Chapter 6 Moving Portraits

After finishing writing, Anlos took the formula sheet, slowly shook the joystick, and left the bedroom.

A maid immediately came up to her, bowed down, and asked with concern: "What can I do for you, Master Anlos?"

"I have something to talk to my father about," Anlos said.

"Okay, Mr. Noye is in the study. I'll push you over."

"Ah."

Anlos nodded, with a smile on his pale face.

The maid's cheeks turned red.

She pushed the wheelchair gently, trying to make Master Anlos as stable as walking on water.

Noye's study is on the second floor. In order to facilitate Anlos' wheelchair, an expensive elevator was specially installed in the three-story mansion.

"Kaka——"

The black iron fence engraved with roses was slowly pulled up, and the maid pushed Anlos into the elevator and pressed it up to the second floor.

With a bang, the elevator started to move, with some bumps like a wheelchair rolling across a gravel road.

Through the gap in the iron fence, Anlos could see the tens of meters high ceiling of the hall. The crystal chandelier hung high in the air, crystal clear and extremely gorgeous.

It took less than two seconds to reach the second floor. There was another clicking sound, and the iron fence was pulled up again.

Arriving outside the study, the maid knocked on the mahogany door twice.

"Please come in." Noye's deep voice came from inside.

The maid pushed open the door and entered, and what greeted Anlos' eyes was a picturesque scene.

The young father was sitting at the desk, wearing a dark green suit without a tie, but with his collar casually open.

The sunlight streamed in from the side window, casting a golden glow on Noye's upright figure.

When he saw Anlos, his pair of deep pool-like blue eyes immediately came to life, faint crow's feet appeared in the corners of his eyes, and the corners of his mouth also curved.

The maid's breath stagnated slightly, and she quietly looked at Anlos in the wheelchair with her peripheral vision, sighing in her heart:
Father and son are really cut from the same mold.

Like the same person at different ages.

Two beautiful faces in the same room, even though they have been seen many times, still make people's hearts beat faster.

The maid gasped softly and felt her cheeks getting hot.

"What's the matter, Anlos?" Noye put down his pen and asked, showing no sign of impatience at being interrupted from his work.

"I brought the materials I wanted, father." Anros was pushed forward, "However, some of them are quite rare."

"I will try my best to find what you want, don't worry."

Noye took the formula sheet and pushed up the gold-rimmed glasses on the bridge of his nose: "Well, the ten-circle moon-patterned turtle shell is a bit rare. The others are fine."

He raised his head and said: "If you are lucky, you can find ten rings of moon-patterned turtle shells in the underground auction. If not, I will issue a reward and you will always find it."

"Thank you, father!"

Anlos smiled happily.

"But Anlos, what do you want these materials for?" Noye asked doubtfully.

Anlos remained calm and said with mixed truth and falsehood: "I saw the formula of this healing potion in the study and wanted to make it and give it a try."

"Ah - healing potion." Noye understood, with a hint of shame in his eyes.

It's not like he hasn't used those wizard potions on Anros, but they can only last for a while, and then his body will become even weaker and develop drug resistance.

He didn't think that this strange-looking healing potion could have any effect.

"If you want to try it, of course it's okay," Noye said, "but before taking it yourself, you still have to give it to a wizard for testing."

"Well," Anros nodded and said matter-of-factly, "I will enter Nymeria Academy next month, so I can ask the professor."

Noye: "Haha, come on."

His son is really confident in himself.

I hope I won’t be too shocked if I lose the election.

Anlos knew what Noye was thinking as soon as he saw Noye's expression.

He didn't argue, just chuckled twice and said, "Then I won't disturb your work, father. I'll leave first."

"Okay, pay attention to your health. If you feel uncomfortable, call me." After leaving the study, Anlos thought for a while and said to the maid: "I want to walk around the mansion by myself. You can go and do it."

"Okay, Master." The maid bowed, "If you need anything, just ring the bell on the armrest, and the nearby servant will rush over immediately."

Anros nodded and touched the cold brass button under his hand.

Driving slowly down the corridor, the tires rolling over the red velvet carpet, Anlos raised his head and admired the oil paintings hanging on the wall.

Perhaps in order to add some liveliness to the silent mansion, most of the oil paintings are painted in bright colors.

Anros saw the Red Rose Empire at dusk, and the orange sky was reflected on the river, as if a handful of gold foil had been sprinkled, giving it a peaceful atmosphere.

One painting shows a white villa standing in a rose garden. It has tall floor-to-ceiling windows and pointed eaves. It is gorgeous, elegant and grand. It is the Tian family mansion where Anlos is wheelchair-bound.

Arriving at the spiral staircase in the center, Anros saw a huge portrait, nearly ten meters high.

It depicts a young woman, wearing a white gauze, sitting on a seat with her hands hanging down, smiling kindly, looking out of the painting.

"Ms. Anna, my mother," Anros murmured, his eyes tracing over her long black hair, green eyes, and thin cheeks.

Although he had never met this lady, at this moment, Anlos felt a sourness rising from the bottom of his heart, as if a fine needle was pricking his heart.

"I will take good care of Nymeria, who is enrolled in this life, and get the key ingredients for the leech potion to cure ALS."

At this moment, Anlos' eyes suddenly condensed.

He saw Anna in the portrait slowly grinning.

Up to the base of the ear.

That peaceful and kind face suddenly became ferocious and terrifying.

At some point, Anlos discovered that the surroundings had become so quiet.

Even if the floor was carpeted, it would be impossible for the servants to pass by silently.

What's more, looking around now, there is no one around, and it is extremely dark. It is obviously my own home, but it looks strange and unfamiliar.

Only the portrait in front of Anlos was staring at him with her green eyes.

"Anna", painted with oil paint, slowly stood up from her seat.

At the same time, everything around him seemed to melt, and turbid paint flowed from the top.

Nightmare space.

Anlos thought to himself that he was pulled into a nightmare space and entered the dream catcher of other creatures.

Here comes a big guy.

It's not at the same level as finger worms and the like.

[Weak human being] "Anna" actually spoke, "Become my dye, become my beautiful color."

It smiled ferociously, determined to win this hunt.

How could a human being, who was so weak that he could only rely on a wheelchair and couldn't even run, miss?

"Ana" looked down at Anlos, imagining the twisted and frightened expression on this beautiful little face, and couldn't help but tremble with excitement.

It crawls out of the canvas and the face painted in oil comes to "reality".

The next second, Anlos stood up from the wheelchair.

???

"Ana" was stunned, with countless question marks popping up in her mind.

Aren’t you in a wheelchair? ? ?
Facing the portrait's confused gaze, Anros smiled slightly.

He picked up the vase on the stair railing and smashed it into its protruding face!

"Bang!!!"

There was a loud bang and pieces of porcelain flew everywhere.

【Ah ah ah ah! ! ! 】

"Anna" screamed, shaking her head back and forth in pain, her neck was stuck on the canvas, unable to move forward or retreat.

It was like a special scene where he could only be bullied arbitrarily by Anlos.

"I'm just waiting for your CD, idiot."

Anlos said softly, and in the frightened eyes of the portrait, he waved the porcelain piece and cut the canvas violently!
