Chapter 2 Preface
I lived in Jordan for more than 100 days, and even I wondered how I could stay in one place for so long. It's about life in Jordan. The slow time in the small town of Wadi Musa is like a cup of tea in the years, so light and heavy; the first ray of sunlight in the morning shines on the street, which is both real and unreal; naked people and bikinis on the beach, and day and night The non-stop parties and beer smoked me so much that I forgot my way home.

Walking and staying is an interesting contrast, especially the sudden stop after a long journey, just like the natural reaction of a car driving at high speed after slamming on the brakes, and the strong impact hits the heart heavily. It was an indescribable feeling, the world was spinning, and the world lost its color in an instant. The buffer period is short, wait for three to five days to recover, go diving in the Red Sea, watch sea turtles and clownfish playing hide-and-seek under your feet, watch couples play erotica in shallow water, and look at the sky in Israel on the other side. The prayers in the mosque are melodious and sincere, calming and exciting.

The days in Jordan made me unknowingly get used to the life in Arab countries. The once wandering days became distant and blurred now, and I didn’t even bother to move to a place four hours away by car.Walking has its own inertia, and staying makes people yearn for comfort. When I decided to leave Jordan and set off again, I began to feel a little nervous and anxious. The exploration of the unknown frontier made the pores of my whole body stand up.

In Amman, the capital, I stayed at the home of Xia Gexia, who was working in China in Jordan, and waited for visas for Egypt and Israel. As the days approached day by day, I was a little restless, just like waiting for the first step out of the house before departure. There are 1 wishes and 1 reluctances tug-of-war in my heart, how can my heart be as clear as a mirror, as calm as still water? !

I put my palms together and send out the first prayer to the unfamiliar African continent.

In summer in Jordan, the sand is mixed with the smell of the sea breeze.

The journey continues, and a new story begins here.
