Before reaching the parking lot, Zhou Yifeng's cell phone rang. It was Zhu Xiaofeng calling. He told Zhou Yifeng that they had found Wang Xiaowu through the location provided by Xiao Zhang from the Technical Investigation Brigade and were on their way back to the bureau. However, Liu Jiakai had already left Beijing and returned to W City, hundreds of kilometers away.

He sent a message to Ma Nan, asking him if he had seen Wang Xiaowu on surveillance.
