In a normal state, if a person finds that "oneself" has stopped breathing and the heart is not beating, I am afraid that he will be terrified to death.But in one state, there is no breathing or heartbeat at all, because there is no body.Not only did the substance of the body disappear, but even the shape and concept disappeared, and even the Yin God became invisible and intangible.Boundless, without beginning and without end, this is very similar to the feeling I had in the Qingming Mirror. The difference is that there is also an "I" in the Qingming Mirror, but when I enter the emptiness of Fahai, even the "I" "It's gone!
Some people may wonder, "I" is gone, and "who" is breaking out in a cold sweat?My out-of-body is the Yinshen. The so-called Yinshen means that the out-of-body consciousness can replace my body to experience everything in the outside world.But when I went to Fa Hai's spiritual consciousness, I felt that everything was empty, and the Yin spirit had disappeared, so I didn't have any.The horror of this moment shocked me, and I broke out in a cold sweat.In fact, in "emptiness", it is not that the real "I" is gone, but that the "I" that exists in the phenomenal world that relies on external cognition is gone.The "terrible" thing about this state is not that you can't feel everything, but a kind of existential fear that is pushed backwards, that everything in this world can't feel your existence.

If it is not a coincidence, I have used such a method to prove that it is really difficult to understand what a vacuum is.Fahai is sitting there, but for everyone in the world, such as me and Facheng, it is impossible to know or prove his existence.If one wants to find Fa Hai, one must find a realm higher than the sky.And its premise is that I want to freely enter, exit and surpass this realm. This is the real purpose of my coming.Although Fa Hai didn't move, he helped me confirm the realm of Kong, and about the cultivation of Kong, what I really want to ask is Fa Cheng in front of me.

I saluted Facheng respectfully and said sincerely, "Master Facheng, I think I know how to find your senior brother Fa Hai."

Facheng: "About 'emptiness', the "Heart Sutra" is the most clear. The "Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra" has only 260 words. Listen carefully——Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, when he walks in the deep Prajna Paramita for a long time, he sees all five aggregates. Empty, overcome all hardships. Sariko, color is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from color, color is emptiness, and emptiness is form. The same is true of thinking and knowing. Sariko, all dharmas are empty, not born and not destroyed, not dirty and not Pure, neither increase nor decrease, so there is no color in the air, no thoughts, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, colorless body, thought, taste, touch, vision, and even unconsciousness, ignorance, and ignorance. Even there is no old age and death, and there is no old age and death. There is no suffering to destroy the way, no wisdom and no gain, because there is no gain. Bodhisattva, according to Prajna Paramita, there is no hindrance to the heart. There is no fear because of no hindrance, and stay away from inversions Dream, ultimate Nirvana. The Buddhas of the third age, according to Prajna Paramita, obtained Ayodoro Sanyak San Bodhi. Therefore, we know that Prajna Paramita is a great god curse, a great Ming curse, an infinite curse, and an infinite curse. In addition to all suffering, it is true and true. Therefore, I say the Prajna Paramita mantra. That is to say, the mantra: Uncover the truth and uncover the truth, Boluo reveals the truth, Boluo reveals the truth, Bodhisattva."

Facheng: "Of course it's not as simple as relying on the scriptures. Let me tell you this, the scriptures are equivalent to the mantras you call. In fact, there are many ways to practice the empty realm, which are what you call the mind. My master taught me the Five Aggregates and Emptiness Zen. Do you want to learn it?"

"Five Aggregates and Empty Zen? I want to learn, this is what I want to ask the master for."

Facheng: "Why didn't you say it earlier. Listen carefully, the meditation of the five aggregates and emptiness is the kung fu of stepping into the emptiness. The so-called steps actually have no steps. It is just a flower and five leaves. It is a kind of meditation. Specifically, it is divided into Different forms, cessation of feeling, cessation of thought, cessation of action, awareness of emptiness..."

This monk Facheng has no scheming and no sense of sect.He wholeheartedly believed that I could find Fa Hai, and when I said I needed to ask Kong's practice, he told me everything his master taught him.The Five Aggregates and Empty Zen seem to be very simple, they all come from the method in the "Heart Sutra", but the real mystery lies in how to achieve it, how to enter it, and how to obtain it.

The so-called heterochromia is to forget the existence of all material phenomena in the world in the samadhi, including everything felt by our own body and ordinary five sense organs.This is a very deep state of concentration, and its state has surpassed silence, but a state of nothingness.

The so-called broken feeling is one with other colors.After all material phenomena do not exist, as "I" itself, I will not feel all these things, and what actually disappears is the concept of "consciousness".

The so-called extinction of thinking is not that I can't think, nor that I have forgotten to think, but that in such a state, there is no need to think, and it doesn't matter to pursue the meaning and method of all existence.

The so-called stop action, if human beings do not think, God will not laugh, if God is silent, existence will lose its will.When the cognition of the outside world stops, all interactions with the outside world also stop.

The so-called consciousness of emptiness, I can't say it, and Facheng can't say it either. You can understand it as what is left after stripping away all real existence?An abstract, conceptual, finite and boundless "I".In "emptiness", I am gone, but I have not disappeared, what has disappeared is another thing, which is close to eternity.

I finally understand what Fa Hai has been doing for the past 60 years?He is looking for the existence of "I" in the realm of eternity!Not only Facheng was looking for Fahai, but Fahai was also looking for himself.Thinking of this, I can't help but feel a little lucky, because the first person I met was Feng Junzi, who learned alchemy instead of Buddhism.
