Walk on the tail of a tiger, don't hurt people, Heng.The hexagram shape of this hexagram is exactly opposite to that of "Little Animal", and they are "comprehensive hexagrams" with one stop and one advance for mutual use.

"Xu Gua Zhuan" said: "Owners and animals are polite, so they are accepted with shoes." This means that after the accumulation of materials, etiquette must be formulated, and "shoes" are interpreted as "heart rituals".Li and Lu have the same pronunciation. Li must be performed by people, so it is explained in this way.However, in the "Gua Ci" and "Yao Ci" of "Book of Changes", only "Lu" is said, which means to practice and perform.

In this hexagram, the lower hexagram is "Dui" and the upper hexagram is "Qian". "Dui" symbolizes luster, joy, and harmony; "Qian" is all Yang lines, symbolizing the strongest. "Dui" follows "dry", so it is compared to stepping on the tail of a tiger.However, "Dui" has the virtue of harmony, the tiger did not bite him, and Zhanduan's will can be mastered.

According to the interpretation of "Xi Ci Zhuan", King Wen of Zhou deduced gossip during the period of suffering under the abuse of the tyrant King Zhou, so the hexagrams are full of sense of crisis.This hexagram has this feeling.

In ancient times, the social strata were clearly defined. Dukes, ministers, officials, and scholars were awarded titles based on merit; peasants, workers, and merchants were restricted from wealth according to their status. Only in this way can the people's aspirations be stabilized and the world peaceful.However, the princes, ministers, officials, and scholars of later generations have no merit or virtue, but they want to obtain titles;

Ninth day: plain shoes go, no blame.

"Xiang" said: "The plain shoes" go, and the vows are made alone. "Ninth day of the first day" is the Yang line, in the lowest position, which symbolizes talent, but is willing to settle for a low position.This is the first step to move forward. You have not been tempted by wealth and honor, and you are still moving forward with your usual ambitions, so there will be no mistakes. The "independence" in "Xiang Zhuan" refers to being independent and not following the world.

This line shows that the practice of ideals and the fulfillment of responsibilities should be based on the original intention, independent and unconventional.

Ninety-two: Walking on the road frankly, Youren Zhenji.

"Xiang" says: "Youren is Zhenji", and there is no chaos in the middle.

"Tantan" means flat, and "Youren" means a hermit. "Nine two" yang line is in the middle of the lower hexagram, with a vigorous and moderate personality, but it is repulsive with the same sex as "Shang Nine" and cannot correspond.Therefore, compared with an open-minded hermit, he is persistent and pure, and does not seek fame.The will is not disturbed by the secular world, of course it is auspicious.

This line shows that the Dao is inconsistent, does not conspire, is open-minded, and chooses the good and stubborn attitude.

Six Three: Can see with eyes, can walk with a limp, walks on the tail of a tiger, is fierce to others.The warrior is the maharaja.

"Xiang" says: "A small object can be seen", which is not enough to have clarity. "Limp can walk" is not enough to walk. "The murder of others" is inappropriate. "Warrior is for the majesty", Zhigang also.

"Six Three" Yin Yao Yang is not in the correct position, leaving the "middle" position of the next hexagram; therefore, "Xiang Zhuan" said the position is inappropriate.The yin line is weak in nature, and the yang line is violent; with this kind of character, it must be very dangerous to follow behind the strong "Qian".It's like having only one eye, but you can see but not clearly; you have a lame foot, you can walk but can't walk steadily, and you finally step on the tiger's tail and get bitten.It's also like "warriors serve the majesty", self-willed, self-reliant, self-respecting, ulterior motives, attempting to rebel, and finally failing, of course it is dangerous.It can be seen that our country's traditional concept of emphasizing literature over military affairs.

This line shows that practicing shoes should be done according to one's strength, and not to be too strong, so that it backfires.

Ninth Four: Walk on the tail of a tiger and think about the end of luck.

"Xiang" said: "Think about the end of the auspicious", Zhixing also. "愬愬" means fear. "Ninth Fourth" is also not in the middle, the yang and yin are not in the right position, and it is of course dangerous to trail behind the tiger during the "Ninth Five".However, "Six Three" in the previous line is weak but wants to be strong; in contrast, "Nine Fourth" is strong and soft, that is, strong and powerful, but submissive, cautious and fearful, so it can avoid Injury, ambition, of course auspicious.

This line emphasizes the principle of being cautious and fearful, and using softness to control rigidity.Ninth Five: Lulu, Zhenli.

"Xiang" says: "A person who acts chastely and resolutely" is in a proper position. "夬" with the same decision, resolute, strong meaning. The "Ninth Five-Year" Yang Yao position is also in the supreme position, so that it is strong and decisive; the next hexagram "Dui" is harmony, which symbolizes the "Ninth Five-Year" subordinates, and they are obedient and obedient, and obey orders; resulting in the "Ninth Five-Year Plan"

He is arbitrary and unscrupulous.This style, even if the motives are pure, is still dangerous.This warning has profound meaning.

The "right position" in "Xiang Zhuan" refers to the danger of "shoes", which lies in having talent and status, so that they are arrogant and overly conceited.

"Xiang" said: "Yuanji" is on the top, and there is great celebration. "Xiang" contains both good and bad, and "kao" means success. "Xuan" means circle, which should be perfect and flawless here. "Shangjiu" is the final stage of the hexagram. Whether it is a disaster or a blessing depends on the results of practice.If the practice is complete and there are no flaws, of course it will be auspicious. "Shang" in "Xiang Zhuan" is the same as the end. 【Heave meaning】The upper hexagram is Qian and the sky, and the lower hexagram is exchange and luster. The sky is above and the luster is below.Therefore, there is an image of "ritual", and etiquette requires people to implement it.Thus it is stated that practice and fulfillment must be submissive, pleasant, and firm in ambition.Use softness to control rigidity, be cautious and guard against fear.

[Yin and Yang] One yin and five yang, more yang and less yin.
