Litigation, Fu, suffocation.Zhongji.Final evil.See you, my lord.Unfavorable for Dachuan.The image of this hexagram is the exact opposite of the need hexagram, and they are "comprehensive hexagrams" for each other. "Litigation" is an argument, and of course it also includes litigation. "Xu Gua Zhuan" said: "There must be litigation in eating and drinking, so it is subject to litigation." It is inevitable that disputes will occur over eating and drinking, so the litigation hexagram is placed after the need hexagram.

The upper hexagram of the litigation hexagram is "Qian", which is vigorous; the lower hexagram is "Kan", which is dangerous.If one side is strong and the other side is insidious, there will inevitably be litigation.Compared with individuals, the inner hexagram is sinister in heart, and the outer hexagram is capable on the outside, and it is easy to dispute with others.Therefore, "litigation" is the hexagram name.

The "nine two" yang line is in the middle, which symbolizes faithfulness; but it is the same as the "ninth five" in the upper hexagram, which cannot correspond to it, so that integrity is hindered.

According to "Shuo Gua Zhuan", "Kan" has the meaning of increasing worries, so we must be more vigilant.In addition, the litigation hexagram is a change from the escape hexagram, that is, the "nine three" of the Tong hexagram is reduced to the "two" to occupy the middle position and become the litigation hexagram. Therefore, you must be moderate and vigilant in your heart to be auspicious.

In addition, "Shangjiu" is at the top of the overlapping three yang lines. It is too strong and tries to fight the lawsuit in order to achieve the goal. Therefore, it is fierce in the end.

"Adult" refers to the "Ninth Five-Year Plan", and the Yang Yao is in the center of the upper hexagram, and it is also a respectable position; therefore, it is vigorous and upright, and occupies a leading position.Looking at the hexagram as a whole, the strong upper hexagram "Qian" is above the dangerous lower hexagram "Hill", that is, it is full but stepping on a trap; Introspect, quit fear.It will be auspicious to act according to the principle of the golden mean.If you try to be brave, you will be fierce in the end, and it will be beneficial to meet a fair "adult" referee; but it will be disadvantageous if you want to be brave and take risks like "Shi Okawa".

"Xiang" says: Litigation, up and down danger, danger but health, litigation. "Litigation has a fu", "suffocating the Chinese auspiciousness", just came and won. "Finally fierce", lawsuits are impossible. "Beneficiary to see adults", Shang Zhongzheng also. "Unfavorable for Dachuan".Into the Yuan also.

"Xiang Zhuan" says: The upper hexagram "Qian" of the Litigation Hexagram is strength, and the lower hexagram "Hill" is danger, that is, the inner "Han" is danger, and the outer "dryness" is health, so it becomes the hexagram of litigation. .

The litigation hexagram comes from the escape hexagram, which is called "Bian Gua".The upper line descends, which is called "lai" and the lower line rises, which is called "go".The "three" position of the escape hexagram is Gangyao, and the "come" to the middle position "two" becomes the litigation hexagram. Therefore, the faithfulness in the heart will change, and you must be vigilant to be auspicious.

In "The Analects of Confucius·Yan Yuan", Confucius said: "I am the same as others when it comes to referees, but it is better not to have a lawsuit!" Litigation is not the best policy in the first place, and it is difficult to achieve the goal, so the final result is dangerous.

"Beneficial to see adults" is to advocate Zhongzheng. "Unfavorable to Sha Dachuan", because it will fall into the abyss.

"Xiang" says: "Heaven and water are against each other, and there is a lawsuit; a gentleman starts with doing things."

"Xiang Zhuan" said: "Qian" in the upper hexagram of Litigation is the sky, and "Kan" in the lower hexagram is water. The sky is above and the water is below.Therefore, when dealing with affairs, a gentleman should think carefully and plan carefully at the beginning to prevent disputes.

Sixth day of the lunar month: not always doing things, small words, good luck in the end.

"Xiang" said: "There is nothing to do forever."Litigation cannot last long.Although "little talk", its argument is also clear.

On the sixth day of the lunar calendar, the yin and yang positions are not correct, and they are at the bottom, so they are weak.Although it corresponds to the "nine four" and yin and yang of the upper hexagram, there is a "nine two" obstacle in the middle, and the power is weak; therefore, it is unable to resolve disputes.However, the "Nine Fourth Movement" is masculine and always has a tendency to respond; therefore, as long as the dispute is not protracted for too long, although there will be minor blame, it will be auspicious in the end.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Litigation should not be delayed.Although there is a little dissatisfaction and blame, once it is explained, it can be understood.

This line warns that disputes should not be delayed for too long and should be resolved with explanations.

Ninety-two: Don't be able to sue, return to Bu, Qiyi.There are three hundred households with no concubine.

"Xiang" said: "If you can't fight a lawsuit, you will return to the party."From the next to the lawsuit, the suffering is to the point of failure. "Bu" means escape. "眚" refers to cloudy eyes, astigmatism, and illusory halos when looking at objects; the halo of the sun, called 日眚, also has the meaning of disaster. "Ninety-two" is masculine and is in the middle of the next hexagram.I used to like to argue.

It is also the same Yang line as the "Ninth Five-Year Plan", and if it cannot correspond, of course there will be a dispute.However, the yang position of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" is also in the honorable position in the center of the upper hexagram, which is the most rigid, the most middle, and the most upright; while the "Nine-Two" is masculine, but it is in the yin position, and the improper position is low, so the lawsuit will inevitably fail. , had no choice but to flee and hide.Flee to a small, inconspicuous village with only [-] households. If you stick to your duties, there will be no disasters. Otherwise, if you flee to a prominent town, you will be pursued by the enemy and it will be difficult to escape.

"Chan" means hiding, and "duo" means self-acceptance. "Xiang Zhuan" said: Litigation cannot be won, and fleeing is for hiding.But Xia Guakan is the acupoint, "Nine Two", hiding in the central acupoint, self-restraint, you can avoid disasters.The "Ninth [-]nd Plan" with a lower status wanted to dispute the "Nineth Five-Year Plan" with a higher status, which was my own fault.

This line emphasizes that you should not try your best to fight a lawsuit, but you should give in and reflect on yourself.Six three: Eat old virtues, be chaste, and Li will be auspicious, or follow the king's affairs, no success.

"Elephant" says: "Eating leads to virtue", and it is also "auspicious" from the top. "Food" is equivalent to the food of Shiyi. In ancient times, officials lived on the tax revenue of the fiefdom, and it was hereditary. "Old virtue" refers to the legacy of ancestors. "Eating old virtue" means going to the territory obtained by the ancestors' legacy to eat.

"Six Three" is feminine and unable to argue with others. Therefore, only by forbearance going to the territory left by the ancestors, sticking to the purity, and encouraging ourselves can we overcome difficulties and finally get auspiciousness.Or it is possible to enter politics, but there will be no achievements.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: When faced with adversity, it is beneficial to follow someone with a higher status than yourself, and you will not succeed if you act on your own.

On this day, the commentator should be content, not to try to win, but to be patient and self-motivated is the best policy.

Ninth Fourth: If you can't sue, you will die when you recover, Yu Anzhen, auspicious.

"Xiang" said: "Recovery is life", "Yu'an Zhen", there is no loss. "That is" means just. "Fate" is the destiny, that is, righteousness. "Chongqing"

is change. Although "Nine Fourth" is masculine, it cannot be hit in the Yang position of the upper hexagram; the Yin position of the Yang line is not correct, and the lawsuit will not win.However, just because of Rou, I was able to go back to the pain and change my original intention.Let nature take its course, be content with righteousness, there will be no mistakes, and it will be auspicious in the end.

This line emphasizes that letting nature take its course and being content with the truth will bring peace of mind.Ninth Five: Litigation, Yuan Ji.

"Xiang" said: "Litigation of Yuanji" means Zhongzheng. The "Ninth Five-Year Plan" is in the supreme position, masculine and middle to upright, symbolizing fairness and justice.Reasonable referee proceedings, thus auspicious.This line shows that adjudication and litigation should be based on the principle of integrity.Upper Nine: Or the tin belt, which will be removed in the third dynasty.

"Xiang" said: It is not respectful to accept submission through litigation. "Tin" is the same as giving. "Sing belt" is a belt rewarded according to status in ancient times. "strip"

means deprivation.This line of speech is extended from the "or from the king's affairs" in "Six Three". The masculinity of "Shangjiu" has reached the extreme, and it can be brave to win the lawsuit, but it will not last long.Or the "Singa belt" will be rewarded, but it will be deprived three times in one day. "Xiang Zhuan" said: Clothes that are rewarded by litigation are not enough to make people respect.

This line, admonishing to achieve the purpose of litigation, is not long enough, and will not be respected, even if it wins, it is shameful.

【Meaning】Essence of litigation—reasonable resolution of conflicts.

[Gua Yi] Contradictions, disputes, lawsuits, official disputes, rulings.

【Introduction】Litigation is litigation and ruling.Although we try our best to avoid disputes in the world, there is no time to stop the confrontation between individuals, groups, and countries, or the contradictions that arise within each.The Qiantian in the upper hexagram is up, and the Kanshui in the lower hexagram is down, that is, the opinions are completely opposite, and the direction and shape are opposite, which is the hexagram "litigation".If the two sides insist on their own views, the confrontation will become more intense, which will lead to unfavorable results.Therefore, we should not be too emotional, and we should handle things with tolerance and coordination.In order to reasonably resolve conflicts.

[Gua Yi] The upper hexagram stems from the sky, and the qi rises; the lower hexagram is the ridge and water, and the flow falls.The ascending and descending have their own ways, and there are disputes with each other. If there are disputes, they must be resolved reasonably.In terms of career and interpersonal relationship, the key lies in how to reasonably resolve conflicts.

[Thinking mode] The upper stem is the sky, and the lower ridge is water.Up and down do not agree, but they are images of arguing and pleading with each other.Reasonably resolve disputes and litigation issues in interpersonal relationships:
