The Lantern Ancient Buddha is already a Buddha at the level of the Buddha, so why bother to inquire about this matter in person?He should be more like the Tathagata Buddha, talking about Buddhism and Dao all day long, and ignoring such mundane things.

Many bodhisattvas were shocked, yes, the difference between the ancient Buddha burning lamp and the Tathagata Buddha is the golden body of merit.

It seems that the Lantern Ancient Buddha also wants to create a golden body of merit and virtue, and aspire to be a quasi-sage!

Several of the Bodhisattvas are golden immortals who once brought over by burning lamps, such as Manjusri and Samantabhadra.

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva was originally a person of compassion, but after entering the West, he completely transformed his body into a female body, and put himself under the seat of the Tathagata Buddha, and his relationship with the ancient Buddha Diengdi was a little far away.

Manjusri Bodhisattva said: "Please ask Dimden Buddha, now all the monsters on the Westward Journey have been identified, and we just wait for the next step of the World Honored One's arrangement."

The ancient burning lamp Buddha nodded, and said: "Now the eastern land of Nanfang Buzhou has begun to be in turmoil. The mortal dynasty is about to run out. Several princes and rebels have some climate, but the future winner of the eastern land is probably Li. Dynasty."

Several bodhisattvas heard that the ancient Buddha of Dimden had predicted the future, and they all praised Dideng's exquisite Dharma, and they were admirable for being able to see the secrets of heaven.

"The Journey to the West plan is initially determined, and there are many things to do, and we need to do many things. If we want to share the merits, it is not just about collecting monsters.

Before the Tathagata Buddha appoints a sutra taker, we also need to make preparations. Don't underestimate this preparation. If it is done well, the merits will not be inferior to the merits of subjugating demons and eliminating demons. "

Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded, and said: "What the Burning Lamp Buddha said is very true. To subdue demons and eliminate demons is nothing more than relying on magical powers and supernatural powers. Arrangements and preparations require wisdom and Buddhist teachings. The merits and virtues obtained by the two are naturally very different."

The Burning Lamp Buddha smiled slightly, and then said: "Everything must be planned for a rainy day. Although the Li Dynasty has not yet been established, the people who learn the scriptures must come from the time when the Li family aspired to the throne. We need to help the people who learn the scriptures and lay the groundwork in the east in advance. It only seemed logical when Journey to the West started."

Puxian Bodhisattva was overjoyed: "Dengdeng Buddha is right, we have forgotten this before, and we are still foolishly waiting for the World Honored One to arrange. It is true that Buddhism has not been practiced well, so we have arranged in advance for the Li Dynasty to admire Buddhism. The atmosphere will definitely be a great boost to Journey to the West!"

Many bodhisattvas became active after hearing what Puxian said.

It is a good job to warm up the Westward Journey in advance. If the Westward Journey starts, it will surely benefit a lot.

However, this matter is of great importance. If one is inadvertent and misses the plan of Journey to the West, it will be a crime instead of a meritorious deed.

Burning Lamp Buddha saw that everyone present had different thoughts, so he said with a smile: "Bodhisattvas, this matter is of great importance, so I will take the lead in this matter, what do you think?"

"It is precisely the need for a teacher like Burning Lamp Buddha to take the lead, and the disciples are naturally willing."

The two Bodhisattvas Manjusri and Samantabhadra hurriedly opened their mouths to greet him.

Guanyin Bodhisattva and other people thought that this matter was led by the Burning Lamp Buddha. Although most of the merits and virtues will fall on the Burning Lamp, the participants themselves will also share some of the benefits.

The most important thing is that if something goes wrong, the Burning Lamp Buddha, as the leader, will naturally bear the greatest cause and effect, but the burden on himself and others is very small.

After such a comparison, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva also said: "Everything is according to the instructions of the Burning Lamp Buddha."

Seeing Guanyin Bodhisattva, the remaining bodhisattvas agreed, and naturally they all agreed:

"Amitabha, but according to the instructions of the Die Lamp Buddha."

Seeing everyone's approval, the Burning Lamp Buddha smiled:
"After a while, the Li Dynasty will be established, and it will be the capital of Chang'an. Therefore, in Chang'an City, you might as well send your disciples to Chang'an to pass on your reputation in advance. Or you can send people in advance to help the Li family. The merit of the dragon, if it is done in a more concealed way, it won't hurt too much."

When Manjusri and Puxian heard this, they were very happy.Several of them are familiar with this kind of thing of supporting mortals to establish a dynasty. Back then, the Conferred God War was to support the Zhou Dynasty and defeat the Shang Dynasty.

Now it is supporting the Li Dynasty, defeating the previous dynasty and other princes, it is no different.

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and several other Bodhisattvas were somewhat disapproving, thinking that after all, Lantern Buddha came from teaching, and still likes to directly interfere with the change of dynasties in the world, which slightly violates the teachings of Mahayana Buddhism of Tathagata Buddha.

The Burning Lamp Buddha didn't finish his sentence, and continued to speak: "However, the Li Dynasty is powerful, and now it's too late for Conglong.

To burn a fire is to burn a cold stove.With the establishment of a new dynasty, meritorious ministers will be rewarded generously, but there are only so many official positions, some people are satisfied, and some people are naturally dissatisfied.

These dissatisfied people must have resentment in their hearts, but you can send people to make friends, which will be useful in the future. "

Hearing the words of Burning Lamp Buddha, all the Bodhisattvas fell into deep thought and began to figure out the meaning of "it will be useful in the future".

Burning Buddha chatted with several bodhisattvas for a while, and then left Daleiyin Temple under the respectful escort of all bodhisattvas.

After sending off the lamp, Puxian smiled at Guanyin and said:

"Guanyin Bodhisattva, are you still worried about that golden and silver boy?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva thought for a while, nodded and smiled and said, "That's true. You only get rid of demons and demons, and you don't get much merit. If you want to promote Buddhism, you still have to think about it in advance."

Manjusri shook his head with a smile: "Brother Puxian means that in my Buddhist school, there are Tathagata Buddha to take care of the overall situation, and Lamp Buddha to check for gaps, and there are sages who can see thousands of miles. Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva doesn't have to worry about small things. The gold and silver boy is nothing more than a small merit."

Hearing this, Guanyin Bodhisattva burst out laughing.

I really overreacted, so what if the golden and silver boy opened the sect?Can it really cause a dispute between Buddhism and Taoism?
Who are the Taoists and the Three Religions now?
Needless to say, there is only the Great Master Xuandu, and now his teacher is grounded again, so it is impossible for him to come out arrogantly.

The elucidation and teachings are in disarray, half of the golden immortals have entered the Buddhist gate, and the rest have escaped from the world and become loose immortals.

Jiejiao was killed cleanly, and almost all of them went to heaven after death. As a civil servant from [-] to [-], he would not worry about the dispute between Buddhism and Taoism.

What's more, the three sages of Taoism were grounded, but the two sages of the West are still there. What can Taoism use to compete with Buddhism?

The weakening of the Taoist sect and the great prosperity of the Buddhist sect are the manifestation of the will of heaven, who dares to stand in the way?
Thinking of this, Guanyin Bodhisattva felt relieved, no longer worried about the gold and silver boy, and began to concentrate on thinking about the ideas provided by the Burning Lamp Buddha...
