Chapter 408 Second Step (3)

Feng Nie kept guard at the door, and saw a beautiful figure stepping in the drizzle from a distance, coming from the haze.

He took the umbrella and called softly, "Miss."

"En." Shang Yan patted the raindrops on his shoulder, and smiled at Feng Nie.

"You asked me to help you contact the bosses of the thirteen small restaurants. I have already contacted them." Feng Nie followed behind Shang Yan, "They are all downstairs now."

Shang Yan walked down, "Are you all here?"

"Yes, they are all here."

"Well, that's good." Shang Bian nodded.

Walking through the dark aisle, all the way down, there were more than a dozen people sitting in the lobby. When those people saw Shang Yan coming, they looked at Feng Nie nodding and bowing to Shang Yan. Guess that Shang Bian is the rightful owner.

"Boss Shang." A thin man walked up to Shang Yan, his eyes were erratic, as if he was always thinking of ghosts.

"This is Boss Liu, the largest one in his family's restaurant." Feng Nie explained to Shang Jian's ear.

When Shang Yan looked at the title deed, he was skeptical about Boss Liu. He was obviously bigger and more capable than the brothel, so how could the title deed end up in Chen Ke's hands.

"Boss Liu." Shang Yan pulled out his signature hospitality smile.

The others also reacted, and immediately shouted: "Hello, Boss Shang."

Shang Yan nodded to them one by one, "Hi, bosses."

Shang Jian found an empty seat and sat down, which happened to be beside Liu Yu.

"Bosses are invited to come today. There is something I want to make clear." Shang Yan said slowly, "Bosses must have heard about it beforehand."

A few people nodded, and a few people didn't move, but their faces were a little pale, and the strangest thing was Liu Yu, who laughed, as if he didn't know anything about what Shang Yan was about to say.

"All the small houses on Yanzhi Road are here, and they are all in my hands now." Shang Yan continued, "You should also know that from now on, the life and death of your small houses are in my hands."

"I know." Liu Yu said with a smiling face among a group of silent bosses.

"So," Shang Yan looked at Liu Yu, then turned around and continued, "I'm going to merge all these small halls into one."

As soon as these words came out, there was a commotion in the quiet lobby.

"Then what should we do?"

"Does becoming one mean we're useless?"

"I thought we still had a way to live, but I didn't expect that there was nothing but a dead end."

"Boss Shang, it's not kind of you to do this."

……

One after another, Shang Bian's ears hurt from hearing it, and he patted his forehead, Shang Bian said: "I haven't finished talking yet, what are you in a hurry for?"

They all shut up again and let Shang Bian continue talking.

Shang Yan looked at their faces one by one, secretly remembering everyone's expressions in his heart.

"The purpose of bringing you together today is to tell you that you can either continue to work with me, or take 100 taels of silver and go wherever you want."

"But the small restaurant has been merged into one, what else do we need?" A boss asked the most wanted question in everyone's mind.

"What you do depends on what you can do." Shang Yan sneered, "If you can't do anything and you want to stay, I won't keep you either."

"But..." The man wanted to say something more, but couldn't ask.

"I'm just here to say hello to you. Three days later, if you haven't made up your mind, don't blame me for being rude." Shang Yan didn't care what the man wanted to ask, she got up directly and stared at everyone.
