Translation Ninety-Four: Rich but not too prosperous, no fault.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Hand over with integrity, which shows that the Sixth Five-Year Plan can inspire others' loyalty with their own integrity.Majesty and solemnity are auspicious, because the majesty of the June [-]th is displayed in the approachable, and there is no need to be on guard.
