The Buddhist Master Pu'an once described Lü Dongbin's "Golden Elixir" realm, calling him "a ghost guarding a corpse for a thousand years, flying over Dongting Lake."

Wang Chongyang also called this state the "living dead"... They all mean the same thing, the physical body is no longer necessary, and although one's "spirit" still needs the physical body, it is no longer bound by it!
Lao Tzu said, the reason why I have great worries is that I have a body. If I have no body, what worries do I have?

The reason why people have all kinds of worries, troubles, difficulties, disasters... is because people have a body. If there were no constraints of the body, what worries and disasters would there be?
There is a story in the "Le Zhi" chapter of "Zhuangzi": Zhuangzi went to the State of Chu, and saw a skull on the way, which looked dry, hollow and broken.

Zhuangzi then tapped the skull with his whip as a greeting and asked a question: Sir, is it because you coveted wealth and fame in this world and made mistakes that you ended up like this?

Or did he suffer the destruction of his country and get killed by swords and axes, so he became like this? Or did he do something bad, bringing shame to his parents, wife, and children, and died of shame? Or did he suffer the disaster of cold and hunger, so he became like this? Or did he die of old age and weakness?
After saying this, Zhuangzi took the skull and used it as a pillow to sleep.

At midnight, the skeleton appeared in Zhuangzi’s dream and said: You were talking incessantly just now, and you really seemed like a good debater.

What you said are all burdens and hard work of the living. After death, there is no such sorrow and worry at all... Would you like to hear about what is happening after death?

Zhuangzi agreed.

The skull said: Once a person dies, there is no king to rule above, no officials to bother about below, and no worries about the four seasons. The summer is too hot and the winter is too cold. It is comfortable and free, and it is really like spring all year round.

Even the joy of being a king cannot exceed this!
Zhuangzi didn't believe it and said: If I ask the god in charge of life to restore your body, grow new bones and muscles for you, and let you return to your parents, wife, children, neighbors and teachers, would you be willing?
The skull frowned and said with deep worry: How can I give up the joy that surpasses the king and experience the hardships of the world again?

This is what the Taoists say, "If people are not burdened by their physical bodies, the Daluo Heaven will be right in front of them," and what the Buddhists say, "Observe the self without self and others, and see the Tathagata without emptiness or color"!

What is a real person?

People in the realm of delusion can do whatever they want, and all their wishes can be fulfilled. Ordinary people, no matter how profound their fighting spirit is, will only sink in the realm of delusion and become addicted to it, unwilling to extricate themselves!

But the real person is, no matter what the delusion is, the real heart does not follow the delusion, do what should be done, do what is the person, do what is the person...

Whether in the real world or in the realm of illusion, everything you do and think is in line with your heart. This is a true person!

In this case, what is the difference between delusion and reality?
The real and the unreal are relative, and the counterpart of "delusion" is "truth"...Taoism's "eliminating the false and retaining the true", Buddhism's "the truth is always there", and Confucianism's "the unity of knowledge and action"!
The way of the Tao is simple, and the true person is actually just that simple!
It is easier said than done. In the life of an ordinary person, there will be countless times when they are forced by "situations" to make "forced" choices, go against their true feelings, and fail to be a real person.

Sit upright with a calm mind, without any speck of dust in your mind, free from form and emptiness, free from confusion and delusion, at peace and at ease, your perception gradually becomes clearer, like a growing baby!
Now Qing Huan doesn't need to deliberately activate any martial arts, fighting skills, fighting spirit or vitality. Instead, he can just let it rise and fall as he wishes and control it freely...
