Class II: If the product technology of the enterprise belongs to Class A, that is, the special product for the army, but the product technology is not in the "Weapon Equipment Research and Production Licensing Professional (Product) Catalog".

A quality management system for weapons and equipment should be established and effectively operated in accordance with relevant national standards. Products involving classified information can apply for qualification review of equipment manufacturing units after obtaining confidentiality qualifications, and products that are not classified can directly apply for qualification review of equipment manufacturing units.

Three categories: If the product technology of the enterprise belongs to category B, that is, civilian products selected by the military, after obtaining the national standard quality management system certification, it can directly apply for the qualification review of the equipment manufacturing unit.

In other words, Raytheon batteries currently belong to the third category, and there is no need to apply for all four military certificates.
