Chapter 13
The jade slip is only the size of a thumb, but it contains formulas for four or five kinds of spells, and the formula for controlling water is the first one. Wen Shu briefly glanced at the other types, and didn't delve into it further.

Wen Shu knew that she still had no idea about spells, and she didn't have time to think carefully about other things right now.

It's better to specialize in water control and fill up the water tank in the backyard first, so as not to make trouble for Mrs. Liu.

After repeating the mantra of controlling water several times, Wen Shu walked out of the inn with the bucket in hand. The so-called control of water, one must first approach the water.

There is Qingxi River only one mile outside the town of Huizhen. The daily expenses of the town depend on two ancient wells, one in the middle of the town and the other in a secluded place in the northwest of the town.

Before and after sunrise, there were only a few small shops selling steamed stuffed buns and soy milk in the streets of Huizhen. In order to practice the art of controlling water, Wen Shu went to the ancient well in the northwest corner, and there was no one around to fetch water.

The ancient well made of square slabs and stones, the depth of the water is unknown. When approaching the mouth of the well in summer, you can smell the fragrance of water.

Wen Shu probed into the well, the icy water in the well was shimmering, and people could be seen faintly.

According to the Water Control Jue, the Water Control Jue is divided into six levels. Beginners need to be able to drive the Jue near the water.

The first layer can turn stagnant water in one place into water vapor, and divert distant water into near water.

Wen Shu was overjoyed when she saw her. In this way, as long as she has learned the first level of Water Control Art, she can fill the water tank in the backyard.

Just try it, Wen Shu finished reciting the water control formula completely, the ancient well has no waves, not to mention water vapor, there is not even a small ripple on the water surface.

Wen Shu thought that she had misread the formula, took out the jade slip, and read the water control formula carefully, but found no mistakes.

She recited it again, aloud, in a low voice, and tried one by one, but nothing worked.

Seeing that the sun was getting higher and higher, on the banyan tree beside the ancient well, an early riser cicada was calling quietly.

Wen Shu felt anxious when she heard it, and she threw the jade scissors back into the bag of Python Kun in frustration, complaining in her heart, don't let the monster monkey fool people.

There was no opportunistic method available, so Wen Shu had to put the wooden barrel aside and fetch water from the bucket next to the ancient well.

The bucket next to the well is made of iron sheet for durability, and it is hoisted with hemp rope. There is a bucket full of water, and when the bucket is filled with water, adult men also find it a bit difficult to pull it up.

Wen Shu secretly regretted that she should have gone to a nearby ancient well to fetch water just now.In her memory, she went to the ancient well to carry water several times, and every time she came back from carrying water, her arms would be sore.

It is better to ask for yourself than for others.

Wen Shu bowed, and when she brought up the water, her hands were pulled too much, and the hemp rope drew a trace on her palm, and a flash of calcium carbide flashed in her mind, "Could it be that the formula should not be read with the mouth, but with the heart. Just like the method of reading the jade slips that the monster monkey said, it also uses the consciousness in the heart," Wen Shu was enlightened in a daze.

Throwing the hemp rope to the side of the well, the iron bucket she had carried halfway was thrown back into the well heavily, causing a splash of water.

Wen Shu took out the dragon pearl and held it in her hand, trying to get rid of the distracting thoughts in her heart and the irritability of not sleeping all night.

She recalled the formula of clearing the heart and concentrating energy mentioned in the "Concentrating Qi Jue" written by the down-and-out old Taoist priest.

Impetuousness is a big taboo for cultivators. If you want to condense your qi, you must first condense your dantian. The location of dantian should be below the navel.

Dantian?Wen Shu didn't discover the dantian that was hot when she condensed her energy as mentioned in her book, how could she not have a dantian.

A person's dantian is big or small. The so-called spiritual root is the branch of spiritual energy that extends out when cultivating the dantian.

Wen Shu held back her temper and used her consciousness to linger in her body. A normal person should have the dantian, but she only saw the familiar gossip circle.

The gossip circle under the stove unexpectedly entered her body overnight.

Wen Shu forced herself to calm down the confusion in her heart, because she saw a faint blue light from the fan engraved with the word "water" in the gossip circle.

Whether it is the magic circle or the dantian, it is a treasure that can gather suitable aura.

Now that she figured it out, Wen Shu didn't dare to relax, she silently recited the water control formula in her heart, and in the gossip circle, several blue meridians the size of a hair appeared, slowly extending like Wen Shu's whole body.

With the appearance of a few blue meridians, the ancient well turned into two dots in Wen Shu's pupils. When Wen Shu recited the formula, the dragon pearl in her hand trembled slightly. Seeing that there was a reaction, Wen Shu concentrated her mind and began to silently recite the formula of controlling water.

In the ancient well, a drop of water fell out of thin air, and the first ripples appeared on the calm water surface.

That wave of ripples spread like a tide, contagious, one circle appeared, followed by another circle, the circles overlapped, and the circles were adjacent to each other, completely blurring Yue Wenshu's reflection on the water.

The body of the Jiaozhu became more transparent, and as it rotated, the circular dragon-shaped lines moved, and the lines kept converging towards the center of the bead.

When the lines were all concentrated in the center of the bead, the jiao bead rose into the air and drifted to the ancient well.

After the ripples in the ancient well disappeared, a vast expanse of white water vapor rushed from the mouth of the well to the Jiaolongzhu.

When the beads rotate, the blue water around them keeps deepening, like a vast blue ocean, and the several stripes on the beads are like white foam on the top of the tide, layer upon layer, clustered on the beads, flowing light and flowing, very beautiful.

During the whole process, Wen Shu tensed her mind, not daring to relax in the slightest.

She originally wanted to use jiaozhu to fetch water, so as to save some flesh and blood, but she didn't know that she couldn't eat hot tofu in a hurry. The first time she used the water control formula, she used water diversion jiaozhu, which was a great test for her mind.

At this time, if passers-by pass by, Wenshu will be in great danger if there is any disturbance. Fortunately, the ancient well in the northwest is far away, and no one comes here to search for water in the early morning.

It lasted for about two sticks of incense, and Wen Shu's forehead was sweating, and after a cup of tea, not only her forehead, but also her cheeks and backs were sweating.

The water mist at the mouth of the well was getting thicker and thicker, and the jellyfish was still dripping and spinning. In the end, Wen Shu couldn't hold it anymore. Her feet went numb, and she fell to the ground, gasping for breath.

As soon as her consciousness loosened, Jiaozhu fell to the edge of the well like a drunk man.

The blue light shines through the flood beads, and the weight of the beads has not changed at all. The water lines on the beads are deeper and the lines are more obvious.

"It's more tiring than carrying water all day, it's really thankless," Wen Shu smiled wryly, the sky was bright, if she didn't go back, there would be no water in the kitchen after a while.

After barely supporting herself, Wen Shu pulled up the rope hanging from the mouth of the well, and pulled up the iron bucket. There was no water left in the bucket. When she looked at the well again, the well was already dry.

Jiaozhu actually sucked up all the water in an ancient well.
