Chapter 155: Just Kiss Me and You'll Know

Chapter 155: Just Kiss and You'll Know
Yun Yuwan met with a partner in the evening and socialized until almost nine o'clock. On the way home, she drove a little faster and walked out of the elevator quickly.

Every night she would tell Qingqing enlightenment stories, and Qingqing would get anxious if she couldn't wait for her.

But she hurried into the room and saw the back of a man sitting. She gently put her hands on his broad shoulders and looked at the picture book in his hand. He was wearing a soft cotton long-sleeved shirt that was suitable for holding a child.

The calm male voice carries a sense of experience. He has seen Qianfan's power to control the wind and rain, yet be gentle and peaceful, as if the wind and rain outside will be blocked outside the house by him:

"Jack planted the beans carefully in the yard. Soon, bean sprouts grew out. The beanstalks twisted together and grew taller and taller until they reached the clouds, like a ladder to heaven."

Qingqing can understand daily communication, but when she listens to fairy tales, she doesn’t understand some sentences, so she just stares at his hands.

Suddenly he pointed at the words on the book with his short fingers and said in a baby voice, "One!"

Xiao Qingqing looked at the man's face expectantly, as if waiting for him to praise her.

The way he wanted to be praised was very much like a smaller version of Yun Yuwan, with cunning eyes, slightly raised chin, and a smug look. Even though he was still an illiterate, he was very confident about his small achievements.

Wen Yangzhi felt warm at the sight, and he touched her little head: "Qingqing is awesome."

She grinned softly, showing her few teeth.

Yun Yuwan called out softly, "Qingqing."

He turned around and saw his mother, and immediately stumbled over to her, with all his lower teeth showing except for two small baby teeth: "Mom!"

The child's pronunciation is not clear and when he says "Mom" his voice is off-key, as if he is singing.

Yun Yuwan squatted down, caught Qingqing, and picked her up: "Have you been good today?"

"Good boy." He sucked his own baby teeth gently.

Yun Yuwan smiled at Qingqing: "Qingqing is really amazing."

When he heard the compliment, he shyly buried his little head in his mother's arms like a little ostrich.

Yun Yuwan's gaze shifted to Wen Yangzhi again, and she said calmly, "Why are you here?"

He stood up with the fairy tale book in his hand: "I'll accompany Qingqing."

"You can go home now." She glanced at him indifferently and carried him to the bed.

But I heard his voice behind me: "I want to accompany you too."

"Need not."

"Then I will finish reading the story to you."

Yun Yuwan paused for a moment and said, "Just finish reading the story and leave."

She would not stop Qingqing from communicating with her biological father, because a child without a father will have unbalanced interactions with the opposite sex when he grows up.

The most obvious thing is that children who communicate too little with their fathers are likely to have a filter for men, and are easily unbalanced when interacting with the opposite sex or falling in love. To use the current popular terms, it is love brain or sexual brain. Some children are unable to have normal contact with the opposite sex and choose to have no contact at all or avoid the opposite sex.

She wants to grow up gently and healthily.

Yun Yuwan was still thinking, she gently crawled to the end of the bed, stood up, and asked Wen Yangzhi confidently: "Do you have ice cream?"

Wen Yangzhi's eyes were kind: "I don't have any ice cream."

Qingqing didn't know that he was rich: "So you, have money, do you want to buy ice cream?"

Wen Yangzhi, the boss of one of the world's top ten banks, was questioned by his own daughter about whether he had any money.

But he had a smile in his eyes, half squatted down and looked at Qingqing: "Probably."

Gently grasping the fence at the end of the bed, a little distance away from Wen Yangzhi, his chubby little face trembled, he lowered his head to play with his fingers, and said considerately: "No, forget it."

Wen Yangzhi did not feel uncomfortable being misunderstood, but was surprised at Qingqing's ability to understand. She could interpret his doubtful words as an awkward way to smooth things over. She hesitated and said that she should have money, but in fact she didn't have any, so she just told him that she didn't have any. He looked at Yun Yuwan in surprise.

Yun Yuwan seemed to be used to it. She just picked Qingqing up from the end of the bed and said, "Don't buy her ice cream. She's still young and can't handle it."

"I remember it." Every moment he spent with his wife and daughter was an unprecedented experience for him.

A child who becomes like his mother's lover and looks very much like him and his lover.

There is a stable sense of belonging, life seems to have a destination, and the happiness is beyond words.

It turns out that these three words "family of three" are so warm.

After coaxing her to sleep, Yun Yuwan didn't ask him to leave, but Wen Yangzhi shamelessly refused to leave and even brought some spare clothes with him.

She sat in a rattan chair on the balcony, watching the night view and enjoying the breeze, and he sat on the other side.

He also tried to strike up a conversation: "For you, which one is more important, career or love?"

She ignored him, and Wen Yangzhi thought she was going to ignore him, but she looked at the bright international buildings on the other side and said, "It used to be 30% love and 70% career."

Wen Yangzhi then realized that although she acted passionate at the time, she did not regard love as everything.

"It's your turn." She said indifferently.

But as the gentle breeze blew at night, she was waiting for his answer.

Since she mentioned the past, he also mentioned the past: "In the past it was 10% career and 90% love."

"Big talk?" She didn't even look at him.

Instead, he chuckled with confidence: "The border barrier is as hot as magma inside, don't you know?"

She stirred the hot milk in the cup with a thin stirring spoon, letting the wind blow her hair, but she deliberately said the opposite: "I didn't feel it."

But she once felt that maybe she was not ashamed.

Because now she and Wen Yangzhi both understand what kind of person each other is, perhaps better than many couples who have spent their entire lives together.

They are aware of the typical characteristics and thinking patterns of NPD and borderline disorder, and know the general styles of dealing with things of these two personalities.

It is easy to know whether the other person is lying, understand why the other person suddenly becomes emotional, and understand the other person's discomfort and sensitive points.

For example, he will no longer answer questions vaguely, because he knows that NPD likes to be in control and has a strong possessiveness.

When she saw him humbly begging her to come back, she did not sentence him to death, because having a rigid boundary is a sign of an extreme fear that others will know that he has needs for others, and for him to express it to this extent would go against his nature.

Just like what he said now, feelings meant 90% to him, even though it sounded fake, Yun Yuwan didn't really not believe it.

He is the type of person who would rather express less than more, and would feel uneasy if he expressed even an inch more.

Although he concealed his problem back then, he invested 90% in her, while she only invested 30% in the emotional aspect at most, intending to return to her career after she won him over.

She didn't lose too badly, he lost more than her.

Wen Yangzhi stretched out his arm and covered her hand on the armrest with his big hand: "Do you want to feel 90% now?"

"Not interested." She didn't even look at him, just looking at the brilliant lights and traffic not far away. "Now I am 90% career and 10% love."

He stood up, put his hands on the armrests of her rattan chair, leaned closer, and spoke in a gentle and steady voice like fog, exposing her disguise:
"Yuwan, do you know that you are a little stubborn now?"

He lowered his head and leaned close to her, their breaths blending together, but she remained unmoved:
"How can you be sure that I'm being stubborn?"

He leaned closer, his cold lips almost touching hers: "Won't you know after a kiss?"
