Chapter 113: Nagging
A few words about the release, let me chat for a while

The first book of the newbie is about to be released. At midnight on Friday, the background will refresh the VIP chapters. Five chapters will be released at once. You may have to wait for a few minutes.

Let me be honest with you all. I am not anyone’s pseudonym. I am a real newcomer.

But I am not a novice in writing. I just haven't achieved any results. I won some insignificant writing awards when I was a student, and the best I could say was that one of my long mystery novels made it into the shortlist of an international mystery novel competition held by a publishing house.

My affinity with online novels ended after high school. I was in my third year of high school and watched “The King’s Avatar” every night to relieve stress. I can still count the number of online novels I read: two eunuch books, one ghost hunting book whose name I forgot, and one “Panlong”. One tenth of the books…

"The School Beauty's Personal Bodyguard", the expression of covering face here.

I haven't read it since then, and I've always wanted to win an award for my mystery novels to get into the writing business and give an explanation to a story I've been conceiving for so many years.

My mystery novel didn’t win any awards, so I was depressed for a while. Then I came to Qidian.com to test the waters with a slower-paced martial arts novel (hence this pen name).

If I had to go, I would go to the most awesome website. With the idea of accumulating basic readers, I started to hang out in the online literature circle again.

Then I was rejected very emoly, and was about to turn into an angry young man and make some outrageous remarks.

But I have a lot of moral integrity and I adhere to the idea of "prove myself first, then criticize others for more weight". So I read the current mainstream online literature as required and chose not to read the books of the great writers.

Then I realized that if you want to be cool, be reborn or travel through time, and have a cheat code, "newbies should write system code"...

I really have no interest in writing fan fiction, and I can't write long stories (unless I make a series of episodic stories), so I came up with the idea of writing a Pro plus max ultra version of my growth story based on my own experience.

In short, let me have a daydream and have fun with everyone.

If I feel good writing, everyone will feel good too.

But I don’t want my book to become an industrial product, so I still insisted on some differences, hoping to write with my own characteristics.

I do feel a little uncomfortable with the local environment. For example, the issue of "amnesia" has been mentioned a hundred times, but I finally understood it after reading a few more books (the beginning of it). There is actually a definition of "rebirth" in online literature. It is normal for readers who click in to say something "poisonous" because their expectations are dashed.

Later, I didn’t expect that my submission would be accepted, I didn’t expect that it would be recommended, I didn’t expect that I would receive more support from readers than I expected, and I didn’t expect that it would be published in Sanjiang.

It was like a dream. From the beginning, I was thinking that I would just have some people reading my work to get the minimum living allowance and accumulate some readers so that the story I wanted to write the most would not die before it was completed.

This is all given to me by everyone who has supported me until now, and I am sincerely grateful.

The thing I fear most is that no one will read what I write because of exposure issues.

As long as someone reads it, what happens next depends on me. Whether it’s a good or bad writing, there’s nothing to complain about.

So during the critical period when various recommendations were being made, I asked everyone to follow my reading and the price really went up, and it even pushed me to the top of Sanjiang.

I am so grateful, really.

When it comes to putting it on the shelves, I don't have any goals, such as a certain average subscription or topping the charts. I just want to write a good story, create some characters who can come alive, and have fun reading it.

I'm a part-time writer and sometimes I'm very busy at work, so I won't complain to you. But I still say that I have to write this book with great success so that you can read it with great success.

I will write at least five chapters on the day of the release. I will try to write more in the first month. After the release, I will write at least two chapters a day. I won’t set any rules. I will write more and post more. At some plot nodes, three or four chapters will be fine. The number of words in each chapter will also be increased. I will make sure to have a few chapters saved for emergency adjustments.

As a newcomer who has just learned about what "first order" and "average order" mean, let me say something outrageous: you all read more than just this book. Although one chapter is very cheap, it will still be an expense if you read too many.

Your subscription is the greatest support to me. No matter it is monthly ticket or reward, you can do what you can, especially students, especially high school students or even younger students with limited living expenses and pocket money.

I am not saying that I despise money. I also love money and I am not rich, but I prefer love and affection.

To all the book lovers who have given this book monthly tickets and various kinds of support, I really remember your support and will slowly arrange some easter eggs into the story.

The subsequent development of the story has been mentioned in the remarks at the end of the first volume, so I will not repeat it here.

After the book is put on the shelves, the limit of 1 book friend's comments will be opened, mainly for peace and quiet. My wife reads the comments. There are always some confused trolls or comments seeking to show off, which are really annoying. Of course, I read all the comments involving error correction, plot discussion speculation, suggestions, praise, etc., and I reply to them all.

There's no way. I won't make any excuses. I just don't like reading mindless criticism. I just like reading comments from people who like this book. It's a two-way choice.

But I am very grateful for some comments that provide real suggestions. As long as the starting point is good, I will appreciate it.

Like the setting of the previous chapter, I will be more concise later. I am also growing through learning from you.

I have written about a hundred free chapters, which can be regarded as a story that can be imagined from elementary school to the beginning of junior high school. I hope everyone enjoys reading it.

One book certainly cannot satisfy everyone, so some things should be made clear to avoid wasting everyone's money.

This book has only one female protagonist, but love is not the main plot. Since early love in junior high school does not fit the character of the protagonist and does not conform to the normative requirements, the love will come early, but the response will come late.

The main plot of this book is very clear, which is how Comrade Li Yan reaches the pinnacle of humanity.

I saw some book friends asking whether it is campus literature, commercial literature or something else. I can't categorize it. Li Yan is improving in all aspects. Resources must be obtained, and pursuits will also change. She will shine in school, but there will also be a time when she leaves school.

Let me be honest again, this book can improve your overall ability. I am a typical jack of all trades but master of none of them. I have a relatively deep understanding of some areas, but there are still many areas where I don’t know enough, such as business.

There is really no Boss Ma around me, and I don’t know the scale and details of how he makes money. If I knew, I would not write this.

I will try my best to ask some big friends, check the information as much as possible, and exaggerate appropriately, but there will inevitably be some small bugs, I hope everyone will forgive me.

But our book is about a fictional parallel world, so we don’t need to worry too much about real things. Novels are, after all, higher than life.

As for the book club, I am still in the stage of exploring the rules of the online literature circle. I am too green and don’t know how to play with you all. Just wait for me, write more, and when I am as steady as an old dog, I will come and be teased by you all.

Thanks again to my editor, Zhenguan.

When I submitted my work, I did so because I liked the Zhenguan Reign. Guan Da said, "I liked it at first sight."

Well, very good, a straight ball, I like this kind of directness.

Moreover, as a complete newbie, I asked too many stupid questions and he answered them very patiently. He was the first person who kept me calm.

There is also an author named Siyue Yangyang who gave me a lot of guidance as a senior, thank you.

Finally, it’s time to ask for first-order orders, which is something we all love to see.

I wrote so much to express my gratitude for the book’s release, mainly because I was thinking that the writing process of this book seems to be... a little bit enjoyable, right?

Step by step, from knowing nothing about publishing a book before the New Year (but avoiding the big guys) with little traffic, to the embarrassing number of words in the first round of trial, to starting to jump across the dozens of new book lists in the urban category, to successfully ranking high, to gradually appearing in the top ten of the urban new book list and the top thirty of the overall list, to the increasingly better follow-up reading data, even to the point where it once sat second on the urban new book list, and finally to Sanjiang.

Many books that I thought were out of reach at the beginning are now slowly becoming available to us.

This feeling is quite refreshing.

There is a ranking for first orders. If a new book by a new author can still appear on the first order ranking and continue to stage a comeback, it would be really cool and pretentious.

After the book is put on the shelves, everyone can be more relaxed and vote as they please, give it a thumbs up if you like it, or save it for a while to read it later (I really understand, I do this myself), it’s all fine.

But we can be more aggressive with our first order. Go for it, let’s get something big together!
The above is for you to read, handsome and healthy men and beautiful women who want to become rich. Please comment if it is appropriate.

I have said so much about my gratitude for the launch of the product, so I won’t say more here.

  [The curtain closes]

[Suddenly the curtain is pulled off]

  Please make your first order!
I really want to show off!
