little ones were collecting branches, drying them and keeping them for the fire.

Suddenly, the hem of her skirt moved slightly, and when she lowered her head, she saw the little spirit fox that had been missing for several days appeared again.     “Where have you been these days?”

"Can I ask later? I'm still hungry."

"You really treat me like a keeper."

"Can't you?"

"Okay!"

"Then hurry up and get me something to eat. I'm almost starving." In order to make his words more convincing, the little spirit fox feebly made a width gesture with its little paws.

"Is it that exaggerated?"

"It's not an exaggeration at all."

"Then tell me, what have you been doing these days? Why haven't you eaten anything?" Jin Liangyu just asked casually, not expecting the little spirit fox to answer.

"Let's go do some serious business." The soft and snoring little guy, with his serious look, is quite eye-catching, and Jin Liangyu has no power to resist.

"I thought you would be satisfied after eating a piece of barbecue and never come back again."

"That's not possible! You want to send me away with just a piece of barbecue. You think so."

"Eat it, I've never eaten this good thing openly."

The little spirit fox looked at the plate placed in front of him, which contained fragrant stewed black-bone chicken legs, and forgot about everything except the sound of eating.

"Little Lingling, you are so easy to support." This is Jin Liangyu's inner words, and there is no derogatory meaning.

"Hey, Xiao Yuyu, I also think I can make a living." The little spirit fox finally freed up his mouth and began to boast about himself. "One chicken drumstick is enough."

After the little spirit fox finished eating, he wiped his mouth and paws, then stood on the table and looked directly at Jin Liangyu, as if there was something important that he didn't know what to say.

"Little Lingling, what's wrong with you?"

The little spirit fox fell into deep thought and hesitated for a while before looking up and asking Jin Liangyu with great determination: "Are you a good person? Can I trust you?"

Jin Liangyu did not expect that the little spirit fox would ask her such a question, "How should I say this? I can't tell whether I am a good person or not."

"Why can't you tell clearly?"

"That's because how I treat others depends on how they treat me."

"Why does it depend on the other party?"

"If the other person is good to me, I will be good to him. If the other person is not good to me, I will not be good to him."

"That means, if I treat you well, you will treat me well, right?"

"You can say that."

"Great." The little spirit fox cheered, secretly thinking that his mother was saved.

At night, everything was quiet. Jin Liangyu woke up and opened the curtains and looked out the window. The moon hanging in the sky tonight was big, round, and extremely bright.

Jin Liangyu couldn't resist the temptation of the beautiful scenery, quietly put on her dress, opened the door and walked out.

I saw the silvery white moonlight falling on the ground like water, like flowing light.
