Chapter 65: End of Volume Thoughts (not considered an update)

Don’t be scared if you clicked in. I’m just saying a few words at the end of the shortest first volume. It’s not going to be put on the shelves. Today’s two chapters are also normal updates.

The story of the first volume is about Li Yan's brief one-year elementary school life after her rebirth. It ends here. Next, she will go to New Taipei No. 1 High School, where the stage is bigger and there are more talented people, to start a new life experience.

The junior high school volume will have much more content than the elementary school volume. I'll also let you in on the fact that this book should have five volumes, and it's possible that four or five volumes could be combined into one big volume. The outline was written the day the book was born.

To be honest with you, I never expected this book to make it to the third round of recommendations.

When I started writing the book, I kept thinking that I couldn't write the kind of book that is so exciting that it goes all the way to the top of the head. It doesn't conform to the mainstream. I might as well just get a minimum living allowance and accumulate readers first.

Then it suddenly had more readers than I expected, and a lot more comments of all kinds.

Everyone knows that it is difficult to satisfy everyone, but it is really difficult to put it into practice.

Just the point in the first chapter of Li Yan, "You can't make up for the information gap if you lose your future memories," was enough to pull me back and forth.

I want to explain that the second and third chapters begin to explain that memories can be unlocked, and also begin to emphasize the existence of emotional memory;

I specially wrote a long paragraph of the author's words and posted it in the book club, because I don't want to waste the time of readers who don't like this setting;
Sometimes I get anxious and wonder if it’s a thankless task to worry about logical problems, insert some foreshadowing, and write some emotional things.

Not to mention the classics, some people think they are too mature, some people think they are too childish; some people say that elementary school can't be so exciting, some people say why elementary school doesn't make a lot of money...

At one point I felt that this novel could not be too unrealistic, but it could not be too realistic either.

I am so scared that I don’t dare to read the comments anymore. It’s not because I’m too sensitive, but I’m afraid of being led astray and forgetting my original intention while writing.

Alas, why don’t you take a look at the opinions of book lovers who continue to support the book, instead of harping on those who have already abandoned the book?
The author's book is not only written for himself, but also for those who are willing to read it.

A scholar dies for a confidant.

I am very touched to see some comments that emphasize "delicateness", "humanity" and "writing". I dare not say that I am better than others in these aspects, but these are indeed what I intentionally want to express during the writing process.

Why set up a system that requires practice? Why not provide a way to make big money by exploiting information asymmetry?
(However, book friends who have read this should also realize that the blocked memory can still be used in reverse. After all, it is an information gap, which just requires more personal ability)

In order to be able to walk the path of life again in another way, in order to feel more flavor when looking back on the past.

I don't want to give this book a theme, nor do I intend to go to a high level. This is just a refreshing novel, just like thousands of refreshing novels about urban rebirth, each of which has its own refreshing points, old-fashioned, new, vulgar, special, popular, and niche, and none of them is more noble than the other.

I have read that the protagonist made 100 million before the book was released, and the subsequent trillions were just a passing cloud; I have also read that after rebirth, the protagonist experienced a warm and daily life all the way, but it was just a re-walk...

I enjoy watching them all, each has its own flavor.

Every style has its own fans, just like you who have followed along and read this far.

I really appreciate it.

I once thanked the first group of book friends who supported me in the author's statement before entering a round of recommendations. I remember their IDs. Now there are many new partners who have given strong support, either by giving rewards, or continuing to recommend with monthly tickets, or leaving comments that touched my heart...

I will remember your IDs as well, and will use them soon, just treat them as some little easter eggs.

I have said so much, mainly to give some encouragement to the book friends who have persisted in reading this:

First, although Li Yan will encounter setbacks along the way, she will eventually "reach the pinnacle of humanity" as stated in the introduction. She will get the wealth, the pretense, and the status she deserves. The happiness of the single female protagonist is also stable. Even if there are other scenes of the opposite sex, they will not be written in the direction of entanglement, scumbag, or heartbreak.

Second, I won’t force myself to reach a high level. Some things come from my heart, and I will stop at the right point and leave some aftertaste. The author writes stories for readers to experience, not to force certain ideas on readers.

Third, the volume of this book is guaranteed to be over one million words. Although I am a newbie in online literature, I have written long novels before and the outline has been finalized long ago. I won’t write at an increasingly fast pace and then run out of things to say.

Of course, I don’t waste the word count.

Finally, I am not in a hurry to put this book on the shelves. The elementary school volume is a complete story, and I also hope that the junior high school volume can be put on the shelves after a certain small story is completed, at least to give everyone a relatively complete reading experience first.

I'm a part-time writer and I'm still a newbie. I'm not a big shot in the industry, so I try to collect enough information to write about my abilities in all aspects, but there are always some unprofessionalism, small omissions in the settings, and occasional slowdowns in the story rhythm.

I'm working hard to improve, and I hope you can give me more advice and be more tolerant. I'd be very grateful!

In the days to come, I hope that with your support, I can present more and more exciting stories to everyone.

"Nothing can stop me from standing at the top of humanity!"
