Chapter 204 Bujin Temple
Shewei State, Bujin Temple.

This temple is not small or big, with glazed green tiles and a panlong roof on it; it is surrounded by half-new and half-old eight-character red walls. There is a canopy of pines beside the wall, and the gurgling stream passes through the temple.

Bujin Temple has a long history, and there are some allusions in Buddhist scriptures.

There is a sentence in the Diamond Sutra, "As I heard, the Buddha was in the country of Sravasti for a while, and only the tree was given to the lonely garden", and the "garden" in it refers to the Bujin Temple.

There was a wealthy, powerful, knowledgeable and moral man named Sudatta in Savatthi. He often gave money to the poor, so he was called "To the Lonely Elder".

For the lonely elder, he wanted to buy this garden from Prince Jeta, build a house in it, and invite the World Honored One to preach the Dharma. The prince pretended to refuse at first, saying that he would sell it to you only after covering the garden with gold.

For the lonely elder, take out all the gold in your home and spread it on the garden ground.Seeing his sincerity, Prince Jituo gave him the garden. The prince donated the land that had not yet been clothed with gold and the forest in the garden.

A year ago, one night.

A gorgeously dressed woman in the palace of Tianzhu Kingdom was blown to Bujin Temple by a strange wind, and happened to be bumped into by the old master who was paying respects outside.

The woman was so beautiful that even the old courtyard master, who had settled down in Zen, felt a little turmoil in his heart. If it wasn't for his old body, he might have some evil thoughts.

I saw her with bright eyes and white teeth, long black hair, and a Luo Yu embroidered skirt. It was really called "the people around me are like the moon, and the white wrists are covered with frost and snow."

In the middle of the night, there were barren mountains and mountains near the Bujin Temple. The old master only thought that he had encountered a female fairy who sucked the yang energy, and hurriedly sat cross-legged on the spot and recited the Dharma, begging for the blessing of the Buddha.

But the woman was also very frightened, she hugged her legs and curled up in a corner crying in fear.

At that time, the old home owner thought that this female goblin was so powerful that she even used such a method to seduce herself. If he hadn't been well-informed, he might have been deceived.

The two of them stalemate all night, the woman shivered from the night wind, and the old homeowner's face was ashen.

After the sun came out, the old homeowner let out a sigh of relief, and looking at the woman, she had already passed out.

Only then did the old homeowner realize that he had thought too much last night, and he froze all night in vain, and hurriedly rescued the woman back to the room. After drinking the medicinal soup, the woman woke up and told him her life experience.

It turned out that this woman was the princess of Tianzhu, who was blown here by a strange wind at night when she was admiring flowers under the moonlight.

Although the old master was skeptical, he still left a cell for the woman to live in temporarily. In order to prevent her beauty from being coveted by the monks in the temple and being defiled, she told the other monks that a monster was tied up in the cell. , ordered everyone not to approach.

The princess was smart enough to understand what the old master meant. In this temple full of men, she was also worried about her innocence, so she pretended to be crazy, urinated on the bed, dragged her in the room, and made the cell smell bad. Xuntian, no one wants to get close.

During the day, he talked nonsense and was in a daze; in the dead of night, he cried sadly because he missed his parents.

The old master also wanted to send the girl back to the capital of Tianzhu, but he went to the city to inquire, and the princess of Tianzhu is living well in the palace now, and she has not disappeared.

This discovery made the old homeowner a little hard to judge the truth, so he had no choice but to keep the woman in this way.

On this day, under the green shadows of the green hills, a white horse was pulling a strange carriage towards Bujin Temple.

"Master, look quickly, there is a monastery ahead!"

Sun Wukong pointed to Bujin Temple and reminded that after staying in the car for a long time, he was a little impatient and wanted to get out of the car to have fun.

Xuanzang glanced over with his spiritual sense, and knew that he was about to arrive in Tianzhu Kingdom. The rabbit head of the Jade Rabbit Spirit had been greedy for a long time. If he ate it, would Fairy Chang'e and Taiyin Xingjun be furious?

Xuanzang thought of this, ordered to stop, and then walked slowly to the gate of Nabujin Temple.

"Clumsy! Clumsy! Clumsy!"

The wooden door was pushed open with a "creak", and a tall young monk walked out, with a white face and thin body, like a bamboo pole.

"Namo Amitabha, this elder, what's the matter?" Gao Zhugan asked with palms together.

Xuanzang also clasped his palms together and saluted, "The poor monk is a monk who traveled from the Eastern Tang Dynasty to the Western Paradise to learn scriptures. He passed by the treasure temple and wanted to come and stay overnight. He will leave tomorrow!"

"Elders, please come in!" Gao Zhugan pushed open a door, then lowered his body and led the way.

"Excuse me!"

"Our old courtyard master often said that one can practice better by accumulating good deeds. Besides, we are also regarded as the same way. You are still guests from the celestial dynasty, so you should be entertained." Gao Zhugan said while leading the way.

After entering the monastery, I found that there were many low fruit trees planted here, and it was time to bear fruit. The small red fruits hung on the trees, like small lanterns one by one.

Zhu Bajie didn't regard himself as an outsider, so he grabbed two fruits and chewed them in his mouth.

Gao Zhugan heard the commotion behind him, turned his head to look at Zhu Bajie, his lips twitched, but he didn't say anything.

Xuanzang felt that his face was lost by this pig's head, and when he turned around, it was an iron fist of love.

"Boom!"

Zhu Bajie was covering his head and his painful face was distorted, but under the threat of Xuanzang's eyes, he didn't dare to make the slightest sound.

Gao Zhugan looked back curiously, and asked, "Elder, what happened to the 'dong' just now?"

"Hehe, it's nothing, nothing, just now a mosquito flew onto my old pig's head, and it used a lot of force, which made you laugh!" Zhu Bajie quickly came out to explain, and looked at Xuanzang timidly after speaking, for fear of being remembered by the master to the notebook.

Because Master has been talking in his sleep recently, braised pork, pork knuckle and so on came out of his mouth, which made him feel very insecure recently, and quickly jumped out to make amends when he did something wrong.

The old homeowner received the crowd and prepared a fairly sumptuous vegetarian meal. There were also many small fruits grown in the yard on the table.

"This is a sweet berry. The locals also call it 'Suwei fruit'. It is a specialty fruit here. The elders use it more. The young monks in the temple are tired of eating it!" The old host greeted warmly. road.

Xuanzang nodded with a smile, picked up a fruit, put it in his mouth and tasted it.

It is very fruity, with a slightly spicy ginger taste and a bit of astringent aftertaste. Overall, it is a wild fruit with a good taste.

After the fast meal, the old homeowner arranged a place for everyone, and then took the initiative to invite Xuanzang to go for a walk, and exchanged some Buddhist scriptures by the way.

The moonlight shines like a wash, illuminating the white stone ground in the temple translucently, reflecting a faint fluorescent light, and setting off the dwarf trees and rockery in the flower bed, making it very interesting.

Xuanzang and the old master took a walk in the temple, talking about some past experiences, but not mentioning the sentiments in the Buddhist scriptures.

After entering the backyard, the old master waved away the young monk who followed all the way, then turned around and knelt down to Xuanzang.
